WoW Weeee this was a great location. This CVS was fully stocked w everything from food items, to personal care. I was able to use most of my coupons, and you know they give a lot. The pharmacist at this location is 2nd to None. She goes out of her way to help with all sorts of complex situations. Actually to be fair, there is also a male pharmacist that also is there to help. Great pharmacist and pharmacy, not your everyday CVS, this one cares. read more

I live across the street from this CVS location so I'm here pretty frequently. I get all my prescriptions filled here and the pharmacy is usually pretty good and I love that. They also have a drive-through for the pharmacy as well. I come here from everything to get my press on nails to shampoo or a last minute gallon of milk. You know, whatever my family needs, and thankfully it's right across the street. The prices are a little higher than if I was able to go somewhere else to go get them, but the convenience and location makes it good in a pinch, and they do have pretty good coupons on their app, so you can usually get the price down that way. There's always a staff member on hand that's willing to help and everyone's pretty friendly as well. The parking situation is also pretty good so points for that. Overall, this is just a very convenient location and they usually have what I'm looking for. read more

Well, I would've given a 5 for this location, but someone came and literally purchased just about every sale item and the store didn't restock. But, I was able to purchase cranberry juice, which is my favorite drink and other items that were on sale. This is a really clean store and also the employees are really nice. If I am in the area, I'll come here for my household needs. read more

Wow this pharmacy has terrible service! They didn't fill a prescription for my mom who travelled out of town and forgot her prescription from home. A doctor called her prescription in for a weeks replacement and the pharmacy said if you get there before we close (8pm) you can get it filled. Well, mom showed up at 7:55 and they refused to fill her prescription. What a stressful night for my family! We will be going to a different pharmacy tomorrow. Really rude pharmacist. read more

The voice prompt/ waiting message, said to use the CVS app. I just got there Mon at 3:30- and it was closed. I asked if I could get my prepaid medication to the person at the front desk. She said I could get tomorrow. I am so disappointed with this service. I will never go back to this store read more

On Saturday October 11, Someone stole my wallet from Planet Fitness in Severn, and Walked into this CVS and purchased 2000.00 in gift Cards - WITHOUT an ID check by the only cashier on duty, JUSTIN. I came into the store and asked Justin if he rang a person up within 30 minutes for a 2K purchase and he said yes. I notified him that that person just stole my wallet and then asked him how they could purchase such a large amount without verification. His response was simply that he didnt need to check. The customer uses the key pad. He offered no apology or offer to help catch the person using the Cameras. He just shrugged it off. I grabbed the number to Corporate and submitted a complaint as of which Ive gotten NO response. Way to go CVS. You SUCK. I will no longer bring my business to your corporation. There are plenty of Pharmacy alternatives in the local area to choose from and Walmart has much better convenience store options. read more

If you're getting a prescription filled, prepare to be frustrated. Today is Friday and I have been going through a back and forth battle to get my prescription filled since Tuesday and actually probably sooner than that. I called my doctor's office last Friday to get the prescription sent to the pharmacy and the doctor's office informed me that they probably won't be able to send it in until Monday. Okay, fine. So on Tuesday, I called the pharmacy to see if my prescription was ready. It was not. They mentioned that I needed prior authorization and to contact my doctor's office so I did. I stopped by the pharmacy a few hours later assuming the doctor's office handled the authorization and no, they didn't. Wednesday comes along and once again, I call the pharmacy. Prescription still isn't ready because they are still waiting for this authorization. I call the doctor again and was told that they did give the prior authorization and they don't know what was going on. They will call the pharmacy and see what was going on. Thursday, it's the same routine...call the pharmacy, prescription not ready....call the doctor again. Doctor's office said they were still trying to get that situation straightened out. Doctor's office calls me at 1:05 pm on Thursday and left a voicemail stating that they got the prescription approved and the pharmacy said it should be ready in an hour. Needless to say, I worked late on Thursday and had other things to do on Thursday evening so I figured I'd pick it up today, Friday. I arrived at CVS around 1:45 pm and the pharmacy tech goes through this whole search for my prescription just to tell me that it's not ready yet. It was supposed to have been ready almost 24 hours ago. I'm really not sure who to blame for this whole prior authorization mess but this whole process has been ridiculous and frustrating. I was on my lunch break when I went to pick up my prescription so I didn't have time to wait another 15 minutes because I needed to get back home and sign on for work.There was another customer in front of me whose prescription also wasn't ready and they told her it would be ready in 15 minutes as well. I feel like they wait for you to come in to decide to fill the prescription or something. Needless to say, I'm going to have to go back again when I get off work today. This CVS location is located very close to where I live (I recently moved to the area about 3 months ago) and my prescription plan is with CVS Caremark so I thought it would just make sense to use them as my pharmacy. However, after this experience, I think I will be filling future prescriptions elsewhere even if that means I have to drive further to get there. On the positive side, the store is very nice on the inside and clean. The staff at the front registers usually greet me whenever I enter the store. I haven't had a reason to purchase anything there yet but I can see it being a convenient stop to pick something up if needed when I don't feel like going to a big box store. read more

The customer service in the pharmacy is literally the worst. The person at pick up had the nastiest attitude because of the line and was not polite when checking out. They do not answer the phone at all. You would think being that they have to deal with medicine that is needed they would actually care to pick up. I dread coming to this CVS. read more

I usually like this place! However visiting the pharmacy here, I stood at the counter while the pharmacist (I assume that's her title, I could be wrong) was in the back of the pharmacy and asked me for my DOB at which I shouted so she could hear me. Then I told her I will let this time pass, but she shouldn't be asking a customer to shout out their PII (personal identifiable information). Additionally, I'm a woman I do not tell my age. Next, she says your prescription isn't here it must be at our location on Waterloo where you had your last prescription. I told her that was a different doctor. She then proceeded to tell me my doctor didn't call anything in. So I step away to call my doctor she says "oh it just popped up". Okay. I wait and walk around a bit then come back and sit down at which a gentlemen tells me they are ready. I approach and she yells from the back I'm not ready with your prescription. ****oh my gosh, please send your folks to customer service training and perhaps on the job training - that is all**** read more

I used to work in multiple pharmacies at various CVS locations over the years so I know how they're supposed to act. They let the phone ring, leave you at the window, don't ask the questions they're supposed to so you feel like you understand you're meds, just click through the prompts. Honestly my manager would have quit if she had a team that worked like they did. read more

Whenever I move to a new area I find the closest CVS and use it as my pharmacy for prescriptions. This is undoubtedly the worst CVS I have used. Not sure if they are just understaffed or what but I'd you value your time this might not be the place to go. read more

Without a doubt the rudest pharmacy staff I've ever encountered. I got interrogated for dropping off a refill of an RX I've been taking (and filling at CVS) for years. The male associate legitimately seemed disappointed after grilling me for 5+ minutes and eventually accepting that yes, this was indeed a legitimate prescription form, written by a real doctor, brought in by the real patient for whom it was written. I don't appreciate being shamed for needing medication and will go out of my way to avoid this place in the future. read more

Just sat in the pharmacy line for 20 minutes and nobody came to the window even though I know they saw that there was a whole line of cars. If you are overwhelmed and short staffed then maybe you shouldn't have the drive-thru open right now...terrible customer service...at least come to the window and acknowledge the customer and say you will be right back. read more

I don't understand the hate for this CVS. The staff is super friendly, both the front counter and the pharmacy. They're always fully stocked. It's clean and organized. Never packed and is really conveniently located. You guys are awesome! read more

It's a nice store to get something quick. But please be aware there are some homeless people in the area that hang around the store and ask for things, this can be dangerous for women and children depending on the homeless person. I wouldn't go to this location if you are alone or with children. But the store itself isn't bad at all. The pharmacy staff can be rude at times but the store is newer so it looks nice. read more

Had very mild Covid-19 symptoms early morning of 6-30-2020. Because I am in a high risk group and I cleared the online screening, I scheduled an appointment to be tested later that afternoon. All information on the website, and repeated by the nurse practitioner at the time of the test, indicated that results would be received in 2-4 days. I am now in the Ninth day and no results. I am trying to be understanding; new virus, lots of people seeking testing..... I have called the central phone center (on hold 2 hours+) and no one can provide a reasonable explanation. I have come to find out that the off-site lab is short materials Okay. CVS and Minute Clinic need to be socially responsible and issue a statement explaining the problem My symptoms have gone away, but, my employer will not let me back to work without a test result. How will I recover lost wages? I will be allowed back once fourteen days have passed. Geez. Right around the corner. Results or not. Unfortunately for CVS and the Minute Clinic, I will never frequent their establishment again on principle. Way too many online options make this an easy decision. read more

The main pharmacist is RUDE! Shes very rude. And the pharmacy techs have NO understanding of HIPPA because they were yelling my personal information from one person in the front to the back to check it in a different computer meanwhile other people were standing around just finding out all of my business including all of my prescriptions and their dosages. The store itself is clean and I am greeted when i walk in but the pharmacy area needs a lot of help in customer service and privacy laws!!!! read more
