I also got the medication for somebody else's child, instead of my own. Talk about scary. And the pharmacy acted like it was no big deal. The staff at CVS was nice, but clearly understaffed and overworked. We switched to this location of Walgreens and could not be happier. When I have a refill, it's filled incredibly fast and accurately. The staff is also very helpful and pleasant. I'm so glad we made the switch.

You have to order them on the website. What?? I go to CVS all the time and they have a flyer with sale items, the items are marked in the store and you get the sale price. SIMPLE!! This is also a problem for people who don't have computers and for the elderly who use coupons a lot. Really not a customer service oriented company!!!

Last Friday was probably the second time I have ever used this pharmacy. I have been so…read moredisappointed with the CVS and Walmart in this area with poor inventory and turnaround times. I had a good experience the first time so I hoped for the best! I had a somewhat urgent prescription needing to filled, especially as I was about to head out of state for a week. Tracey was kind, but told me that they didn't have my prescription in stock and they would order it for Monday; unfortunately, I was unable to wait two more days and they suggested I call to other pharmacies in the area to see what their inventories were and Big Y would transfer the prescription to them. I was disappointed and thought I would be spending the rest of the afternoon navigating different pharmacies. I was still at the store a few minutes later picking up a few other things and contemplating the rest of the day's logistics, when Tracey began calling my name from down the aisle. She found me in the store and told me she had called and found the prescription at CVS Walpole! I was so happily stunned that (1) she called to find the medicine somewhere else and she'd transferred the prescription and (2) she walked around the store to look for me and let me know after I missed her call on my cell. These extra steps saved me a ton of effort and time. I very, very much appreciate this kindness and effort!!

To make a long story short, to say there were too many cooks in the kitchen at Stop & Shop was completely wrong after going to the new CVS across the street. WOW was that manager out of LINE the way he spoke to me. I came down to have a civil conversation to let him know what my situation was and he screamed at me in front of all the customers. I was so embarrassed, not only for me but for him. Stop & Shop would never even think about doing anything like that. Stop & Shop is now without a doubt, my absolute favorite place to go for both scripts and food and let me tell you after talking to Justine last night she had me crying because she was so sweet about the whole situation. I felt so bad leaving Stop & Shop a poor review over one issue I never should've done that and as I told Justine, my mother passed away in March and she would've been very disappointed in me.
