I stopped coming to this CVS a year ago, and only returned a week ago. The customer service was much better. I have made three trips in to get some needed items. The first encounter was just o.k. The associate told me four times they would be closing in 15 minutes. I just walked out and went somewhere else. The last two times it has been great. The two employees did everything they could to make my shopping service great. Christe had to fix my self-check out mistakes and actually suggested another way for me to save more money. Cira had to go to the storage area and find what I was looking for and quickly came out with the current sale items for me and apologized for not having them on the shelf in the beginning. The store employee in the past would have said - No we seem to be out and to bad. I believe the employees that have been hired are more customer focused. read more

Grace Loyola appears to hate her job or her life in general. It's like she wants you to match her brick wall energy, so I've started doing that. She also pulls the pharmacy gates down below the top of the store aisles before closing time, so if you walk in the store, it appears the pharmacy is closed before they actually are. read more

Do not go to this CVS for printing photos. I attempted to use the photo kiosk to print photos, which I have done before without a problem. It was not working and when asking an employee, he could not be less helpful. "I don't know why it's not working" is all I got. No attempts at trying anything or finding someone who might be able to help, just a blank stare. Thanks for the absolutely terrible customer service. read more

My experience at this store wasn't a good one. I have been to this store several times and found them to be and will not listen to what you're asking, especially in the Pharmacy area. I went for a glucose monitor and was told I had to get the one that they wanted me to take...And not the one I wanted. They said my insurance/medicare, wouldn't pay. I told them that I had a choice a year ago and could have chosen the one I wanted, but didn't. They said that wasn't true and basically called me a lier and that I couldn't have been told that. The mgr in the store is just as bad (if it's the same one as 6 months ago) She rang something in wrong and made it look like it was my mistake and not hers. Others heard this as she spoke loud enough for them to hear. The Cvs in Harrison Ohio is the friendliest in the area. I have been to all in the area and the Harrison Ohio store is my favorite. I will NEVER step foot in the Lawrenceburg store again and my advice to all is that you should go elsewhere. read more

Ive always went there for my drugs but since they built the new cvs there slow,sometimes they have to order it (drugs) week later go back to pick up and they tell me that it never came in has happened 2x so far this year. read more
