I called them to ask if it would be covered by insurance because that didn't align with what my doctor had just told me. The pharmacist on the phone was incredibly rude, saying things like, "Why is taking your doctor so long?" I asked if they would notify me when the insurance went through and he said, "Why would we notify you?" When I asked, "So it's just a guessing game then?" he said, "Well, that's your problem." He was so rude and disgusting and had no idea what was going on.

Stephanie was immediately on it, not only finding the medication but calling the vet hospital multiple times to ensure she could safely compound it for a parrot and to get the prescription. We could not get there before closing time due to construction traffic so she left it in a bag with an ice pack hidden outside so we could get it. Thanks to her my husband's beloved parrot made a full recovery. I can't say how much it meant to us to have someone who was so willing to go above and beyond to help us.

Their whole team is wonderful and they care about their patients. This is truly how a pharmacy should be! You go in and everyone says hello, the pharmacists are smart and ensure their patients are getting what they need and that they understand everything about the drug they are receiving. They are now in a new building about a year and it is even better. I cannot imagine anyone within 10 miles of here going anywhere other than to them. I called them and explained that I couldn't wait too long, and the staff was extremely accommodating. I was so impressed, that I will refill my prescription there by mail. The service charge is but $7.00 and it will come to my home. Service at its finest, it was almost like an old fashioned mom & pop store because of their caring attitude.
