He parked his van near the window and shut it off, planning to wait in the building shade so that when the window opened, he would be first in line. Shortly after shutting off his van, a voice from the speaker said, "Sir, move your van." It caught him off-guard, and he responded with, "Excuse me?" He received a the same command again, but in an uglier tone. (Speaker only, as the metallic screen remained down the whole time.) When he said he just wanted to be first in line when they re-opened, the response was, "Sir, if you don't move your car we will call the police." When he asked if they were serious,, the response was, "Yes, we will call the police." My FIL then restarted his van in disbelief pulled into a parking spot. He then watched as not long after, two cars entered the line, one at the window, Yet those two vehicles apparently weren't threatened with police action. My FIL eventually joined the line after it had reopened. My FIL normally wears his Air Force veteran cap, so the only conclusions I can draw are that this Walgreens either (1) hates senior citizen veterans, or (2) is staffed by complete idiots, which certainly would be on-brand for Walgreens. Whatever the reason, If you are a veteran, a senior citizen, or a decent human being, I strongly recommend giving no business to this clown car pharmacy. ** Note to Management: Don't bother posting an "We're so sorry and don't understand what happened" reply. This was no misunderstanding. This was your staff threatening to call the police on an octogenarian for parking his van.

She was kind and made the process super painless! Drugstore: this is a miniature Walgreens with a drive thru pharmacy, and your typical drugstore items available. However since their staff is busy doing what they do best - making drugs, they don't really provide all of the other bells and whistles of customer service that you find with the big corporate pharmacies like Walgreens or CVS. My doctor directed me to have my prescription filled here. She didn't send it in electronically, but instead wrote the ingredients on a prescription paper. She suggested I call them first to make sure they had the ingredients before going. I did, but there was some confusion on whether they had the ingredients because of the way I was pronouncing the ingredients and/or my phone was cutting out. Thankfully they had an email address, so I sent them a picture and they replied right away that they could make the medication immediately. I drove to the facility. The woman at the front seemed to be working multiple tasks and wasn't privy to the conversation I had previously on the phone, so we had to go through everything again. Once everything checked out, I had a small wait in the lobby before they came out with a paper white bag with my medicine inside. There were no instructions or "scare sheets" included, so I just had to go by what my doctor discussed in my appointment. In the end, I got a 60 day supply for $150 which seemed quite expensive. I took one, and an hour later, I was so sick. My blood pressure skyrocketed and I ended up with one of the worst headaches I had ever had. I thought I was going to have to go to the ER, but I managed to wait it out. By the next morning, my blood pressure had dropped to a normal range and the excruciating pain in my head subsided. I had an unfortunate experience here and with this overly potent medication. Had I used one of the corporate pharmacies, I would have had a consult with a pharmacist, had a detailed sheet explaining the medication and expected side effects as well as best practices for taking it. In the future, I will ask for this to ensure a layer of protection.

They have live customer service and an AI agent named Jane which I use for refills. Best AI experience I've had - easy, no repeating yourself and payment is on file. Prescriptions are delivered and they recently implemented a tracking service so you know when to expect the prescriptions to arrive. My doc accidentally sent my refill to another similar pharmacy. I got it changed back to Sands. Won't go anywhere else for these meds.

I kept the medication, hoping I could use it when I was ready to try IVF again. Because of the emotional toll and the high cost of IVF, it took me quite a while to start treatment again. I now have two unopened boxes of Endometrin, worth about $500, and was told they cannot provide any credit or assistance, even though the medication was never used. I understand there are regulations regarding prescription medications, but it's incredibly frustrating to lose that much money while already facing the enormous financial burden of fertility treatment. Pharmacies that specialize in IVF often say they are here to support patients, but experiences like this make it hard to feel that way. I wish there were more compassion or flexibility for patients who have experienced pregnancy loss and are already struggling with the costs of fertility care.
