They cradled me and made sure my medications are filled an always on time. They call you, they check and make sure you want to fill them at the same time, they educate you on your medications and possible side effects and interactions. Plus, sometimes? A shortage may be occurring on a particular medication and they will warn you so you can look for it somewhere else until they can get it in. You can feel love here. I was done with "big box pharmacies.!" I was tired of standing in line for hours or sitting out in my car for 45-minutes at a time to just pickup my medications. I was tired of coming home and my medication count being off! This "beautiful and caring group of people walk the last mile with you." It is business the way pharmacies should be." I spoke to the deli team member who said there would be fresh baguettes in the morning when the store opened. The store opened at 6 am. I arrived at 9 am looking for baguettes. None were made. The bakery said they don't start baking them until 10 am.

We normally get vaccinated on military installations, just to keep all our records in one place since we move around. However, the military doesn't seem to have a consistent inventory of the particular vaccination we are looking for, so I found the Chesapeake Rx location on the vaccines.gov. They were the only ones in our area that had the particular vaccine AND who would also administer it to children under 12 (pharmacies like Walgreens will not administer it to children under 12, so look out for that when booking appointments FYI). I scheduled an appointment in advance and the staff member was kind and answered all of my questions. The morning of, which was yesterday, however, one of their nurses called me about an hour before the appointment and notified me that the order they had placed did not come in. The supplier had shipped them a different vaccine for children. We were already on our way, so my husband and I got ours. The nurse was the same one who had called and she was super nice and very apologetic. She was very gentle in administering the vaccine as well, as I HATE needles. The process is pretty quick. You have a one page form to fill out (only top portion, then sign at the bottom) and they will submit it to the Department of Health. She was also kind enough to fax over the vaccine record to my military home clinic. She gave me the carbon copy though so I could have it and also filled out my vaccination card. Notes: - they only schedule appointments for vaccinations on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. They go up until 5:30 so you can bring them after school if time is an issue. The pharmacy is very clean and quiet. The inventory for retail items are very sparse, but probably best suited for impulse purchases while picking up your prescription. They have the small private room in the corner to administer the vaccination. She said that she would give me a call as soon as the right vaccine comes in for the kids, so looking forward to going back and getting it done! Stay safe, Friends!

I usually get my prescription filled at walmart but my Dr sent it to harris teeter due to it being cheaper on goodrx. Ive had a lot of miscommunication with my office and the insurance so i was calling to make sure it was actually sent and if they received it (i've been trying to get this prescription for a month). I also prepaid online. When i called the pharmacy i was immediately met with hostility and disrespect. I'm non confrontational so i just gave her my information to figure this out as best we could. She told me it would be ready later on in the day. The website was still showing it was not ready so my mother called to see if it was glitch or if it was ready. My mother was then met with disrespect. My mother, confused, asked how do you know who im calling about? because she didn't even answer hi how can i help you who are you calling for date of birth none of that. just "im literally putting the sticker on". Anyways, we get there, i'm showing them that i prepaid, they are telling me that it's not how it works and that im wrong and i still need to pay. they are completely closed off to the fact that i did in fact pay online and in today's day and age it is COMPLETELY possible to do. she mocked me, she was disrespectful and then when proven wrong she was nice. but only after. It's unprofessional, i've never been met with this type of attitude at a pharmacy. Due to this i will never be getting it filled again here, ill pay the difference to avoid the type of hostility and anger from these two individuals. One who was not even wearing a name tag.

Just blew me off, refused to help me in any way, shape or form.. The idiot arrogant pharmacist I could hear in the background telling the clerk what to say but he couldn' t even pick up the phone to help a cancer patient? So shitty as if these stores don't make enough money as it is! Never taking my business back there again. And you shouldn't either! Yeah it's only 10$ but that 10$ could have done something for me.
