Sent hubby in to get it and management was training a newbie. What should had been a simple order to run out to the pump, turned into a hot mess. Luckily, my husband found a replacement chip for the puffs that were not in stock. Even if you do do not have the complete order, bring the customer what they ordered and let them know they can choose something different. In this Oklahoma heat no one wants to sit in the car and roast because of incompetence. Always have a plan B going to correct the situation on the spot.

So we took the chance and popped in to QT and thankfully the QT kitchen was open and Santa gave his QT elves a great pep talk. We picked up our sides and waited on our main dishes which was a wrap and a grilled cheese modified with our taste in mind. Thank you for being open and available on such a chaotic day. It made our evening.

They just took my passport photo for a renewal for me a few months ago, and the lady was super detailed to make sure it met all criteria to get approved. My issue with Walgreens is the pharmacy. Since Covid, they have changed the days/hours they are open like 10 different times. They are generally rude, and prices change for prescriptions literally month to month. I have been meaning to switch to a local pharmacy forever.

Tried to explain this but they could care less. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! We are switching to a local pharmacy that will hopefully treat us with respect!
