Previous CVS Employee Here. This is the worst CVS I have ever been to, here's where there's room for improvement. No one's ever at the register, and when someone is on the register it's the most monotone uninteresting person anyone's ever met. Nothings ever in stock, and everybody that does work here, they don't know anything about coupons. If you're going to advertise giving away extra bucks but then don't have the item or enough of the item in stock, that's false advertising. Even worse, having too much of the items that aren't even on sale. More false advertising. Also funny enough, when I put the items in my cart at CVS.com my coupons suddenly start working. Everything is clean but this is the most confusingly laid out store. The manager of this store should be fired. 1/10 for effort 1/10 for stocking and ordering products 1/10 for coupons not working ever at this location. And when the coupon doesn't work, the employee just shows you the screen and looks like you're speaking a different language. Do better CVS. read more

I waited for half an hour only for my appointment to automatically be cancelled because 15 minutes elapsed since my scheduled time. There was no link or system to check-in to show that I was waiting in line. The man at the drive-thru said that I can try coming back an hour later. Worst pharmacy. If I can give a negative review they deserve one. Waited in the drive through for half and hour. Was told the medication wasn't ready. How long will it take? 15 minutes. We waited at the parking lot for 15 minutes. Went back in and nothing was done. The old Indian woman (her name was Erlinda?) was very rude. Mumbled that it hasn't be that long and walked away. Terrible customer service! We went home without the medication. I tried calling multiple times the rest of the day, nobody answered the phone. I tried transferring the prescription to another CVS but was told they can't because they were being processed in this CVS! My husband was in pain the whole night! I am so furious! I come in here all the time after my long shifts... I came in tonight around 930... understand that they close at 10.. but its not 10. I grab some brow products and a bottle of wine (its been a long day) and the young hispanic blonde girl at the register says "were closed"... huh? I say it's only 930?... she says "I'll help you in a little bit". Mind you both check yourself registers don't let you buy alcohol.. so I left my stuff at the counter and left. Its been a long A$$ day and all I needed was some brow stuff for tomorrow morning and a glass of wine to end my night. Just terrible customer service the last few times I've been here. Just remember this! 10-15 minutes mean "next day" This women indian looks told us it's going to be 10-15 minutes wait so we waited in the parking lot after 15 minutes they didn't even started! I didn't get me medicine until next day and guess what she made a mistake didn't get all my medicine ready and one was missing!! When the phamacist asked her, she thought I was trying double fill! I always come here to get my prescription refilled and now they are saying they can't take paper prescriptions anymore has to be electronically that it started the beginning of the year when last month I came WITH a paper prescription. My doctor doesn't do electricity and I explained that to them and they said " then you should change your clinic " im not changing my doctor only because they are lazy and can't do paper refill prescriptions. read more

Unfortunately, I am sitting here in my car with my toddler who has strep at 9:30pm waiting on his prescription. I stood there while they checked out 4 people before they even acknowledged my presence and there were three people back there. Finally, when they got around to looking at me, it took the guy 10 minutes to determine if we had been there before and to put in our information after figuring out that we had not. After 20 minutes, they waved a stack of prescriptions at me and said that it'd be at least 30 minutes. Fantastic! read more

This is a 24 hour pharmacy that alone generates a four star rating from my perspective when I went there I had a prescription for a high fever they promptly tended to it It was my first visit they cleared my insurance quickly very well done if you're in the area this is the place to go read more

I've been going to the CVS for years for my own personal medication and needs. Over the last year so my daughter has started taking medication and twice out of the last six months they've given her the wrong medication and one of those times it was for the wrong person. I'm surprisesthis place hasn't already had a lawsuit filed against it and been shut down and license pulled. You go to school for these things. ACT LIKE IT! Match the prescription and name with the bottle dispense however many is needed to dispense put it into the bag label it staple it put it in the right bin it's as easy as that read more

Went to pick up a prescription. Waited about 15 min. before anyone acknowledged me. After the lady finally said something to me (i.e., "wait a sec"), she made me wait another 10 min. During this time, other pharmacy employees were throwing trash (straight out of the trash can) and laughing with each other. And, they gave me the WRONG medication. read more

This review is about CVS Pharmacy at the intersection of Jupiter and Park in Plano. 2454 Jupiter Rd, Plano TX 75074. The staff at this CVS is very rude. Today (around 7pm) the staff Daniella told me straight to my face "YOU ARE LYING TO ME". It was about a vitamin price. Instead of checking the Vitamin price deal herself she had asked me what the sale price was. When I asked to see the Manager she said she herself was the manager. I don't expect such behavior from a manager though. She didn't even apologize. I doubt if she would make such wrongful accusations if I was not a person of color. Way to go Daniella and way to go CVS. We are your customer for 15 years but we will transfer to a different pharmacy ASAP. Enough!!! read more

This location is always extremely understaffed. If you call in your prescription, it's still not done 4 hours later, no matter if they tell you it's supposed to be ready in one. Sadly, this has happened to me 4 times as of today. I've always preferred cvs over their major competitor across the street, but after the 4th strike in as many months, time to move on. read more
