The pharmacist Joellen was rude and disrespectful. Took all day to fill an order they had days ago. Then repeatedly told to come back later. When I said I was going to find a new place to fill prescriptions, Joellen replied "GOOD". Then threatened to ban me from the store if I swore. I asked what constitutes a swear and got no response. My prescriptions are always correct and filled immediately. Staff is friendly and both window and indoor service is excellent.

I took my mother here to get a COVID test and the lady at the window had such a bad attitude and was extremely rude. I had my phone out to look for the confirmation number and the lady yells at me saying I can't have my phone out because it's a HIPPA violation. When she gave me the test kit at the drive through window I rolled my window up out of concern for her and she yells "You gotta stop putting your window up, I don't know why you're putting your window up, you won't be able to hear me". I understand these are stressful times but you can't be treating patients like that, we're all going through a difficult time you don't know what the other person is going through. I'm never going back to this CVS again. read more

The people working at the pharmacy looks stressed, tired all the time and it's obvious they don't really give a crap. They are there to fill in their hours and get their paycheck. Incredibly bad customer service on the phone and in person. Their drive thru is closed and no knows when it will reopen again. There are 3 CVS stores in Easton and each one has its pros and cons for each. Yesterday I went to the Roche Bros. location and purchased a number of items. One item I was looking for, according to the woman stocking the shelf at the item I was looking for, said that the store didn't stock the item. I asked if another one of the Easton stores carried it. She told me she handles the region and that CVS didn't carry the item. She then said I should try Walgreens. I had a 32% coupon off so I bought my items and went home. Once home I Googled the item and to my surprise 2 of the 3 Easton CVS stores did carry the item. I called the Depot St location and told them the story and asked if they would honor the 32 % coupon (I had proof of the coupon.) They said yes. I went to the store and got the item and they did honor the coupon. They were very pleasant and extremely helpful. I wish I had gone to this location to begin with. read more

The pharmacy staff and pharmacist at this location are unhelpful, offering inadequate and incompetent customer service too often. My children required the same prescription, all coming down with the same illness. The script was sent to this location. Upon arriving at the location, my wife found that the drive-through was closed and a line from the pharmacy nearly reached the front door. After waiting a long time, she was told the script was out of stock and to see the pharmacist at a separate window. Upon arrival, the pharmacist discovered that one of the scripts was actually available, even though she was confidently told by the person at the register that it wasn't. Instead of helping my exhausted wife right there at the window, the pharmacist then told her to get back in the long line to wait again to get the "one script" that was available. Upon collecting the available script, with tired eyes and feet, my wife was told to come back the following day after 3 PM to collect the remaining scripts. "They will definitely be here," she was told. So, she went back the next day only to find that the scripts were not available and left with nothing more than unhelpfulness from the people whose confident guidance was for her to "come back." They simply offered no real help, no solution, and no meaningful guidance. She left feeling stranded and "out of luck." This location seems understaffed, hobbled by poor leadership, beset by inefficiency and pitiless indifference towards customers, and strained by neglect. We understand that products run out and become back-ordered; It seems like standard fare these days. But, it is unacceptable to give people a false solution merely to "kick the can down the road" and move on to the next person in line. If you cannot commit to an actual solution, kindly admit the limitations, set realistic expectations based on real data, and actually prove your care for the human being that is in front of you through quality customer service. It is reasonable for us, as customers, to not like the way things are (i.e., medication back-ordered, late, unavailable, too expensive), but it takes a sad song and makes it sadder when poor customer service is the "bitter pill" you leave with, not your prescription. read more

The pharmacist at the site was not helpful at all. I had an appointment to bring my mother, who has dementia and is living at a memory unit across the street, for a vaccine. We scheduled her for a flu vaccine and I then found out she already received one at the facility. I asked if I could switch the appointment to one for the Covid booster and I was told no. They did have it in stock but for some reason would not allow with the switch. Really no good reason, not at all helpful. Had just driven an hour to bring her to the appointment. It should be about helping patients which clearly they don't care about. read more

I understand that the pharmacy has been taking on much more stress due COVID, but that doesn't mean your service should be anything less than professional...the pharmacist called me at 9am the day of my 4pm COVID test requesting I come in earlier. She was flexible in letting me choose a time so I told her I'd be in around noon, to which she replied, "okay, that's perfect! see you at noon!" upon getting to the drive thru at exactly 12, I sat behind two other appointments, each taking ten minutes. The couple in front of me was an older couple that didn't seem to understand the testing process, and I could tell the pharmacist was getting increasingly frustrated as her tone became more hostile. After she sent them on their way, I pulled up to the window and waited for another 5 minutes before she helped me out, all the while making phone calls to push up other appointments. I waited another 10 minutes before she came back with my testing kit with a line building up behind me. She pushed it through the slot, asked me if I had done a test before -- I had-- then abruptly ended the interaction with "thank you have a nice day." she didn't seal off the bag with the testing tube, swab, and disinfectant wipe, so when I grabbed them they fell onto the pavement. I pressed the call button to ask for another one and had to wait another 5 minutes before she rudely answered again. She gave me another swab then ended with another "have a nice day." wouldn't even give 1 star. left this review on the wrong locations site. but the pharmacists at this location are the RUDEST people around. Whoever your "customer service manager" is that was on shift the 5th of may around 4pm is especially rude. unfortunately this woman didn't have a name on her name tag but she gave me issues about giving me my medicine. she said it was on hold but it was right behind her in a yellow basket. she sent me out of line and yelled at me over other customers saying she didn't make a mistake. she did make a mistake and was extremely unprofessional. every month i come in to get my medicine and the pharmacists are all rude and don't just give you your medicine. it's always an issue some how. switched over to walgreens though. it's nothing new hearing about horrible experiences at this pharmacy and i was told ill get way better treatment at walgreens. don't waste your time at this location. read more

I have used his pharmacy since the Walgreens closed. Twice I have asked for a consult with the pharmacist. The first time it was obvious that I was speaking to an employee with absolutely no knowledge of pharmacopeia. The second time I just wasn't sure and it seemed like she was being coached. read more

Went to pick up my antibiotics for an emergency medical visit yesterday and they would not give me my RX or even a dose BC their computer was out. How in the world did they function in the 80's? I don't usually write about retail stores or services but the service I received at this CVS store was above and beyond any customer service that I have had in a long time. It was simple I walked in and looked for 9V batteries Not seeing them I asked and of course they were right behind me so. Figures. Checking out was advised and for the life of me I cant remember his name Richard maybe? anyways he told me I should get the 4 pack for a dollar more on sale. That's nice. Then he asked if I wanted to use the 12 dollars rewards that I had. I said sure. He advised that I would lose the left over dollar so suggested something from the candy rack I mean what can you get for a dollar nowadays ( sad but true) I chose a Kit Kat He then rang it up and said I owed .25. I said I didn't have a quarter or any cash really He said no worries and took a quarter from his pocket and paid it for me. By this time I'm astounded at how nice this kid is and what a great store CVS is. I dunno maybe it's a bit ridiculous but in a day and age when people are stressed out and grumpy the courtesy made my day. read more
