They give a great head massage at the shampoo bowl. Asked us to go home and take his allergy meds before they would cut. We live 20 min away... so no that is not an option... Went to Walmart. Got MORE allergy meds. Gave to kid. Return to website. Not taking reservations now. Went to Sports Cuts. My kid coughed. He had his mask on. Stylest had her mask. I had my mask on I told her he had allergies. She cut his hair. Instead, I went to a real salon (for the same price GC charges) where the stylist said the problem areas were too short to fix and she couldn't figure out what the first person had been trying to do; then she showed me pieces that were cut less than one inch long--five inches shorter than they were supposed to be and too short to style. It will take at least six months for my hair to grow enough for the new stylist to blend the short pieces to the correct haircut. Wish I could give 0 stars.
