I come here pretty frequently, and honestly sometimes it's five stars and sometimes it's one, but honestly, the ones outweigh the fives. The most annoying thing is when you call, you always get a robot at first. When you ask to speak to a human, sometimes it lets you and other times, it seemingly ignores you. It can take a few tries to get right. Sometimes they randomly cancel your order and won't tell you why, and it can be hard to transfer from CVS to CVS. I have come to dread ordering from here. Inside the store is pretty clean and well-organized. Some of the employees are pretty nice, and others ignore you. Really just depends on the day I guess. read more

People are crap, rude, short, understaffed.. This became my primary location after they closed the good location off of cemetery road. It's probably the worst location I have ever been too, and that's after 35 years of being a CVS customer. This place needs to clean house and rehire. Corporate also needs a kick in the ass, shorting pharmacy hours, and closing during the day, they need to hire more people. Having a single person on a Saturday afternoon in a busy store.. No wonder they are closing stores.. typical incompetence. read more

Maybe the rudest staff I've ever met. We sat on hold for 20 min. When finally picked up the wife was calling and hung on her going "i can't hear you" When i confronted the pharmacist about it. She goes no we didn't. Not even asking anyone to get the story. Rude incompetent people. read more

The pharmacy does not answer the phone. I have been trying to get to call for 2 days waiting on phone for 30-45 minutes with each call. I called the front store, and they answered and said people are working there but he could not tell them to answer the phone. The front store person transferred me multiple times and still they do not answer. Incredibly unprofessional. read more

Terrible service. The Pharmacy is a joke, no possible chance to get anyone on the phone. After 30* minutes on hold I went to the drive thru and pulled up being the only car. Sat for 10 more minutes before anyone said a word to me. Prescription was not ready and I was told to wait 30-40 minutes and I would get a text message. I go back 45 minutes later and stand in line for 10-15 minutes and it's finally ready (no text message). Go somewhere else, they are lazy and just don't care. The manager is the problem, she has an attitude and can't manage anything. 3 straight times I've had bad service. read more

I come to this location occasionally. Handy if you're in the area. Odd access- be careful where you turn in and come out, especially in traffic. Friendly service. Terrible customer service. I stood at the drop off section like a normal person should for nearly 10 minutes before I heard one of them saying "oh I didn't even see him" and then proceed to tell me that they're closing soon so it won't be until tomorrow to fill my prescription. I tried to get a prescription filled for my Kids ADHD medicine (Class 2 Narcotic) and they said I lived too far away to fill the prescription. The Doctor's office who wrote the script is literally 2 miles from this location however, they would not fill the prescription since I live in Galena..about 25 miles away. I felt like they were being lazy and using my home address being too far as an excuse not to have to fill another prescription. Leigh was just being mean and/or lazy. I don't appreciate being stereotyped as a "Tweeker" or whatever they are called I drove to Sunbury and got the prescription filled without any issue. This may happen because of the pharmacy's policies, the pharmacist's "professional discretion," or rationing by the wholesaler of the amount of controlled medications available for pharmacy purchase. I stopped in here on my lunch hour to pick up a sympathy card for a teacher at the school. I dont know how long this location has been open, but it is a very clean store and bright. Unlike some other locations CVS has, this store invited you in. I quickly found the cards and made it to check out. Nice, big store! read more
