First off, there is no pharmacists on duty a lot of the time, the pharmacy is completely closed, like today, or they do not answer their phone, and very importantly, the drive thru is never open. I was in so much pain 2 wks ago, I had to drag myself into the pharmacy just to get my pain meds that my dr had phoned in, because the drive in was closed, per usual. I mean, I could barely get in there. I asked them to transfer the prescription to another CVS that had a drive thru, they said they couldn't do that because it was a new script. REALLY? I wish I had never started with this CVS - I have been a great customer but they let me down. I must have a drug store that is dependable-that has a reliable pharmacy, a reliable telephone person that picks up the phone when it rings, and a drive thru window that is open all the time. My advise, as you can guess, do not use this CVS on Forest Ave.

The pharmacy is extremely slow at this location. I had 5 prescriptions put in at the exact same…read moretime and it took this pharmacy 2 full days to get all of them filled. A notification text was sent when each was filled, each about 8 hours apart. I understand that there is a high volume of prescriptions being filled at this location, but it doesn't make sense when 5 are from the same provider for the exact same anti-biotic for patients with the exact same last name to be spread that far apart. To add to this frustration, the service at the prescription pick up is extremely slow. The pharmacy techs have fantastic attitudes, but they are in dire need of process improvement. Whatever their current process is, it is not efficient. When a prescription is ready, it should not take up to 10 minutes to find it and process payments.

Publix bags are brown with green writing on them. I placed my Publix bags behind my seat on the floorboard of my truck. after leaving there I stopped at walmart to pickup my online order of my 4 items. parked at spot #2. there were 4 cars in slots including mines. the guy had brought out 2 big orders then went back in & got a girl to help assist in distributing to the vehicles. the girl asked my name then proceeded to put my items on the backseat where I told her. apparently she forgot to give me my juice and the guy stopped me from leaving to give it to me. he open my back door and gave me the juice and took my Publix purchase and gave to the person in slot 3 because thats the car he was loading. me not checking i went on to the next place which was Sams for the 4 rotisserie chickens. mind you it was around 1 & 1:30pm at walmart & Publix. made 2 more stops for other things needed for the event & I got home around 5pm to give the food 2 the family for the Repass. thats when I notice my bags from Publix were gone. so I went back to the store and the gave me 2 uncooked bags of wingettes & 5 containers of prepackaged watermelon. I called the 800 number & complained & they said basically there's nothing they can do. they young kids do not take pride in their jobs. The security officer told me she was not allowed to step outside of the store and also she told me that Walmart is not responsible for anything that happens once you leave the store! I heard the same thing from store employees. I heard from her and the store employees that Walmart does not care or will hire no one to protect the parking lot . It sounds to me as if your life ,safety and groceries are no concern to Walmart. Once you've left the store,, you are on your own! what kind of business is this anyway ?
