He will literally go on and help with any questions or concerns you might have, about your prescriptions, along with the items in the store. All the pharmacists and people who work there are great! The only thing that I wish was different was that that they would be open even for a couple hours on Sundays (esp. since lately that happens to be the day when mu prescriptions can be filled). Anywhere that is willing to call and deal with the insurance company for you get an "A+" from me! :)

They asked me to come back the next day, so I returned home with just that single item. The problem was that the quantity of this pills was incorrect. I went back the following day, only to be told that the rest of the medication wouldn't arrive for another week. In the end, I had to make five separate trips to collect everything. You really need to double-check the quantity of the medication. I called the pharmacy again today because four pills were missing, but they insisted that such a mistake was impossible. Why would I have any reason to lie? Among them, one pharmacist was grateful for the effort made to find another pharmacy in an attempt to get the medication quickly.

Not only was he rude and condescending, he spoke to me as though I was trying to do something illegal. When the NY doctor called to request the prescription, he was equally nasty to him., stating he would not accept a NY MD's prescription. While trying to support local business, we ended up going to CVS. Both CVS stores in town and the Walgreens were more than happy to fill it. We chose CVS as they had it in stock. I do NOT recommend Lynch pharmacy. Note: the woman who answered the phone was lovely. That was the one saving grace. I hope he is kinder to her than he was to our doctor and me.

Northshore Home Medical Supply offered a big selection, which was good because I'm a big guy, and she went in to talk to the staff. Joe showed her the options, then said that they also rent chairs, so I could try it at home for 30 or 60 days, or just rent it for the period I needed. After 30 days we knew that we wanted to buy the chair. Their price was better than other companies, and they credited the rental fee to the purchase price, making it a great value. 2 years later there was a problem with the chair, the back collapsed and the remote couldn't bring it up. Calling the manufacturer for what we thought was a 7 year warranty, ends up on certain parts were covered. They couldn't even offer a service call because they don't have a Boston service supplier. I called Northshore and described the issue, they had a service tech out that day to review the problem. He couldn't figure out the fix. Joe came out at 8 pm and within 15 minutes the chair was working like new, at no charge. This is an excellent local company. I would recommend them highly.
