The gentlemen working at the pickup counter was rude and unpleasant. Did not greet me at window, once he retrieved my prescription he just stood there looking at me. Finally he said, " Are you going to sign for it?" I didn't know that a signature was required nor where to sign. He looked at me again, I inquired where do I sign? It was a machine behind the glass. After payment was received he just stared at me. I finally said...... you're welcome. Just had to vent my unpleasant experience. Kindness and customer service goes a long way! read more

Amy changed the entire game at this location. She is the pharmacist and I just hope she doesn't get completely burnt out and has to leave soon. The change and feeling I had from my last experience is night and day and the process, refill time, changes in scripts etc- Amy gets it done quickly and her techs follow her lead. She empowers those around her and it seems the people working with her are happier. Nico is also fantastic and he has made sure a few issues that normally would have taken weeks before, were addressed within 2 days. I think this CVS off Sgt Stiles is one of the worst pharmacies by far. a serious lack of professionalism, lack of customer service skills, and most importantly a lack of communication skills when dealing with patients. when you get into the medical field id like to assume it's bc of the passion one would have in helping others. Not glaring at a customer bc there's 3 minutes left of their lousy shift and you're trying to quickly pick up prescriptions. if a patient comes 3 minutes before, the expectation is to be understanding that this is important to the patient and get out of yourself demanding you leave at 6 pm. matbe it's time to ask yourself why you're doing the job. read more

I have walked into the target pharmacy for the last two days to experience a line of 10 people in front of me. I understand the pharmacy is busy, but there were three extra people working behind the counter and only one person helping process customers. The first night I stood in line for 28 minutes and finally gave up. I went back today to find the same quantity of people nine customers in front of me I stood and waited in pain in the agony while I was there to pick up pain pills for a recent surgery. through no fault of her on the elderly lady at the counter, was having trouble getting her insurance to process not a problem, my problem was that three other people are standing back there, looking out of the long line of crowd, not seeming to care that people are becoming discontent with waiting in line. My pain became so excruciating. I felt like I was going to pass out, and I leaned against the counter. I did not want to have to come back for a third day so I decided to wait it out. I finally got to the front of the line and I asked the girl why they were so not interested in customer service that three people would stand back behind the counter, watching the line, and only allowing one person to work register at a time she explained to me that she was going as fast as she could. Again, not a problem, but why did one of the other three not come forward to help reduce the lime in a quicker fashion. I am absolutely appalled with how much lack of customer care and concern there are for the people waiting in line at the pharmacy, it is obvious the customers are in need of medication. read more

I thought I'd try a different location for my prescriptions but didn't have Much better luck with better service here. There's a specific employee named Jessica that is the rudest most disrespectful pharmacy employee I've ever encountered. I won't go into details but I've submitted a civil rights grievance on her. The actions she decided to take hopefully do not express the values and opinions of CVS as a whole. If the manager of this location happens to see this, please reach out to me since you guys don't ever answer your phones. read more

Fast and great service. Picked up 3 prescriptions and counted 7 employees behind the counter. Walgreens used to be my go to spot, but they are taking days to get a prescription filled. read more

The pharmacists here are always courteous and efficient. I don't understand the bad reviews but I guess everybody has a different experience. I transferred my prescriptions here from a CVS in another target and I'm so glad I did. read more

This CVS Pharmacy inside Target in Highlands Ranch continues to get worse. It gets busy and one pharmacist has to work drop offs and pick ups while the others act like you're not there. Today 9/3, I waited for 15 minutes in the pickup line. Same last month as a dark haired younger male pharmacist was busy putting new filled prescriptions in the boxes alphabetically vs waiting on customers in a long line. Finally one of other pharmacist asked to to help the pickup line, he gave a sour look to her and started to help. WTH?? We are moving all our business to another pharmacy. Simply terribly disrespectful. Avoid this place if possible. Managers please train your staff read more

This pharmacy gives new meaning to the word inadequate. I called regarding a prescription that was on hold and they told me they were waiting for the Dr. to call it in. I had to ask how would they have the prescription if the Dr. hadn't requested it. Then I was told that prescription was no longer available, hmmm very common prescription so that didn't make sense either. I decided to go into the pharmacy to get it resolved and had the pleasure of dealing with Junior, who is one of the rudest unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with. Nor was this the first time I have had this experience with him. While explaining this to a co-worker they asked if it was Junior and proceeded to tell me how rude he was. (Just a side note - notice at this CVS none of the employees wear name tags) I have now moved my prescriptions to Walgreens and had the friendliest and most pleasant experience, should have done it a long time ago. read more
