Worst pharmacy and associates!! Went 3 times in one day to get a prescription. First time, not ready. Fine. I went and had lunch and got a message that my meds were ready. Got into the drive through with 1 car in front of me and they were laughing it up for a good 15 minutes!! Why wouldn't they move the person aside to help others? I got to the window, finally, and they were CLOSED FOR LUNCH!?! Seriously! With at least 5 cars behind me! I went in and they closed the whole place down and would've even speak to me. Never again. I will never deal with cvs again. The Worst!! read more

Moved to a new area and changed pharmacy. My previous experience with other locations has always been great, with online orders for prescriptions filled in less than an hour. For some reason it takes this location 24-72 hours for up-to-date prescriptions with available refills. Additional problems have surfaced recently. Orders placed through the app are sometimes randomly canceled without any notification, or get stuck in a "in process" limbo, meaning I have to start the whole 24-72 hour cycle again. They will also enroll your subscriptions for auto-refill, or magically change your 30 day supply into a 90 day supply without your consent, no doubt a desperate attempt to part you with more of your money on a more frequent basis. I don't know if this is all a result of new CVS policies, or if it's just this location that seems to be poorly managed. read more

Only leaving 1 star because fractions and negatives are not available. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Pharmacy is the worst I have been to. Asked for help finding a medication. They told me they were closed and to go upfront. It turns out they only sell the medication I was looking for behind the counter. Which the front of house associate found as they closed the gates on me. read more

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with in my life. When you go through the drive-thru you better have your next meal with you. There is one lady that works at the window often that should not be, she is as moody as can be. They need to figure out what is causing them to be so slow at the drive-thru!!! I changed to this store from Walgreens right across from it because the CVS had 24 hour service. I made a huge mistake. They are going to lose lots of customers! read more

Please choose a different pharmacy. They do not openly help the disabled. Melissa who is a pharmacist has informed me that they are not allowed to provide last names because of safety issues for managers. She also apologized to me however she apologized for how I felt. There is no need to apologize how I feel but there is a need to apologize when people are rude when they speak to you. I am trying to get a prescription filled not be chastised by this woman. I have dual insurances with that comes complications. Melissa the pharmacist took great disrespect to asking if I could speak to someone else that had more knowledge on my insurances. Her continued disrespect was clear throughout the call. If they are truly recorded I hope that it is listen to and realize that she was not kind in her tone of voice in anyway. It is now the second time that I have dealt with discrimination or outright disrespectful behavior from this pharmacy. If I had another option I would choose it. read more

If you need a prescription filled while you wait..... bring your sleeping bag and food and drink. When the pharmacy staff says it will take 15 minutes.... they mean that's how long it will take to ring up the sale, after you have waited several hours for them to fill the prescription. Staff are rude. Manager is clueless... couldn't remember the name of the district manager. I've moved my prescriptions to Walgreen's, just across the street. Ten mins, script filled. Lines were long and despite other workers walking around, even behind the checkout counter itself, and being available to open another register, they opted not to do that. The people behind the counter had leisurely attitudes and would chat with the person they were checking out with, despite quickly growing lines. While I could have been out of there in five minutes, it ended taking up much more time. Note to self: don't come here if you're in a hurry. read more

The pharmacy staff here sucks. I dropped off a prescription this morning and gave them 4 HOURS to have it ready. When I got to the pharmacy at 3:45 p.m. it still was not ready. This has happened multiple times where I have come for 5 hours later to pick up a prescription and it has not been ready and they asked me to drive around because there are cars behind me. I should not have to drive around and get behind a line of cars and wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes to pick up a prescription that should have been ready to 3 hours ago. read more

This CVS Pharmacy has been a nightmare from the start. Hanover County employees were switched to CVS Care and now we are forced to go to CVS for prescriptions. I had to write the CEO months ago because I couldn't get one of my meds. There was an error in the system and I went without my meds for 8 days. They sent me back and forth to my doctor like a ping pong ball, blaming my doctor for the error, when it was a CVS error the entire time. I made 6 trips to CVS that time trying to get one prescription. Last month, they refill one of my 90 day scrips and only give me 38 pills which would last me 19 days instead of 90 days. I was told it would catch all of my scrips up for refill for the same day. I end up with 3 pills left and never received an electronic refill notification. I call to refill it and the automated message tells me it was auto refilled on 10/30/19. I go by CVS to pick it up, they had nothing. They sent me away and told me to come back later in the day. I come back a few hours later, no prescription. I took the time to talk to the store Manager to tell her what was going on. I was told there was no prescription in the system at all. I call my doctor, they electronically ordered it on 6/22/2019 for a 6 month supply. They called it in again for me while I was there at CVS. I was told to come back again in a few hours for pickup. I also called CVS customer service when I got home and they advised the prescription was ready and to go back to the store after going all the way home. I came back again and went through the drive thru this time and when I got to the window I was told it wasn't ready because they had only given me 38 pills again! They had to fix the pill amount to a 90 day supply. I had to go to the back of the end of the drive thru line again and wait again. I finally got to the window and got my meds. No apology, no I'm sorry for the mistake, nothing! This is the same company who gave us the wrong prescription meds for our son when he was 2 years old that almost killed him. I never wanted to have to go back to a CVS again but now I'm forced to get my meds here and it's atrocious to have to deal with them again. They just can't get it right! And, we're stuck dealing with it! Thanks Hanover County, for picking the worst pharmacy to deal with. I have carpal tunnel as I'm a full time cashier. Went in to get a proper hand brace and there was no left hand hand braces. I asked the guy at counter if there was anymore and he was so rude and just said "Look if there's none out we don't got it". Not even a sorry, I know he's probably tired but he could've said it a lot nicer. Have to go to Walgreens now. read more

This pharmacy is horrible !!!!!!!!! Just horrible ! Been getting my daughter meds here for the last four months and like I do every month I bring it on and they won't do it . Pharmacists there at the time said he has different rules and if I didn't like it I can take it to another pharmacy!! Just flat out fucking disrespectful!! This Pharmacy does not care if you transfer your RX elsewhere. I have been going here for 3 years for my daughters RX and it is never ready when it is supposed to be. Last time it was called in I was told it had to be special ordered and ready by a certain day and time, but when I called on that day to confirm it was ready the order had not even been placed yet, 3 days later!!!!! My daughter needs this medicine for kidney function, sorry that they could have cared less, told them I would just need to go somewhere else from now on if they could not have RX's ready when promised. I was the completely stressed mom who was in there tonight. I was picking up prescriptions for my 5 year old son who was just in the ER finding out he had the flu 3 days before Christmas. One of the prescriptions was not covered by my insurance and I wasn't going to get it because I could not afford it, one of the pharmacy techs came over and paid for it and said merry Christmas. All I could do was repeatedly thank her and cry. I have never had a kind gesture like that happen to me. Your employees... especially her are amazing!!!! read more

Don't bother. Was told my 2 prescriptions would take 2 hours, only to show up and be told it would be another 20 minutes. Why would it take 2 1/2 hours for them to fulfill 2 pre-packaged drops. I will not return even if it is just around the corner. read more

Completely disorganized staff. Service was the WORST I have ever experienced. I was trying to print PDF documents through the in-store kiosk and the total ended up at around $4 (each page is priced at $0.19). The first problem I encountered was the receipt printed blank from the machine (out of ink I'm assuming). Second problem was when the printer ran out of paper. The staff could not find paper to load and then did not know how to load into the printer. I waited for about 15min will they tried to figure that out then I watched as they loaded 8x10 photo paper instead of regular 8 1/2 x 11 paper. So they check me out and said my total was $78 to which I said absolutely not. They told me it was impossible and nothing that they sell is priced at $0.19 and proceeded to call me crazy. I showed them the screen in the kiosk which showed $4. At that point I couldn't deal with it anymore so I left without anything printed. Terrible service, will not be going back. read more
