I have been a devoted shopper at Walmart but, today, that changes. Yesterday, I logged onto Walmart.com and ordered three items at a really great sale price. I was elated! I also ordered three non-sale items that I needed. Oddly, none of the sale items were delivered to me, but the non-sale items arrived promptly. All were going to the same address. Two of the sale items don't even provide tracking information (super sketch) and the third has tracking but it's limited and only shows the city and zip it was delivered to. All three items say delivered to Aurora with zip code 47011 but I live in Lawrenceburg with zip code 47025. The whole thing is fishy, but I called customer service thinking they would correct the issue. NOPE. The representative told me he would issue a refund, but I said I didn't want a refund. I wanted the items I ordered at the price advertised on Walmart.com yesterday. The agent said the items were supplied by a 3rd party vendor and that Walmart couldn't honor the price EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT THE ITEMS ON WALMART.COM AND MY BANK WAS CHARGED BY WALMART. This feels very scammy or like a bait and switch situation. I don't trust Walmart anymore. Not one time while I was ordering did it say anything about any of this. Bottom line is Walmart should have done the right thing and honored the price. My address was clearly on the order so why did the vendor ship my three sale items to Aurora (where a Walmart store happens to be located) and my non-sale items miraculously arrived? It's shadier than a 200 year old Oak tree. I no longer trust Walmart at this point and I will not be shopping with Walmart anymore. And if you find yourself shopping on Walmart.com and see proces that appear too good to be true, well, chances are, they're still scamming their customers with their phony 3rd party vendor story. read more

They claim on their website that they donate food to the community? Where is it going? What is the median yearly salary in the surrounding area? What is the median cost of a house in the surrounding area? Area/Region...Stop purchasing your groceries here. Kroger offer's a more professional service to the community. They print the remaining SNAP total on your receipt. I was finally permitted to use my SNAP card without a male employee's involvement. read more

Find Another Walmart this one is one of the worst in the area. Screaming yelling and people in the way 90% of the time.

I was trying to buy face mask, so googled and it says here in this store, they may still have face mask available. I drove 30 mins here from home, it's on a hill, big place as usual. Asked a staff for mask, she is friendly, but she point me to the facial mask area, haha... i went to her again, it's out of stock. So google result is not accurate. But the lady is super nice, she said their hand sanitizer is super nice and sells really fast, so eventually i bought the hand sanitizers. read more

i have tried to call at least 10 times within 20 minutes just to get a simple yes or not answer and they refused to answer. Out of 10+ calls, only twice was the phone answered and then i was directed to another department with no answer. One thing this place does have going for it is the employees. Generic super Walmart. Has a vision center, photo studio, hair place and a realtor. Tire center in the rear.

Went over to purchase small bags of a hard cat food my cat likes. Another grocery store I went to last week did not carry that variety. Product was on top shelf and due to it being thrown up on the shelf not placed, I could not reach it. So I looked for an employee to assist me. Asked self-checkout person to get someone to meet me in the aisle after about 5 minutes of searching and finding no one. No one showed. I waited at least 15 minutes. So I got another customer to get it down for me. Then confronted the person I asked what happened. Given an excuse they didn't answer page. Well, didn't you know there was a customer waiting on someone to come.. Spoke to customer service management as well as two asst. store managers. They don't care. Nothing is going to change to improve customer service. Employees can not do anything outside their assignment area.. Told by asst. store manager to shop after 2 PM in that area when there is an employee who stocks three areas working then. It was about 1:30 PM. They were also once again out of their brand Special Kitty 4 can pack of tuna. Other problem is they have very few registers open. Those who weren't 20 items or less were backed up with customers wth multiple carts. read more

The store is on the top of a hill. Why bring this up? Because you will notice the floor is not level. Your cart will roll away from you at times. Don't worry it's not from the ghost just from the floor not level. 99% of the people who work here are helpful. Isles are easy to navigate. As long as you shop during daylight. After late they restock the store and block some of the isles making it hard to get a cart around them. They have gone back to having a greeter most of the time and yes it is nice to be welcomed and told thank you for shopping. Most people won't notice as they are in a hurry. This store has tire and lube, vision center, pharmacy a place to get your hair cut and a small game room. A bank inside also. The products range everyday items to promoting a holiday several months in advance. When I have asked for help finding some item the workers have helped me. Oh and you won't find a fast food place like McDonald's inside anymore read more

Hard to beat the prices but it is frequently under stocked and rarely are there enough cashiers to get out in a timely matter. The most irritating aspect is the push to check yourself out......we are close to them expecting us to stock the shelves for them too. read more
