Many issues here with pharmacy. I get texts saying my prescriptions are ready to pick up, I show up, and not only are they not ready, but they don't have a record of the prescription in their system (even when I can see it in the CVS app). Constantly having to speak to the pharmacist about issues and they're totally inconsistent. Told to come back another day and get told something totally different by someone else. read more

Every time i use the drive thru it is ridiculous how long it takes. i have been sitting waiting for over 25 minutes. There are cars backed up into the parking lot. If someone's prescription takes 10-15 minutes to fill they should not be in the drive thru. I should have left like most of the other people. read more

I guess I'm not surprised to see the rating here so low. I think I'm finally done with cvs. I know they are an industry leader but I think that's their downfall as they couldn't care less when they have disgruntled customers. They put my prescription back after I paid for it due to their 14 day policy. But...I paid for it online just 2 days before. Soo, you put my prescription back and refunded my money...All I can think is "Ok, you don't want my money. Wonderful." Yeah, I have never had any pharmacy put a prescription back if I had already paid for it and one pharmacy lets my meds sit for a month and don't put it back. Shame on you CVS. I wish I could give them zero stars. This is the most incompetent CVS on the planet!!! I have dealt with them since they opened because of that pain of transferring all my prescriptions. Probably the worst service, competence, timely, and "customer--could care less" in Texas. I must use this pharmacy in that I live in Senior Living Facility. I am embarrassed for this pharmacy. This pharmacy is always backed up. I tried to fill a prescription for an antibiotic for my daughter this evening. The pharmacist was extremely rude and told me it would not be filled today because she is two days behind. How is that my problem? If a doctor prescribes an antibiotic, there's a reason. I cannot wait two days to get the prescription filled. read more

If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. Horrible service. They always have long lines and when it's your turn it's like if they don't know what they are doing sometimes. This review is a shout out to Ethan in the pharmacy. I normally would rather go to the dentist than pick up a prescription but Ethan took the time to check out what insurance I had on file. Turns out we never updated to our new insurance. A $70 prescription was completely covered by my insurance. Would not have known that if he hadn't taken the time to ask and try to help. I absolutely love this pharmacy! I've been to so many pharmacies CVS and Walgreens and no one has ever told me about coupons. On our prescriptions we were spending over $200 a month! but Tiffany has helped me find coupons for most of my prescriptions saving me over 75% on prescriptions! She's so nice too and when i tell her she's a blessing she says it her job! No one has ever told us about Coupons! Thank you Tiffany!!! read more

It is actually comical at how bad this CVS is, specifically the Pharmacy. They lack any sense of customer service and how to actually deal with people. They will consistently ignore people waiting at their front desk. One time they decided to shut the gate at the desk AFTER taking the two people in line right in front of me. I would leave a Negative 0 if at all possible. If you need a medication filled, your better off just being sick. You will receive several calls & text messages that your medication is ready. You may also look online through the app to see that Yes in fact your medication is ready. WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!! I waited in line for over 20 minutes only to get told by the rude pharmacist, that my medication is not filled nor do they even have it in stock, & won't for a few months "she thinks" All CVS Wants is your $$$. Choose another pharmacy. There aren't many pharmacies to choose from here in Prosper but anything is better that this CVS. They have too many customers that they run out of prescriptions and you have to wait a day or more to get what you need. Top it off their workers don't care. Save yourself a headache, go to Kroger. read more

Way too many mistakes, not-filled prescriptions but I received texts that they were ready, told meds would be ready at 1:00, show up at 3:00 and they haven't even started, wait in line for at least 30 minutes every time - the list goes on and on. It's also one of the most expensive places you can go - check GoodRx to find a place that charges more reasonable fees. Love this pharmacy. Fast, efficient, and extremely informative. They also just expanded their health department which is that much better.

My wife and I went to the Minute Clinic with upper respiratory infections. I had been dealing with mine for six weeks. There was an RN and Nurse Practitioner seeing patients...no Doctors! We were told three days of antibiotics would be good. Cash paid $350 total for the both of us. No steroid/antibiotic shots available at Minute Clinics. The antibiotics didn't work! Went back and was told we would have to pay for additional appts to get additional days of antibiotics prescribed. $700 total to get the right prescription of antibiotics! I don't think so! We walked out. Have to start over at an emergency clinic. Complete waste of money and time! read more

Unbelievable. I spent a half hour registering over phone for Covid vaccine appointment for the Johnson and Jonson vaccine. I was given a confirmation number. I am called while in car driving there for my appointment. The pharmacist said that they do not have that j And j vaccine and have not had it for weeks. Why didn't they tell me sooner? They don't care about their customers and I'm not going back. Why don't they keep their main office updated. It shows the pharmacy is unorganized and sloppy about their work. I have NEVER been to ANY pharmacy in my life less equipped to handle anyone at the drive thru. They are the most unfriendly and unhappy people I have ever witnessed. They are in no rush to help anyone, and I am done with this location. I Will be taking my business elsewhere, even now that I will be driving an additional 10 to 15 minutes for my prescriptions just so I don't have to deal with this in adequate ill-equipped location. Corporate needs to get involved in this location and revamp the entire core of employees. read more

Literally the WORST pharmacy I have ever used. PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT PEOPLE... have them count your schedule 2 meds before you leave the pharmacy counter!! This means any narcotic pain meds and benzodiazepines ! I am a health care professional who is having upcoming surgery and had to fill prescriptions here due to my insurance. I was shorted 11 pills !!! There is no resolution because I had gotten home and that's when I noticed the error. At that point it is your word against theirs. Apparently this is happening at many CVS pharmacies locally because I have another friend who filled scripts in Anna location and she had the very same thing happen to her. In fact she was shorted 12 pills . After much research, I found out pharmacies count our pills by 5's, which also tells you that the discrepancies are for sure suspicious! My final advice- call the CVS corporate office, file police report and ALWAYS make them count out meds in FRONT OF you! read more

I went up here to get a few prescriptions for my dog and I told them the name of the prescriptions that I needed and I didn't realize they gave me one that was the wrong one until I got home. My dog is having eye problems and is on 6 different medications right now. Once I realized it had a different name, I called the vet about 15 minutes after I left CVS and the vet called the pharmacy to let them know it's the wrong one and to cancel it and they sent the correct prescription over. I went up there an hour later trying to return the medicine as it was incorrect and they refused to take the medicine back. The man at the pharmacy I spoke with said they don't take back any medicine after they fill it, but then I called corporate and they said it's to their discretion and that you're able to return medication if the head pharmacist allows it. My fiancé was on the phone with the head pharmacist discussing it when I arrived and I hear them talking bad about him while I'm there and they put him on hold. They're completely unprofessional and inconsiderate considering how often we use them for prescriptions. It's pretty disappointing the lack of customer service they have and the man at the pharmacy lying about their policy when in actuality they do take prescriptions back here. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy unless you're okay with receiving bad customer service, lying about their policy, and talking trash about you in public around other customers. I've also filed a corporate complaint and will hopefully hear back from them to discuss this matter and the individuals that were working there on 12/23/19 around 1-2 pm. read more
