En todo ese tiempo la senora menciono la palabra robar en dos ocaciones, me hizo sentir incomoda y fue de muy mal gusto para mi. The woman who assisted me was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unpleasant, all because she didn't want to process the return. She refused to do it. I handed her my receipt for the return, and without checking it first, she told me it didn't match the product. I politely asked her to check it, and then without apologizing, she said, 'Oh yes, the receipt matches the product,' and proceeded to process the refund. During the whole interaction, she mentioned the word 'steal' twice, which made me feel uncomfortable and was very distasteful to me. I would never recommend the CVS pharmacy store to no one. That is black simply because when I walked in the first thing they do is stare at you the second thing when I got up to the cash register, she spoke to the Spanish people, but she didn't even get from the cashier to the women's in the back, don't say anything to you because you don't speak Spanish, which made me very uncomfortable and very upset with their nasty dry ass attitudes. The pharmacy here randomly closes in the middle of the day for break. Thinking they are short staffed or Something but not. Once the gate opens. There's a minimum of like 8 people in the back. It's honestly a surprise to see the entire pharmacy close completely. It's crazy weird. But that's maybe how they do their stuff there. But for this reason I will refuse to come back here. This is my second review as my first one was removed. As a previou CVS customer I would personally like to say that The pharmacy technicians there look at the patients as nothing but a number. Do not depend on them for your medications if you need your medications to live. What I'm trying to say is you will not be able to get your medication from this location for whatever reason ever. They are absolutely horrible They lie to you and tell you that they have the medications in stock and they will be ready in an hour you go back in an hour and they're out of inventory. They will re-order it and have it by Wednesday three days later. Three days later it'll be here tomorrow they tell me. Absolutely no regard for patient care, communication horrible. The worst CVS I have ever been to. RECENT UPDATE: You can search see the phone#to this particular CVS. I have been trying to get someone from the pharmacy to help me with my COVID-19 medications. I actually tried them one more time. Again with my medications, I tried their "free delivery". I was charged and it was delivered to another home (with a specific time and date by UPS) as I was told by one associate who then hung up on me. On my third attempt I was told that it had not been delivered in over five days due to lack of drivers in the post office? I love CVS it is great to me I find whatever I need there. The staff is great too. I go there as often as possible.

This would be your average suburban CVS with a cookie cutter layout. The store itself was pretty clean but understaffed and rightfully had the feeling of that general store in the Old West with the "Last Stop for x miles" vibe. It's located right on the NW corner of the mall, and visible from 248 Street. My friend and I stopped Saturdsy on our way to one of the berry farms further west that's cash only. Since the onsite ATM here is with Citibank, we picked up a bag of pistachios (pretty decent taste, with a hint of sea salt) and got cash back at the cashier. Keep in mind, the cash registers allow a $40 maximum cash back When we went there was only one attendant up front with another customer, but she was really pleasant. read more

If I could rate with a 0 star I would! The pharmacy manager named "Eddie" is the most rude person I've ever seen in my life. Mind you, I've been treated bad in other places but not to this point where he makes you feel like you are nobody and he is the "PHARMACIST" with authority. Long story short: 1. I called he answered and instantly with no servicing attitude. My order had been ready and I never received a call, email, text nor did it show online. I needed a really strong pain killer medicine and is the reason I called right before they closed 30 minutes. He even said to hold on because he had another customer there - like really? And I wasn't before the customer? Super rude! 2. As I'm getting ready to head over quickly, I then asked him about a prescription that it was for my daughter that was sent to them since 8/25/23 and he said to give the name of the prescription. I was in shock! I answered of course my mind running at 100 miles per hour with a strong med in my body (I had just left a few hours from the hospital) and simply because I said "you guys don't want to f*** work" he hung up the call. I still keep getting ready as I live down the street. I called again and he said that he was going to cancel my prescriptions because of profanity words. I told him that's fine but I was heading over to get an explanation for my daughter's med that was missing one from all three. 3. Well? How about CVS learns and reads other reviews which is an ongoing "authoritarian" attitude towards patients. The way he speaks and treats patients who are in need of meds is very concerning and alarming especially 20 minutes from them closing meant I was going to be in pain all night again (and end up at the hospital again). 4. I arrive there and no where to be found the prescription for my daughter. He was giving attitude once again and then approached when I asked because I wasn't going to be screaming and he said that CVS policies blah blah blah! I was so sarcastic the whole time because what else can I do? Then he never said over the phone for my pain killer I needed and ID (I had left at home since I wasn't driving). He never cancelled my order and was just acting like I'm The Owner of CVS Pharmacy. He in fact was denying assistance to a patient and I don't think that's lawful by the government - even if a patient is rude! I'm a patient not a customer!!!!!! 5. I get home eventually with my meds after all that back and forth except my daughters (which the urgent care has prove they accepted it electronically). I go online to the store reviews and I'm in chock how no one has been more vocal about this person to be fired!!! Apparently CVS doesn't give a crap about their reputation because all the sites that have reviews for CVS are negative reviews. Recently had major surgery to replace a failed internal prosthetic joint with a bone graft. Dr wrote script for refill for my pain meds. Princess pharmacist told me to come back on Sunday. Called Sunday--OUT OF STOCK. Expressed my displeasure to pharmacy mgr who did not seem to care. Have to go to ER for my meds. CVS just lost me as a customer. Stay away from this place. I entered the store with my pregnant wife, she was speaking with the gentlemen at the register when a manager by the name of EDDIE very rudely jumped in the conversation. He wanted to argue with her over the incorrect information HE provided to her over the phone. We decided to leave and just try another pharmacy, as I left I uttered something under my breath at which point EDDIE Said "what the f*** did you say". The pharmacist supervisor is very rude. They lost my license I've called back since they told me we had to wait for maintenance to come and check the vacuum tube from the drive thru. Never got a call I called 3 days later the pharmacy supervisor answer the phone. I asked about my prescription. Also, I asked about my license. He stated that the license was never stuck there. I asked him if the girls stayed with my license he question me what for I told him this is the first time my license ever get stuck or get lost at a pharmacist, and he stated basically that that's a my problem, hung up the phone me. I have never been treated so rudely by a man in medical care than I did with a phone call to this pharmacy. The PHARMACIST was super slick and rude over a question I did not even get to ask him. I spoke to another monotone employee and he couldn't help me so I asked to speak to a supervisor, Eddy the pharmacist came on the phone and I'm guessing the person before told him I was being annoying or something and he came on the phone all ready for an argument and to turn me down before simply listening to me and than telling me the correct and proper answer . I work in customer service and deal with people daily, that is not a way to treat someone let alone in the medical field. Super nasty , I've reported him to corporate and I will be reporting his license. He came with a judgment before listening and that's not ok . This pharmacy doesn't fail to upset me! It's one mistake after another and another. The ONLY reason for the two stars is because the pharmacy tech, young man at the register (can't recall their names) and the other cashier at the pharmacy named Elizabeth were nice and attentive and were trying to be helpful regardless of how nasty and rude the pharmacist (African American female) was acting! Back in January 2020 I had an incident with my meds on which I had dropped off on a Saturday morning (1/25/20) after coming from the Urgent Care Friday night and being diagnosed with Influenza B and asthma exacerbation. I urgently needed a nebulizer machine for treatment. When I passed by later that afternoon they told me they had no adult nebulizer but I could use the children's one. I wasn't too sure so I declined. Well fast forward to Tuesday I went to the hospital because I wasn't feeling better and I learned I had a mild case of the CoronaVirus and pneumonia. Doctor could NOT stress enough to get a nebulizer machine. Well the pharmacist refused to allow me to purchase a children's machine even though I said I also had children at home and they could use the machine too. After much back and forth one of the ladies in the pharmacy. Maybe one of the techs felt sorry for me and checked the back again and found one machine that was adult use. That was one of the worst experiences. Fast forward to a couple months ago when I did have COVID19 and had to run in circles to try and get my prescription because they claimed they didn't have it and everyone who I spoke too had different information to give me. I ended up taking my meds 4 days late!!! That's unacceptable!!!!! Now the latest incident today 2/23/21, (which has happened once before) I picked up my mother-in-law's meds and I get charged for one of her meds and then had to get off the car because they can't process refunds thru the drive-thru. So on top of their mistake, I have to be inconvenienced too!!! This is the 2nd time they do this and I have a feeling it won't be the last. I don't get it. Her insurance INFO should be in their system. I come here every single month. Sadly common sense isn't so common and lack of interest and laziness has become an epidemic at the workplace. I really like this particular CVS. When it was first made I thought it was going to turn ghetto but that has not been the case. The store and it's surroundings are super clean and the shelves are well kept and always stocked. My only complaint is that sometimes the staff leaves the restocking carts/trollies near the book and magazines' display. I really don't like that but it's not THAT big of a deal, of course, unless you want to browse the magazine stand... The price is that of any other CVS. read more

Try to get help from the pharmacy about a nasal spray unfortunately everyone was busy standing around while no one was in line oh well.....

The pharmacy techs do not care to help. I will never go here again and will tell everyone how when my wife was in pain and I told the tech that I need her medicine he put his finger up in the air as if telling me to shut up and wait when there was no other patient there ahead of me. Publix is worth a try down the street. No need to go to a place where the poor customer service is a theme. read more

DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Here's why... I walk in and an older gentleman had just been helped but they take very long with his order so he turns around and apologizes to me and I tell him "don't worry about it, it's not your fault". So some time after I'm next. So she tell me it's not ready (when supposedly it was ready the day before) so I sit down and wait. 20 minutes later no one tells me anything so I get up and asked. So the lady in the front (in blue) asked the other pharmacist (white gown) if it's ready and the lady in the white says "ooooh yeah that was ready a loooong time ago" (that's how she said it) so the lady in blue said "you should have told me because the customer is waiting " and the lady in the white told her "we'll thats why you have to speak louder" so the lady in blue said "I don't want to scream and seem rude" so the lady in white started making fun of her and said "well it looks like we'll have to get you some speaking classes to teach you how to speak louder without screaming" (very rude by the way) so the lady in blue kept looking for it and she tells the pharmacist in white "I can't find it" Everyone ignored her but she literally said it loud enough for everyone to hear but yet no one helped her and just kept talking about their personal life. I can tell the lady in blue was frustrated because no one was listening and she knew I had been there a while already. So from walking in, to leaving. I was there for 45 minutes. That was my first time there and DEFINITELY my last. Walmart helps you as soon as you get in line. I thought these reviews weren't true but now that I've experienced myself. The management is horrific! I dropped off my wedding pictures 3 months ago, I go to pick them up and the General manager tells me they might be lost unless I can give him the order number. I was chasing them week after week to get me the pictures and they always tell me they have to call "the photo lab". The General manager tells me he has to call the lab and he will call me back within 24 hours, a week later I am still waiting for his call. Now I have no memories of a once in a lifetime event because of the neglect of this store for customer service. I suggest you do NOT trust this place with your memorable events. read more
