The clinician at this location Jenna King (who is not a dermatologist btw) had looked at and…read moretouched around my right eye area during our appointment (I had no illness or infections of my eyes, she was looking at vein which I asked her if the vein could be removed by a plastic surgeon, or if veins around the eye cannot be removed). The next day I woke up w so much green pus and crust in my right eye I could not open it without using my hand to pry my eye open. I saw a doctor that day and was diagnosed with a pink eye infection (never had this before in my life). This resulted in me having continual pink eye infections that were difficult to treat with antibiotics and traveled back and forth between my two eyes for about 3 months, causing each eye to be blood red for long periods. It was embarrassing and affected my job. Further, I could not wear contact lenses for almost half a year. She caused me a lot of pain and suffering. From this experience I state that Jenna King is a very unsanitary clinician and that US Dermatology Partners in Muskogee is an incredibly unsanitary facility. She only touched that right eye area (not my left) and the next morning (about 12 hours later) I woke up with a horrible infection on that right eye. In addition to this, Jenna King told me (per the blood report I had at her clinic) that I had an autoimmune disorder and told me a specific type she thought I had (again this woman is not a doctor-so her being so conclusive about this medical diagnosis from bloodwork at her clinic is outside her scope of practice). Due to the conversation with her I believed for many months (from about January 2024 until May 2024, that I then had a life-altering autoimmune disease (which caused me significant depression and social isolation during that period). I saw a Rheumatologist MD specialist around May 2024 and was retested and informed I absolutely had no autoimmune disease (that it only looked that way when I was previously tested as I had the flu near around the time of the first blood test). This person Jenna King has poor hygiene practices and has had discussions with patients (me) outside of her scope of practice. Further when she told me I had an autoimmune disease, she was incredibly abusive, gaslighted me (she told me to not interrupt her-when actually she had interrupted me), and controlling while telling me I had a life-altering disease. I cannot imagine how anyone could be so rude, disrespectful, and self centered while telling someone they have a life altering disease. Let alone she was wrong and should not have hinted at this in the way she did, as it was outside her scope of practice. Horrific experience. Avoid at all costs.

I always restock when the hand soaps are $3. So this time, I made an online pick up order so I was guaranteed to get the $3 pricing. Pick up was quick and easy. I love the candles too, but they only go as low as $10.99 now, and I just don't think that's reasonable for a candle. But this location is well stocked with friendly staff. We found the things we needed and sure do enjoy the bargain special sales when they have them. Here's a tip: you can add shower gels to your washer detergent (as long and you're not allergic, but you also don't need a lot) for body sprays and fragrances keep them in your refrigerator to feel a bit cool and fresher in the humidity/summer times... it might help too. Never spray body sprays directly to your clothing. It's still virus season, so they do carry hand sanitizers.. have a great time shopping and give the hard workers a complement!! They deserve to know they are appreciated.

Today I had the chance to pop in for a last minute mother's day gift. Once again the staff was very welcoming.On this trip today I got the Mother's Day Gift and I also picked up some other items to try for myself. They graciously boxed up my mother's day gift for the recipient I was giving it to. I hot a chance to use the scented lotion stick "All Hail the Queen" on my legs the scent was very mild and pleasant, and kept me from itching my legs in the heat.It really did a great job for me.(I highly recommend the stick lotion for on the go needs and travel). I am looking forward to trying my other selections soon. Thank You for the Welcoming atmosphere and I will definitely be back in the future.
