Always a fan of 24 hour anything. I don't have normal hours and sometimes need to pick up the random items of cat food, Static spray, 5 hour energy and a pack of gum at 3am. Having a location that allows me to do that is so ME. And you know it's all about ME... Well anyway I like the convenience and CVS sells almost everything you need. The new wheeled cars are awesome. I need one for my new laundry basket. Wonder if they would sell me one?? lol read more

I had a negative experience at this CVS store. Yesterday I had a CVS lady worker walk out on me when all I was trying to do was to clarify the mishandling and miscommunication of my film photos. I dropped off my single use film in mid October and I was told it would only take about 4 to 6 weeks to develop. Long story short it took almost two months for them to develop my photos. I called the store last week and the same CVS lady that I mentioned above told me that the status of my photos have not been processed and that because of the busy holiday season Kodak is behind on orders and low on staff. She told me that I would have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks, maybe seven. As a customer I should not have to wait another month to receive my photos. I thought that was absurd, so yesterday I called the photo related service for CVS (Sunday November 28) and they actually informed me that my photo was all set and sent to the store to be developed on 10/28. Clearly there was a miscommunication on that lady's part and she never properly checked on the status of my photos. I got a call from that same lady on the same day I called and my photos were now somehow ready. When I went into the store to pick them up that same lady never apologized to me and instead when I called her out she just walked out on me when all I was trying to do was to discuss her mishandling of my photos. I was left feeling frustrated, confused and very upset with her lack of customer service. I had a different sales associate approach me and he apologized on her behalf. He was very professional and understanding. No disrespect on that lady's part, but there are some great workers here at this CVS store who genuinely assist their customers and work to solve any concerns, but she unfortunately is not one of them. I then called customer service/headquarters right away about my negative experience and they have put in my complaint. I really hope the Manager there or someone higher up actually speaks to that CVS lady about her lack of professionalism and clearly her lack of communication. You should never treat a customer that way. I am still left feeling morbidly upset. I am writing this so that I hope another customer does not ever have to go through this negative and stressful experience that I have been through. I will never develop my photos here again. read more

I honestly hate going to this CVS. The pharmacy is always super slow especially in the drive thru. Always takes more than 30 minutes with 2 or less cars in front of me. However, the guy at the pharmacy window is super friendly. I wish I remembered his name because he is probably the best thing about this place. Also the front is super slow and disorganized. They never have enough people to check out customers and there is almost always a line. Plus almost all of the workers are not friendly at all and speak super softly. Most of the workers don't even say hello or goodbye. However I will say there is a younger guy with curly hair who is always very nice and helpful. Haven't seen him in a while though. If this place wasn't next to my apartment and I didn't love the extra Bucks I would never come here again. read more

Use the Walgreens around the corner. This is a horrible pharmacy! There's usually a line, and the staff look afraid to make eye contact with you to acknowledge you're waiting. read more

I use this CVS as my primary pharmacy and have never had a bad experience. They have a 24 hour drive thru so it is pretty much as convenient as it can get. The staff is also really nice and helpful and helps resolve any doctor/pharmacy/insurance issues very quickly. I don't frequently make other purchases there but I highly recommend the pharmacy. read more

My husbands insurance expired and Medicare has not kicked in yet. So prescriptions are costing us full price....ugh! When I explained my dilemma they helped out by applying some kind of discount which reduced the price considerably. I use this CVS all the time and find all of the employees courteous and very helpful. read more

The woman with the dark hair and the accent that has worked there pretty much "forever" is really actually nice. Make sure you use the coupon machine. It gives you coupons based off what you buy it will customize them. The store is neat and clean and has a variety of products. Big thumbs up read more

To the rocket scientist that answered the phone at the front counter when I asked to refill my prescriptions and told me I needed the pharmacy. Thanks but I'm not retarded just transfer the call but as a typical young person that feels over entitled. She works minimum wage at cvs must be real important. Also why do I want to type a 12 digit random number into an automated system 4 times because that's much simpler than just giving someone my name and d.o.b. Come on cvs get with the program and your automated calls are so frequent they are harassment I have even put my number on your do not call list I'm just lucky you don't have my cell number. The only good thing is they are open and rude 24 hours a day. read more

At approximately 6:20 a.m. on the morning of May 16th, 2018, I experienced a case of implicit bias and racism at this CVS Located in Wellington Circle Plaza at 590 Fellsway, Medford, MA 02155. I stopped at the CVS on my way to work to recharge a prepaid debit card that I use for miscellaneous online purchases. I made a mistake with the amount that I wanted to put on the prepaid card and the cashier had to void the transaction to restart a new one. There was a White customer in line behind me that the cashier waved forward and asked if he had exact change. The cashier proceeded to process the White customer behind me as if I was not even standing there. He treated me as if I was invisible and my transaction was not important or valuable. The cashier, who was an older White male, did not even ask for my permission to have the White customer go ahead of me. At that point, I decided to place my money in my wallet and exit the CVS store CVS Located in Wellington Circle Plaza at 590 Fellsway, Medford, MA 02155. This is another example of something you can't do while being Black #ShoppingWhileBlack. This incident will not make the news, but it just goes to show you that there is a fundamental lack of civility in American society. I will not spend my money at that CVS ever again. CVS just lost a customer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQZAq5qWZzo http://www.adweek.com/digital/cvs-pharmacy-sued-for-racial-discrimination-again/ read more

I have been using this pharmacy for a year and a half and keep telling myself I won't go back. With the exception of once or twice during this period, there has consistently been some sort of problem with filling my wife's or my medication. Also virtually without fail are the blank, deer-in-headlights looks I have gotten from the incompetent staff when this has happened. I finally resigned myself to going back to Rite Aid, despite the extra 10 minute drive, and haven't had any problems since. Avoid. read more

not my fave cvs-kind of small and cramped-not a huge selection.

I love that they are open 24 hours. But just be aware, if you want to buy other items while there picking up your prescription, they are more expensive than the Wallgreens across the street. I did a little comparison on the items I buy most, and most items were 3-15% more expensive at this CVS. So get your scripts there but go across the street for your shampoo, condoms, tampons, etc etc. read more

This is a very convenient location for a CVS. I have had a positive experience every time I've shopped here. The customer service at the 24 hour pharmacy has exceptionally helpful on several occasions. There is always parking and inside is kept neat and clean. read more

I actually have good experiences mostly every time I use this pharmacy. It may take a little while sometimes bit they are very thorough and knowledgeable and have always been helpful. However, there is this one skinny Asian pharmacist that is terrible!!! I have asked her a couple questions and she has NO CLUE about anything, she just smiles and says "uh huh, yea, uh huh" with a dumbfounded smile on her face...Are you kidding me?? WAKE UP!! read more

Before I moved to San Diego recently, I went to this CVS all the time...literally...as in, I didn't know what a supermarket was. I bought almost everything one could need or survive off of here because it was convenient and the staff were super friendly to me and my friends. I'd ALWAYS (100% of the time) get greeted when I walked in. The pharmacy staff were good whenever I was sick and needed to pick up something it was always fast and on-time with no mistakes. This has to be my favorite CVS of all time. This location always has good parking and the store itself is a really good size and always kept very clean and well stocked/organized. The seasonal section always rocks as well. I actually miss going to this store now that I've moved to the other end of our awesome country! read more

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy from pharmacy employee, Marie. I felt unappreciated, uninformed, and disrespected. In fact, I was cut off over the phone and hung up on as I inquired about an "expired" prescription, which was new news to me. 24 hour service is great, if the customer service is there. If not, the establishment just develops a bad reputation if they can't uphold customer service standards for the full 24 hours, especially in the pharmacy where customers should be made comfortable and knowledgable about the product and the service provided. I will move my prescription elsewhere where I do not feel like I am a nuisance as a customer. Awful experience. read more

I doubt there is a more incompetent, difficult and non-customer service-oriented pharmacy on the planet. If I could give this place no stars, I would. There is always a line of at least 6-8 people waiting at the pharmacy counter with a 15-20 minute wait, they do not have enough staff, and the ones they have are totally brain dead and way too overworked. I have had at least 5 really negative experiences with them over the past year - wrong scripts, not filling scripts sent in by my doctor on a Friday and then telling me I have to wait until Monday to get the meds (what ???), telling me they can't transfer scripts from other CVS', nasty attitudes from the staff, etc. The pharmacy staff doesn't give a rat's ass about customer service and it shows . I finally wised up and transfered my business back to the CVS near my office (Washington St Boston) despite the fact that the Medford one is right near my house. Too much hassle dealing with them and too much of a chance of these morons giving me the wrong meds. Avoid this place at all costs - it's not worth the aggravation. read more
