I've never had a problem at this pharmacy. The pharmacist was extremely helpful to me trying to get a prescription changed from mail order to them. He called my screwed up mail order company 3 times trying to help me, after I had called them 2 times myself . If I could give a negative rating I would. I was able to transfer my prescription to GoodRX to get it filled. I know that's not feasible for everyone or every prescription. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to use. They're incredibly slow all the time, so it's not a result of Covid. The pharmacy appears disorganized with the number of unfilled prescriptions, those waiting for pick up and the mess in the store in front of the pharmacy counter. There's no call to tell you they need info when a Dr calls in a prescription. They won't fill it until you call. The automated system is awful, it can never find my script, even for a refill. Then when you get through to an actual person in the pharmacy you get told it will take 2-4 hours to fill at 8:00 am. I've received messages from them saying my prescription is ready only to arrive to pick it up and it's not and be told it's better to come back the next day. And that was hours before the pharmacy closed! The pharmacy associates are some of the most short-tempered, downright rude people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. No one likes having health problems and needing meds, but that doesn't mean we should be treated with disrespect. If I had to use CVS, this would be the very last one I'd use. read more

I picked up my daughter and a few of her friends from school today to go to CVS before a basketball game and i dropped them off, i saw them just standing outside so i was confused (I was waiting in my car to drive them back to the school) they ended up eventually going inside and when they come out, they told me that they were only allowed in for three minutes and they got yelled at when they tried to walk to the snacks from the make up isle. read more

No this isn't because of covid. This is the slowest group of people I've ever met . Of course I want all the prescriptions I dropped off 3 hours earlier. Why would you ask me if I wanted the 3rd. The surgeon prescribed them so I think he was serious when he did. read more

unbelievably horrible place. I actually waited over 40 minutes to pick up the prescriptions. I was supposed to pick up for they said I only had three which after 20 minutes of looking scouring the star they said you only have three goodbye then I get an alert on my app the next morning your prescription is ready you have one day left to pick it up. read more

The store itself and the actual pharmacists are fine but past that, this place is terrible. It takes forever to get anything filled. If they tell you 15 minutes, expect an hour. They seem to have no clue at how to deal with insurances. And if there are any problems, don't expect a call to tell you before driving back there to pick up your prescription and then wait another hour for them to sort out simple issues. Basically if you get lucky, ONE pharmacist will actually call you to let you know something is wrong. And also, if you question anything or get even slightly frustrated, they look at you like you're stupid. When I had an issue at the pharmacy after my dr was told medicine was ready to be picked up, this is after I went two other times and was told nothing was ever ready. When I got there they said it was up to the pharmacist to fill it. When I started getting upset and asked to speak to manager, I was threatened by their pharmacist of them calling the cops to have me removed from their store. I will never return to this CVS again. This is also after a time in the past my daughter needed a medication and they gave my husband an issue because we got new medical cards and we were trying to figure out which one was the one we needed and the pharmacist talked down to him like he was an idiot. He was just trying to get my sick daughter her medicine. read more

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Takes forever to get a prescription filled, and they are never ready when promised. Also, I had five prescriptions that were ready for refills. I was able to pick up 5 of the 3 prescriptions. They told me the other 2 prescriptions had no refills available and I needed to contact my doctor to have them call in a new prescription. I found this weird since all the prescriptions were called in at the same time. When I got home, I checked the bottles they were unable to refill; and, sure enough, there was one prescription remaining on each of the two they were unable to fill. When I called the pharmacy to explain there must have been a mixup on their end, they told me I did not understand, and they would not be able to refill the prescription without an order for my doctor. I even offered to bring in the pill bottles to prove there was one prescription remaining on each. They refused. read more

The people that work at this pharmacy (at least 4 of them) are very rude. Its very apparent to me that I'm interrupting them. They are not kind, caring or willing to help you. I gave them 2 chances and I will never go back again. You also have to wait a half hour for a bottle already made up for them to slap a label on it (with 6 people working back there)! They forgot about my order!! I hear the people at CVS in mentor-on-the -lake are awesome! read more

I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Staff is rude and slow! Proscriptions are never ready when promised! They haven't had meds that I have needed and don't bother to call to tell u. I asked the pharmacist about a med prescribed and he didn't even know what it was for and gave me wrong information!!! If I have questions about my meds I call walgreens! Unfortunately my ins has made me switch to CVS! I can't believe that this store even stays in business with how their staff treats people and operates! read more
