I was having an issue getting the computer to connect with my phone over Wifi (I didn't want to use the public connector cables). I asked one of the ladies who was generally facing me. She turned and walked back over to the other two and kept gossiping with them. I called out again and she came over. I told her my problem, she didn't do anything with the screen, just pointed to the connector cables and told me I had to use those. When I said I didn't want to, she said she couldn't do anything. I got up and left the store at that point. Granted, this was just once experience, but it doesn't speak well to their customer service.

I first came to Wiley's when my dad was in a nursing home. They were constantly changing his over the counter meds and suppliments and were very specific to certain mg varieties which were hard to find at CVS. They would not accept any subsitutions. Every time there was a mg dosage for a medication I couldn't find at CVS I found it at Wiley's. Every single time. Recently I had a splinter I couldn't extract on my own. An older co-worker recommended an old school cream that would help bring it to the surface. I went to two CVS locations, dealt with three employees plus a pharmacist (who never even heard of it) with no luck before I remembered Wiley's. Sure enough not only did both the tech and the pharmacist know of it, but they had one on the shelf. Had they not they were willing to order for next day pick up. Now that's customer service without having to hunt anyone down! They are a small town, locally owned pharmacy with a gift shop inside. While they don't have the inventory CVS does, they have the basics + the hard to find. Check them out when you can't find it elsewhere.

I should know better. After all they messed up my two other bakery orders over a time span of five…read moreyears. This time: first they quote $36 than try to charge $39. Than I get a design with part of the letter and design cut off. (See pic). If the party wasn't in two hours I wouldn't have accepted it. Bakery acknowledged it could have been done better but offered no discount or resolution. Fortunately the store manager offered me 50% off. I just hope once we cut into it that they at least got the flavor right!

I followed the GPS to my destinations which was weird. It brought me in the back way. Or what I assume is the backway. I mean I was on Sheetz Ln. To say it was weird is an understatement. I literally went through farmland to get here. Once here I went inside and browsed the shelves. I checked for easy items to grab as snacks and drinks for my room. Thought about getting an MTO, but decided that that should wait until after I was checked in and settled at the hotel. Items were well stocked and I made it through the line fairly quickly. I also made my way outside to load up my vehicle with my items. Before leaving, I ended up stretching my legs here too. This location, being so close to farmland, was surprisingly busy. Although, I have found that in this part of Pennsylvania, businesses are cropping up along busy stretches of road. That pun was intended there. Because these businesses now sit right at the edge of the farm, once where crops where grown.

Apon talking with employees. I was told specifically twice that it's still good for a few days post that. Well, from someone in the industry. If a health inspector came in that wouldn't fly. I had to waste my time and money to leave work to take it back to the store. Meanwhile I'm starving and had to go elsewhere for food. Check your dates.
