Pharmacy staff were extremely unhelpful. They were not busy and had plenty of staff. I do not recommend.

Fairly good service and prescription refills, but the app and website says they are open at 8am. WRONG. I called on June 2, several times, up to 8.15am and the recording says the "pharmacy is closed at this time." UGH. Thus, not 5 stars. UGH. read more

Great warmth. Great customer service. Mason helped me out today. Walked me over to the exact spot I asked to look for. Great kid. I'm in the parking lot and hear a car continuously not starting despite the fact that someone keeps trying to start it. Just 3 days ago I was stuck in Virginia. Someone brought out this small type of Juno starter I haven't seen before. It didn't work. My battery was fine I needed a starter. Regardless I bought one at Walmart and charged it. Today I used it to jump start this older womans car and it worked. Yureeka!!!!!! Worked like a charm here in CVS parking lot. read more

Called to check on the prescription my doctor sent and I was told they didn't order it because my insurance denied it. I asked if they checked my secondary insurance and they said. "oh, it's covered there." No attempt to call me. I had to call them. 10 days later, still no prescription. After playing the phone system game I got in a queue for the pharmacist. 10 minutes later, someone picks up the phone and sets it down hanging up on me. This CVS is extremely under staffed and actually has a small pharmacy area compared to other (Kroger) pharmacies. I only go there because Tricare only fills through CVS. read more

By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. There was an issue with my insurance, I was told to come back in 90 minutes, so the staff would have time to call their internal help line.. I came back 90 minutes later I was told that no one had called them back yet. "Excuse me?" I was asked if "I wanted to pay out of pocket?" That's after waiting 20 minutes, the first time, returning after 90 minutes, and waiting another 10 minutes. I called my insurance, and everything was okay on my end. They told me to call my insurance company, but that was after I had CVS Caremark on speaker phon,phoneThey told me to call my insurance company, but that was after I had CVS Caremark on speaker phone, stating there was no issue.e stating there was no issue. The staff repeatedly ignored me throughout the process. I am an RN, so I understand busy. I also understand the challenges of customer service, but "I was polite, the staff was rude, and after almost 2 hours, I still paid out of pocket, and I had to ask for information repeatedly. The second tech that helped me was by far nicer than the first one Leia, but it was still an awful experience. If I can help it I will never return to the store. read more

After waiting 25 min to speak with someone from them pharmacy to ask a 2 min question, I arrived at the drive thru to pick up scripts the woman at the drive thru was so rude, gone from this location like so many of the cvs there is a complete lack of customer support or concern. While it is a hassle I will be switching over to Kroger pharmacy, just in order to avoid these miserable folks at cvs. read more

Lawsuit waiting to happen. They refuse to fill my prescription that the doctor ordered. And they didn't tell me that that day they told me after I kept calling every day for two weeks that they just weren't going to fill it I had to take it and go somewhere else. Unfortunately after that I still go to this but the service is just as bad you can wait in line all day and they won't help you because they're too busy talking and I only have the people go through the drive-through. read more

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Time and time again, they are the WORST! I avoid them every chance I get. I've had nothing but horrible experiences with them the past 2 years. I used them for 10 years and finally got fed up and transferred elsewhere. Corporate needs to get involved with this place & deal with these people. read more
