So all of the customers had to walk outside to find a cart. Inside wasn't much better. Store was in obvious disarray, with stuff everywhere. Just a mess. You'd see a random employee stocking every now and then, but then there were employees leaning against things looking at their phone. Boxes stacked in the middle of aisles, etc. Took a while to get the things we needed, and we went to get in line to check out. No regard for the line at all. People were going around and cutting all over the place. Zero employees there to help facilitate traffic. When we got everything scanned (self checkout), there was a problem with the payment machine. The whole register locked up and wouldn't complete the transaction. We had to flag down an employee who couldn't fix it either. So, we just left the cart and came home. Not sure I ever want to go back in there. What a mess.
