This pharmacy has gone far beyond my expectations. They are helpful in getting expensive prescriptions- with coupons and have double checked with my insurance on numerous occasions. They are pleasant even though at times very overwhelmed with the amount of RXs they are filling. I am always notified by phone or text about any issues with my RXs. This is the worst pharmacy I've been to in my life. It often takes days to get a prescription (even a common one) after the doctors office calls it in. I even get phone calls and texts telling me my prescription is ready, I go in only for them to tell me it will be another couple days. Sometimes these prescriptions are important and need to be started right away. Definitely go to the other CVS on the other side of town. When a doctors office calls in a prescription it's often ready within 20-30 minutes. Not 2-5 days after. Absolutely the WORST. It doesn't matter what time you go - weekend, week day, afternoon - they have the worst service. Was just in there about 10 this morning, the only person in line waiting to pick up a prescription. There were FIVE people behind the pharmacy counter doing God knows what, but no one was tending to me. The woman doing the Covid testing at least acknowledged me saying "someone will be right with you." The other 4? Opening boxes, looking through papers....anything to avoid the 2 minutes my transaction would have cost them. I use them because they are the closest pharmacy to me, but driving 5 minutes farther to avoid this place may be worth it. They are simply awful. read more

Exactly what others have said...the unfriendliest, unkindest, and unhelpful pharmacy in the area. The way "Sara" spoke to me today was absolutely unacceptable! All I did was ask a single question about what information she had on my prescription (because it didn't match that of what was displayed on my health account from my doctor). I was not rude, mad, or unkind...I was simply asking one clarifying question so I could relay the conflict to my doctor...and I was met with sass and attitude. Is this the first time? NO! Every single month...it stresses me out. Rude people, over charged me for a Silver Scrips Prescription by $173.66. Did not use the correct Silver Script pricing as per telephone call to Silver Scripts. They tried calling the CVS store and made the remark to me that they were very rude to her and were not using the correct price. Person behind counter does not even have the decency to wear their mask correctly. I will avoid CVS in the future period! read more

Pharmacist is not friendly and very slow. Dropped off prescription to pick up in an hour only to sit and wait another 30 minutes. She doesn't seem to care about moving any faster than slow. read more

If you're not feeling well this is not the place to go. I got tired of walking in here to get my cold medicine only to hear the manager yelling at her employees and also at customers. Take the extra few minutes and go to the CVS by Giants. My husband and I drive the 10 minutes or longer if something is going on at the park just to have a warm atmosphere to shop in. read more
