I asked more qualifying questions to understand how they don't test at a location that their online appt center scheduled. I had even gotten a reminder message for the appt one hour prior. The worker just got very frustrated with me and offered me no guidance as to what to do except "maybe go to the medcheck". I called customer Service where I was told they would document my issue in the mychart app, but it would likely be ignored.

They have provided medication to me from a manufacturer that I had previously had an allergic reaction to (same medication, different inactive ingredients, so - we switched manufacturers). I was told that it would be noted on my account to prevent it from happening again in the future. Unfortunately, it apparently didn't and I just have finally had enough. Management is very condescending, the systems and processes implicated seem to be very slow and complicated and seem to overall lack integrity.
