Work is planning a potluck and I wanted to grab some disposable utensils. Turns out Kroger doesn't carry those so looked down the street. Hurray for CVS! I found wood utensils instead that won't take eternity to break down like plastic does. Hopefully they restock soon so I can grab more in the future. Service continues to suck. customers are ignored, don't answer phone calls, might as well not even have a drive thru. Worst service ever.

I was so sick. Had to see a doctor a 2nd time. Gave me wrong antibiotics. So I had a prescription for 3 things. The cough syrup they said was not in stock. Wait until Monday or drive 22 miles. I called and got manager and he put me through to pharmacist. It was a mixup with the names of cough syrup. Literally, so nice! I got the right prescriptions. Thank goodness! Thank you. read more

Do not use! They question what your doctor sends in and then they do not follow up with the doctor . My wife just had knee replacement surgery and was prescribed 2 different pain killers and you would have thought the world stopped turning. She has been post op for over 6 hours and in need of those meds and I'm still waiting. Transferring all my scripts tomorrow to Foster's read more

The Minute Clinic is very good. The pharmacy does their job well. The wait isn't too long for proscriptions.

Literally no communication with me as to status of prescription. It's like if prior authorization is needed, they don't deal with it or let you know. Stood in line to hear patient after patient told rx not ready but patient never notified as to reason why. Drive through always closed. I RARELY go and just pick up prescription. There is always a reason why it's not ready. You have to stand in line to figure out what is going in. No problem with staff. Seem nice enough but dept poorly run and so go elsewhere if able. read more

Horrible customer service. Was in line at the drive through. Was my turn after 20 minute wait. Sign goes up drive through temporarily closed. Ran some other errands and came back. Another 20 minutes. Sign goes up. They were doing only 1 car then putting up the Sign. Was going to go in....cars were doubled parked so you know what the line inside looked like.....I left. Will transfer my prescriptions. They apparently cannot keep employees. Don't bother to try and call in..the Pharmacy refuses to answer the phone. They should just close the store. read more

This used to be a good pharmacy and the Minute Clinic was great too. But wow have things changed in the last few years! The pharmacy is horrible. You go in walk up and they ignore you. Sometimes for several minutes! No one says I will be with you in a minute. 4 to 5 at a time will walk around back there and completely ignore customers! Completely. They drive you crazy texting you. They keep refilling prescriptions you no longer take. Even though you have asked them repeatedly to stop automatic refills!! I've even had doctors tell me they have problems with them just automatically asking for refills when the patient isn't even taking that medication. Who asked them to do that?? I certainly didn't ask them to do it for me. I've asked them not to! Then get mad when you won't take them. Everything is like you are bothering them. I've asked to speak with the pharmacist before and told to step to the next window after I picked up my meds. I have then waited so long I left. Now the Minute Clinic. What a joke! My mistake was thinking I was going to see an actual doctor. Nope. I literally walked out of my visit with out any help whatsoever. And conflicting information. And No I wasn't trying to get narcotics or anything like that. Before people jump to that conclusion. If you value your time just find another pharmacy, if you value your health then just go to an Urgent Care if it's the weekend or you can't get into your regular doctor. read more

Had to transfer a prescription from Cleveland to Mount Vernon while driving down and the folks couldn't have been more helpful to me in a moment of stress! They came up with solutions I had only hoped for. Arrived and the prescription was ready and made my life a little bit LESS stressful. read more

Techs are rude. one med my wife takestheey say it is out of stocking and no idea when it will come inor who even has it. Funny called walmart they have had in stock past 2 months. call one evening around 7:15pm waited 45 minutes on hold finally hung up. 100% poor customer service read more

This was my very first time at the CVS Mount Vernon and my last. We had planned on getting a sports physical and called ahead to make sure that we could get in. I was told on the phone that they would accept patients until 6:45 p.m. We rushed over and went to login on the kiosk and received a message broadcasted across the screen detailing that we would not be able to be seen and would need to come back this occurred at 6:05 p.m. I pleaded with the manager to check and see if we could get an appointment and she said that she would check. After 30 minutes passed by, she said that she could get us in ... IN SUNBURY. No thanks, CVS!!!!! read more

Failed to process insurance. RX isn't ready. Lost paperwork. Very rude and unhelpful

Unfortunately the location isn't the only thing that is really bad about this place. Most of the people in the pharmacy are just plain rude. It seems every time we go there the price is going up. Kinda like Spectrum, Verizon, and of course the water bill. The wife has been on a program for about 8 years and neary 80 percent of the time there is an issue with the price. I guess the 20 dollars that the program pays isn't enough so they keep adding on. One time an employee called them. They company keeps track of calls and they have one call being made every other time they have not called when they say they have. Don't bother with the app because anytime the app txt you and says it's done, thats your tip to call them at 7403975505 when the recording starts press 3 then next time it starts press 4 and wait for them to answer. Because unlike the app I know better. Its not even close to being done. So really if you're still willing to go to this place after all my bs. Do yourself a favor and just go to fosters at the hospital btw the only one of fosters that is worth a damn. Have fun. read more

Stood at the counter for a minute and a half while the technician who stood 12" from me typed away- no smile. No recognition- no "I'll be with you in just a minute", just a long awkward ignorance. I walked over to the cashier in the pharmacy, waited my turn and requested a flu shot. I was told I had to go back over to the other line ( where I had already stood) and said- " I've already stood there- I was ignored- so after a minute and a half I came over here" mid sentence the technician interrupted me stating she was busy. // yes I recognized you were busy, but your customer service skills were completely absent- you used more time and energy defending your poor skills than it would have taken to just recognize that I was standing there with a simple smile and " I'll be right with you!" The cashier apologized and sent me back over to the technician where she couldn't muster a greeting, thank you, nothing while filling my prescription. Ironically, the pharmacist was having a conversation with another individual behind the counter about how the Granville location had higher numbers "because they had an acute care location".... Perhaps He should look in his own house and put those who cannot interact with customers in a closet or in the unemployment line. As for me- I'm going to use Fosters pharmacy. Up the street- they treat customers with acknowledgement, courtesy and thanks! read more
