This place is always crazy busy. I typically stop into this supercenter when out in Reynoldsburg and make it a Sam's Club/Walmart Combo trip. Omg here I am thinking Walmart on morse rd was bad..well they are bad but they atleast answer the phone. I've been calling the reynoldsburg Walmart since yesterday and no answer whatsoever.I ordered a couple of items to be delivered to my home and paid the fee for Same day delivery and never got it. It kept saying it's delayed. I tried calling the store multiple multiple times to see if I can come pick it up and nothing. I was able to speak with customer service 1800# multiple times to see if they can be a change they can make in there end and they said nope. I had two options: 1 to wait it out until the end of the day today. -2 to be refunded which will take days for me to get back. I decided to wait it out.this is day 2 and it's 7:37p. Out of all the Walmarts in the world, this one is absolutely the worst. They have Rental cops always driving around, blocking the traffic more than helping. Most employees are very nice but we have waited an hour for our online order pick ups. Can't get anyone on the phone nobody answers except for the online order pick up people so I'll give them credit for that. This has got to he the biggest joke in Walmart history. Absolutely ridiculous in the amount of time they spend keeping you waiting for an online pickup. I got here only for me to wait more than 20 mins just to find a parking spot, and atleast another 20 mins before someone finally brought my order. After all that she showed no empathy or whatsoever. Walmart's best feature, particularly at its Supercenters, is its comparable pricing. They do a good job of providing a nice variety of products in all categories. Even a Big & Tall section for men. They price match (as long as you bring proof of the other deal) and have a pretty good return policy. I must warn though, that if you shop after midnight, you may have some trouble navigating your cart through aisles. They bring out pallets of product for stocking and can often block off entire sections, especially the spaces in between the little freezers between the refrigerated perimeter and the actual aisles. The other problem I have with them is that you may often be forced to use the self-service registers between midnight and early morning, as no cashiers are stationed at registers. My personal problem with that is that our purchases pay for the business in all aspects (building rent/location, utilities, advertising and yes, employee wages). To be specific, our business pays their salaries. That being said, if the cashier is removed from the process and I'm to ring up my own purchases AND bag them, WHY am I paying the same price? I honestly feel that there should be some incentive to use the self-service registers. Perhaps a 5% discount. Hey, I'm not lazy, but when the cashier tells me that they shouldn't have to ring up purchases 24/7 and that we need to shop during normal hours (if we want them to ring us up), I have a huge problem with that. There are people who work different shifts who, for them, 3rd shift shopping IS their normal time. Me personally, I hate self-checkout. You have to ask for codes for produce (if there's no printed decal), desserts like donuts from the bakery, etc. Last night, I had to call someone over who told me to look up the codes and when I did, even SHE had trouble finding the matching code. My check-out took almost 15 minutes!!!! This is with NO one ahead of me. I was going to talk about the ongoing internet joke that Walmart is a haven for the severely under-dressed and seedy underbelly of the area, but hey, you already know. I'm just getting more angry every time I go to Walmart or any other store that operates the same way in regards to locking up products. Today I was in the Reynoldsburg, Ohio store in Taylor Road wanting to purchase a mouse that costs about $17. The product was locked up. I had someone call for assistance and waited for 20 minutes before someone showed up. This is absolutely absurd. Situations like this is another perfect example of why people like myself would rather stay home and shop through Amazon and not go to the big box stores. There's not enough help in the store to respond to customer needs. The employees today believe that what is in their mobile phones is more important than the job that they are being paid to do. This is very frustrating and gets customers such as myself very pissed off. read more

Out of all the chain Walmarts in the country, this one had some good stuff compared to the other ones but the biggest down fall is letting salesman in the building. They bother you when you're trying to shop and the worst ones are the guys from NRG. They try to hustle you into thinking they can give you better rates but they don't. It last a month or two and you forget about it then bam you're over paying your original bill. They got my mom some how and when I asked to have it cancelled, they told me they couldn't! Which is a complete lie because I tried the salesman job before for a third party and I was able to cancel orders easily. I don't recommend coming to this Walmart if you aren't ready to be bothered by the salesman. Oh yeah there is more than just NRG there too. read more

Very convienen for me since is extremely close to me. I talked maybe 2 times with staff and they were very helpful when I asked (but I heard not always). The only downside is the veggies since they are not good at any fruits or vegetables. Tip: they have Tostitos and Ruffles (from Mexico) and they are way better than the regular ones. Also they are on sale now at $2.50 each. I do recommend to grab a couple. read more

Overall, I try to avoid shopping in the large box stores, but on this occasion I had to go inside for a large order. It took a minute to get some help, but once I did, the manager was very helpful. He took my order and then told me he would call as soon as it was ready. He followed up by the end of the week, and we set a date that I would arrange pickup of my order. On the day of pickup, they had everything ready to go. They escorted me to the front of the register, I made the purchase, and they loaded it up. Overall a positive experience! read more

Asked to get an item from behind the locked glass and the lady refused to hand it to me. She rudely asked if I was still shopping and when I said yes she walked it directly to the self checkout clerk and had him scan the item for me. I get that there's been a lot of theft but no need to treat me like a criminal. Just go to Target across the street. read more

We frequent this Walmart to pick up specific items you can't find at other locations throughout the city. This was our first time utilizing their grocery delivery since they offered a 30 day trial of their grocery express service. I can definitely say that I am a fan for sure. We ended up getting a few perishable items like fruit, bread, milk, and eggs. We also got a bunch of frozen items to keep the kids happy during this shelter in place time. Things all came very timely and the only thing I can complain about was the bread was a bit squished. Leaving it out in the counter it definitely came back to life so no issues at all with that! If you're looking to get groceries delivered in the next day or two then this is definitely the service for you. They were very gentle when they delivered the goods and everyone stayed at their prescribed distances! read more

I tried for a whole week numerous times to get a person to ask a question. I must've called like 50 times, different times of day, and got no answer or someone would pick up then hang up. I even tried different departments and nobody answered. This is unacceptable for a business this size! I realize they seemed to be very short staffed, there were no check outs open except the self checkout the last time I actually went in the store. I am not going to shop here anymore. I'm so disappointed that Walmart, a billion dollar company, can't keep employees! Do better Walmart! Their is more product on the shelves in the garden section and back by the bathrooms by electronics. Literally store shelves empty and everything is outside going to waste. Piles of bikes and scooters getting rained on and pallets of bikes falling over. The woman at the checkout informed me that they only wipe down check out registers every 30 min and not after each customer. I will no longer be shopping here. A WalMart is a WalMart... however, I will say that the new improvements has made this one a lot nicer! They now have a lot more self check out which is extremely helpful. There produce is a hit or miss, but every location can be this way. I find that more and more, WalMarts - various locations - tend to be out of a lot of things -- they always tend to be out of that one thing that you went their to get - despite checking on the website to ensure it's in stock. I don't love WalMart, and I don't hate it -- I will continue to use WalMart, but will usually wish I was somewhere else (I hate grocery shopping, so this is always my opinion anywhere I go). read more

I visited the Reynoldsburg, OH Walmart to get some sewing fabric. When I reached the craft area I was really disappointed to see the bolts of fabric just thrown on the shelf, the Fat Quarters were a disaster in that they were thrown every where. Other bolts or like batting and such was also just thrown on the shelves. Then Sunday I visited a Walmart in Ontario, OHIO. It was wonderful. Everything so nicely arranged. Loved the way the Fat Quarters were hanging up so you could see all the different colors and patterns. I could have stayed in the area for quite some time. I just wish the Reynoldsburg, OH Walmart took such pride in there material area of the store. read more

My walmart.com account was hacked. Someone at this location was planning to pickup over $600 worth of Apple products. I called to explain these were fraudulent and not to give the items to anyone who came to pick up. The worker on the phone rudely told me to call the main number repeatedly. I tried to explain further and she would interrupt and tell me to call the main number. I asked why she was being so rude and she proceeded to hang up on me. I already cancelled my cc and reported the charges. This was a courtesy call to make sure Walmart didn't lose products to a thief. I've never been hung up on in a professional call in my life--much less when I'm just calling to help the store out! Unbelievably rude. I will never shop there. read more

Refused to cash a payroll check when I called the number on the slip of paper they gave the number basically said sometimes they won't cash payroll checks tough luck. Never had a problem cashing them at a walmart before this now me and my kids have had to wait several days over the weekend for my deposit to process. Horrible location. I only go here if other stores around me do not have what I need in stock. I generally do not like Walmart anyways. The last time I went here about 10:30-ish several months ago was to get printer cartridge ink for my printer. I had a paper that was due the next day. They had the electronics department closed and I spoke to 4 different associates and they all told me they couldn't go in there to get the product I needed because they would get in trouble. I asked to speak to manager to have them help me. Two different associates went to get them and I stood there and waited about 25 minutes. No manager ever showed up and the last associate that asked, the manager told her that he was busy and wound be there whenever he could. The department associate was on break and she ended up coming off of break to help us. She apologized for the inconvenience and said there should've been no reason why someone else or a manager couldn't have came to help me. read more

I despise this Walmart. I'm originally from the Grove City area and that was my go to Walmart. I recently moved to this area and this Walmart sucks! Parking lot is small and it's constantly crowded. Hard to find a parking spot. And the same old "2 lanes open during the busy day". It's annoying. The subway inside the Walmart is also bad. I stood in line for 20 minuets waiting (there was 1 person in front of me also waiting on the slow staff) and the veggies were all rotten. The selection of produce at this Walmart is horrid. I try to stay away from Walmart, but sometimes they are handy and prices are good. I stopped in at this one looking for diapers, and they were cheaper than at the baby stores. The lot and aisles were busy but not as crazy (and filled with crazies) as at some Walmarts. Everything was clean and organized. I was in and out pretty quickly, and would come back if I were in the area. In general, though, I prefer Meijer- prices are almost as low, and the experience is so much more relaxing. read more

I am definitely not a Wal-mart fan. I wish they paid their employees more but then the employees seem happy enough. I don't like to shop at places where the workers want to work full time but the company likes to save on benefits. But enough on that. The food quality is at best average. Giant Eagle is usually competitive and their products last longer and seem fresher. But if you are looking for weird items like kitchen sink stoppers or gel eye masks for your migraine, this is your store. The eye masks are cheaper than CVS even with a 30% CVS coupon. They are great and I went back for another one. One surprising thing is that many of the employees and customers are considerably overweight but yet, at least in the men's section, they did not carry clothing that would fit many of their customers. You can order stuff online but I have found that big and tall men's sizes are as undependable as women's sizes. If you order online, even with a decent return policy, you are constantly ordering and reordering to get the right size. I wish they had a big/tall section in the store. While I do not gravitate to Wal-mart, if you are looking for anything that is unusual, they probably have it. But do not assume that they are the cheapest around. At least for groceries they are not. read more

Whenever I visit my hometown Walmart I get stressed because of the crowds. I know at one time this Walmart was the busiest in the country. I try to avoid this Walmart as much as possible because of this. That being said, you can't beat the prices on toiletries, paper products and other staples. If you must go, try a weekday morning. Not as busy. In San Antonio I visited a Walmart neighborhood market and I loved it. Not as big as the superstores, just a typical grocery store. If Walmart opened one here in Reynoldsburg or Pickerington I would definitely patronize. read more

This Walmart is always packed and it's hard to find parking. The food section is very nice. Store is pretty clean. One thing I don't like is they are always out of beauty products. If you're looking for makeup chances are they will not have what you're looking for. They have great prices and a nice clothing section. read more

The people who work at this store are basically useless. It takes FOREVER to get anyone to answer the phone in any department (my most recent call took 14 minutes of the phone just ringing off the hook before someone answered and it wasn't even what I'd consider prime shopping hours for them to be that busy. I'm pretty sure they turn the ringers off) and then once you finally get someone on the phone they have NO clue about anything. Can't tell you if they have something in stock, can't tell you if/when school supplies will be in, can't even transfer you to the correct department if you happen to have chosen the wrong option. (I was hung up on 3 times by someone in Customer Service trying to transfer me to Electronics) On top of all this the employees are RUDE.
