Loved Terry. So friendly & helpful. She was only person there and helping several customers at a time. Good seasoned multi tasker.

Avoid this pharmacy at all cost. Horrible service, too many people, and no common sense. I spent 38 minutes in there for a prescription.

By far the ABSOLUTE WORST CVS I have ever tried to have scripts filled with. And by the sights of everyone else giving them a piss poor rating, I can see why. Girlfriend sat in drive thru for 30 min ( no idea why) to be told that it can't be filled today and to come back tomorrow. Of course I go back to raise hell and they're telling me it's out of stock. Soooo then why did girl tell us to come back tomorrow. Weird an employee not doing g their job correctly. I ask them to transfer it up north to the Westerville CVS, and they confirmed that it was sent. This morning I go up there to get my script, again because of how incompetent they truly are, and guess what?? IT HASNT BEEN TRANSFERRED!! I've even heard several pharmacists from other locations tell me how bad this location is! Unfortunately with big pharma, and big Corp ruling American, it's not like I can bitch to a home higher up. As if that store or any incompetent employee would actually hold themselves accountable. So yeah, now I drive to Westerville from pickerington, to pick up my scripts. Garbage location. I have been coming here for almost 2 years since it is close to my work and I can pick up my prescription. To be honest, I am not sure why I stayed at this location for so long. I think it might be because they are 24/7 which is nice when I need to pick up my prescription a little later. My doctor wrote a prescription for a specific brand of medication, but every time I go, I always get an off brand of the medication. The employees have been very kind to me so the problem is not them (I think). They would put in the notes in my account to order the specific brand my doctor prescribed, but every single time I still get the wrong brand. I would pick it up and not be aware that it's not the one I wanted because when you pick up a prescription, you would assume it's what you were prescribed. I would take it and then they would not get in the one I need in time or I have to pay $20-$30 out of pocket, which is not what I want to do each time. I have been taking the off brand one, but the side effects have been terrible!! I have told the employees at the pharmacy about it too, but somehow I struggle to get what I need. I now have to call in every month to make sure they have my brand in stock or to order it. Last time, I was told they would be able to order my prescription and have it in the next day at 2PM and that I would be notified via text message like I usually do. I was like okay great! Two days later and I had not heard anything so I called them again. The employee said my prescription had been in and ready and that it would just take her 45 minutes to fill it. No problem. I go in about 7 hours later to pick up my prescription, after standing in a long time also, just for the employee to tell me that it is not ready. What!! I think the employees there are great. The store is always clean and the cashiers working in the front are always kind and always greet me. The pharmacy has a lot of improvements. I really should just transfer my prescription. read more

Visited Pickerington CVS yesterday. Being a Pickerington resident I can honestly say that I was embarrassed because of the filthy parking lot, the unkept flower beds with more weeds than grass and bushes,trash, and upon entering the store , the FILTHY carpet. What an embarrassingly dirty looking store. Really? Why? You are taking in enough dough. Clean the place up and take care of the lot your building occupies. I do NOT RECOMMEND the drive-through prescription pick up. Worst service ever. They allow people to drop off paperwork and the entire line is left sitting for more than 20 minutes, at least, while we wait. They need to improve their system and only allow pick up on orders that are already ready. Absolutely horrific experience. And this is continual. read more

I've been using CVS for years and this is the absolute worst CVS I've ever used. I lived nearby years and didn't have any issue with this location. I recently moved back and started using them again. This is an absolute disater of a pharmacy. They refuse to fill valid scripts and force me to go to another CVS to get my script filled. Medications are constantly out of stock at this location. My insurance is with CVS but I'm actually going to be switching to Walgreens across the street. I don't think the pharmacists are to blame, they're friendly but they're overworked and under staffed. CVS, please do better and get additional staff so you run the pharmacy properly. read more

This location gave me the wrong prescription after I clearly stated my allergies to them in the past. The prescription was unusable and now they won't take it back. I understand for safety reasons they can't take back product, but they wouldn't even offer a refund or offer to cover the cost of the actual prescription I needed. This is the slowest location. As of today, my doctor sent over prescription for antibiotics for my child at 10am. Yes 10am. They were supposed to be ready by 230pm. It is now 4:18pm and still not filled. I truly don't understand why it takes so long to get meds filled. read more

The worst service. Never meet promised times. Lunch schedule is ever changing. Lines wrap around the building to wait for prescriptions. If you go inside, the ignore you because they are tending to the window. Get these people some help! read more

I appreciate having a 24 hour pharmacy because my son always seems to get sick on Sunday evening, that being said this store is so slow. They never meet their promised completion time and from the attitude you receive from the cashiers they frankly don't care. I know most of your evening patrons are either sick or have a sick kid in tow and they want their prescriptions now, I really just want it when it's promised. read more

I am a transplant recipient and had to switch to CVS from Walgreens for insurance reasons. They have repeatedly messed up my medication refills for my anti rejection drugs. Do not use this pharmacy if your life depends on it! I do not recommend them!!!! read more

Horrible, I've been going here since I moved to Pickerington, about 7 years ago. It's gotten progressively worse, to the point where I'll be switching pharmacies tomorrow. Everyone in the pharmacy always appears busy but they are clearly, grossly understaffed. Now they have reduced their hours to close at 9 and shit down for an hour at lunch, lines are around the building at all times, and they NEVER game my prescriptions ready when I show up. Back when Pickerington was quite smaller, CVS used to be the only drug store in town. Over the past many years, they've moved to a larger bui they've vamped up their offerings, and their pharmacy is now 24 hour drop-off/pick-up. Sometimes, it can be a bit of a wait in the drive-thru pharmacy line. Sometimes, inside the store, there's a line at the three possible registers. But the again, I normally only stop by this joint if I need something quickly, while on the run, or don't feel good and just want to go home. So the my feelings of the "long lines" are "to each there own". read more

This is the 4th time, I've called ahead for a presciption. Waiting 2+ hours after they say I can pick it up. Just to walk in and be told its still not ready. What a joke honestly. I just recently started coming to this location for my HRT medication. I will be days off waiting for it to be refilled, just to walk in and it not be ready. "They're still filling it." Wish I could give negative stars. Moved here six months ago and gave benefit of doubt bc of pandemic. They've only gotten worse. Never answer calls. Rx are never ready after being told multiple times on the same day they would be ready. Not only worst cvs, but WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. After using this pharmacy for over 7 years now, I decided to find a new place to get my prescriptions after years of frustrations. I initially chose this location since it's used to be open 24/7 and thought it would be convenient, but I experience hassles and inconvenience each and every month that I go to pick up my medications. I wait an average of 30 minutes each time I go only to be told to come back in a few days because they're out of stock. There have been several times that I've had to call multiple days to make sure the prescription is still being processed because they forgot to order it shortly after realizing they were out of stock. My wife and I have decided to try a new pharmacy since this particular CVS just doesn't seem to care about their customers and patients. If you're looking for satisfactory service, stocked medications, convenience, or responsiveness, then I'd strongly recommend avoiding the CVS on Hill Road in Pickerington. read more

This is the worst pharmacy. I waited 30 minutes on hold at 3:00 pm and hung up. Later, I waited 20 minutes before hanging up again. I called again and pressed the button for a store clerk. She did pick up, but said she just got to work and didn't know what was going on "back there," but to call back later. Now it is 11:00 pm and I'm on hold for the fourth time today. 15 minutes and still no answer. I'm getting out of this pharmacy asap. read more

My doctor called in my prescriptions three days ago to this CVS. They knew three days ago they didn't have it and didn't bother to order it until today when it was due to be picked up. They didn't bother to call me and tell me they wouldn't be ordering it nor did they bother to let me know I needed to call my doctor if I wanted to have it called in to another pharmacy. Now my doctor is gone for the weekend, the CVS order isn't going to be in until Tuesday, and I go back out of town Sunday for two weeks. Thanks so much CVS for caring about your patients and making sure they have their prescriptions that they get there every month. This is the second time they've been late with it because they didn't have enough in stock. For being such a large pharmacy chain, they have really gone downhill in their patient care. Experience very bad customer service at this location. They make up their coupon policy as they go. Recently kid waiting on me wanted me to spend over $100.00 to use a few coupons I had. Went to a different CVS and my bill ended up being $42.83 with tax. You have got a big difference of opinions at these stores. read more

Love this pharmacy! I always think of Kroger before CVS for my prescriptions. Maybe because I grocery shop & get my prescriptions at the same time & it is a convenience thing. That's going to change now when I'm not using the 90-day mail service. This CVS has the best customer service on the phone, in-store, & through the drive through. They always have medications in stock that Kroger never has. They are way faster at filling my prescriptions than Kroger has ever been. CVS likes to under promise & over deliver, which is the smartest way to keep your customers happy! Example, normal in-store time for prescriptions to be ready after drop-off may be 20 mins, but mine are always ready in 5-10. read more

Great Location. I have never had an issue with this pharmacy, even with odder prescriptions they seem to have it in stock. And when my insurance wont cover certain combinations they have worked with the doctor to come up with an affordable solution for my family. any issue I have ever had here are because of Anthem not CVS. They made a mistake and since the medication which was a sealed bottle left the store I couldn't return. When I asked if they can take it back for disposal they said they can't. I would have to put in coffee and dissolve etc. I felt like that was ridiculous being their mistake. The tech. gave me attitude and snatched the bag. She didn't even look at me and asked the other tech if I needed anything else. I was just trying to do the right thing and I'm out my co pay! read more

CVS is running a SCAM. They give out these coupons called "extrabucks" kind of like Kohls cash etc. When you try to redeem these "extrabucks" they will make up something and tell you the coupon is not valid, and even though on the coupon it self it states otherwise. This has happened multiple times. Awful customer service, and the management is downright disgusting. I will never give them another penny. Do NOT shop at this cvs or any cvs in the matter of fact. read more

I think it's utter BS that when the hours are posted that you are open until 8pm, you should literally be accepting patients until 8pm! A lot of us have wacky schedules and work opposite sides of the city we live. If you are not going to take patients past a certain time, it should be BOLDLY and CLEARLY stated! I get there 15 minutes prior to close and am turned away before I get to check in! Getting in a doctors' officials in a timely manner and without disruption of work is damn near impossible which I why I am sure Minute Clinics exist! read more

On numerous occasions I have had prescriptions filled here. On almost every occasion the prescriptions were either much later than the time stated by the pharmacy staff or they were not filled at all because the staff "forgot" to fill it. The staff's customer service skills are poor at best. No apology was given for any of the mistakes they had made. The staff's tone was condescending when they addressed me and other customers. This is by far the worst consumer experience I have had in some time. I would highly recommend taking your prescriptions to another location. It is definitely not worth giving this location your hard earned money. I have never been to a retail location and left feeling as disrespected and unwelcome as I did at CVS Pickerington. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to a better alternative. Do yourself a favor and avoid this CVS location if you can help it. read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Medically dangerous that this pharmacy manages medications the way they do. We have repeatedly run into issues with this pharmacy not having medications in stock, stating they'll be in stock in a certain number of days, the medicine not being in stock when promised...two and three and four times. It's ridiculously frustrating but also medically dangerous. Even if you have a CVS only plan, I'd *HIGHLY* recommend going with a different store. The pharmacy staff isn't necessarily rude, but their service when helping with a medication that isn't in stock is beyond terrible. I have a child with no current Epi-pens and a spouse without a daily medication for two weeks. After YEARS of filling all prescriptions here, I'm pulling them all today. I've never seen anything quite like it, but whatever is wrong is no mere glitch in the system. Somewhere in the line, someone has decided consistency in medication stocking is not even a vague concern. read more
