Customer service stinks! Pharmacy tech very rude and decided to test my patience and character... yes I'm African American and she was Arab... I questioned her about using my pharmacy discount card. She stated it's applied already. I said, how when I haven't given it to you? She went on to say, the numbers are already on the printed receipt. I kept saying, how when I have not given you my prescription discount card? I asked to see the pharmacist. He didn't come to the window but told the tech to ask me to come back because he needed to take a look at the information. I agreed. That was 6/20. On 6/21 I returned... needless to say the same Arab young lady was at the window. She proceeded to ask me how she could help. I told her I was picking up. When I said my name (she remembered from the day before apparently) it triggered something. It was at that moment she kept asked me my name again with date of birth. I told her, didn't in just give you my name? She said yes but I need it again. I said for what?! She said for the pharmacist. I told her the pharmacist just left the window and did not ask me for it. You already know name. You're looking at it on the screen! She acted as if I was impersonating someone else and trying to steal their meds!!!! I felt like I was being racially profiled. Deep breath taken... I said my name again and she said can I have your date of birth? That's when i lost it... because she was looking at my whole profile damn it!!!! I said look you have a line behind me just give me my medicine!!! I asked to see the pharmacist again. Pharmacist showed up and I asked to have a prescription removed and replaced with something else. She agreed to make the changes. I thought that was it and I would get my meds with the pharmacist coming to the aide. Here's where it gets tricky... tech returns to window and asks me for my name and date of birth again!!!!! WTH ???? I repeated once more and told her I was leaving a bad review and contacting CVS corporate. Makes no sense that you're taking a new customer/patient through stupidity based off previous encounter. Back at the ranch... I went on CVS app and opened my profile to leave a message for the pharmacist and saw the ability to text notes. Text I did! I explained that I was disappointed in the techs attitude along with the game she played earlier. I also let them know I was contacting CVS via facebook. I sent the message and 2min passed. Lo and behold the pharmacy called apologizing and saying she was going to reprimand the young lady because she was rude to me and should not have done that. I don't believe she's going to do anything. She merely stated she always has a problem with her being rude. Well why is she still working here?! She basically said in so many words that she heard everything that transpired but didn't know the extent of the problem. She didn't want to intervene at the time but saw that I really was upset about my visit. Constantly apologizing for the young lady. Very unprofessional to stand by and let an employee treat a patient/customer with such disrespect with no disregard for their illness or wellbeing at. Mind you, I am 57. I feel that She should be fired! Playing in my face and not taking her job serious. When I go back I'm going to get her name and take her picture. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the pharmacy I've ever witnessed. TOTAL attitude when I questioned why they would not fill my prescription. NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE no matter what time of day it is YOU'LL GO STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL. I called corporate to try to reach someone they couldn't even connect. What a joke who runs this place? The sloppy looking "pharmacist" (looked like she hadn't washed her hair in a week) basically told me it was my problem to deal with--now I need to call my doctor about a new prescription. Literally walked away before I finished my sentence. Whatever happened to the pharmacy reaching out on the patients behalf? I wish my company's insurance plan didn't switch from Walgreens to CVS because now I'm forced to use CVS--but you can bet that I'll NEVER fill a prescription or even shop at this location again. Your employees look like they just rolled out of bed and they treat your customers like garbage. WORST EXPERIENCE. at 5:30PM CT on Monday, April 14, 2025 Drive through. I'll bet you couldn't care less about this review either. Hope your location closes. read more

Stopped on my way home after getting my wisdom teeth yanked. Needed to pick up some pain meds that were prescribed to me. Pharmacy is closed "for lunch". There are 3 people behind the counter who are working. What the heck? I'm in immense pain and they refuse to help me. They even drop their security gates which makes it very clear that they are not interested in helping people who need it. You can bet I will never come to this location again. read more

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Their hours are awful, they are consistently out of my medication and they NEVER answer their phone. I was sent to the doctors line twice after being on hold for over 10 minutes. Left two messages, NO call back If you can, go elsewhere! Would leave Zero stars if I could read more

DONT GO THERE! The pharmacy never picks up the damn phone! They never have my medication in stock and even when they do I still have to wait 30min. When I called the prescription in 8hrs- yes 8 hrs!!!! In advance! Any other establishment can handle calls while doing their job, or actually do their job by having my medication in stock. I don't have freaking polio, it's a basic med you should keep in stock. They can't be that busy that they can't pick up the phone and if they are then they need to hire more people. They are just lazy and incompetent! Switching to Walgreens! read more

Can't tell you how many times I've gone there only to see the " No Pharmacist on Duty" sign. Hours say they are open till 10 but I got there at 835 and they were closed. I needed to start on antibiotics and now have to wait till they decide to open in the morning. Where do we find a reliable pharmacy around here? Already took my business away from Walgreens! read more

The pharmacists here have absolutely NO IDEA what they're doing!! I went to get a new glucose meter, & they asked me what brand I needed - I told them to give me whatever brand the insurance company preferred (most insurance companies have a preferred brand of meter). They gave me the supplies for the most expensive meter in stock, but the meter itself was out of stock, and told me it would be there the next day. Now, their TV commercials brag about "1-2 day prescription delivery", so I requested that the new meter be delivered. To this day, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY NEW METER!! Abd, to top it off, I received a letter from my insurance company stating that the brand of supplies I received was NOT THEIR PREFERRED BRAND!! I had to call CVS and tell them not to bother getting me the meter because not only was it the wrong brand, but they never bothered to send me the meter anyway!! I had 2 prescriptions filled, and it took them 5 DAYS JUST TO SEND THEM OUT FOR DELIVERY!! IT TURNS OUT THAT THEY DELIVER VIA USPS - I MAY NEVER GET MY MEDS!! Don't waste your time or money. It's no wonder many of their stores are closing!! read more

The worse pharmacy in the area. Rude employees and worse incompetent. I filled my sons prescription and normally he gets 30mg of this particular medication, these fools gave me 75mg and had the pill not been a different color I would not have known. My fault for not double checking, their fault for not double checking what they fill. read more

The employees in the pharmacy are impolite and not customers oriented. Asking them a question is like bothering them. I asked them about generic vs name brand drugs and they treated me like a child. stay away and go elsewhere read more

I have to love a drug store that is carpeted. I really like carpet. This store just opened a little less than a month ago. I went in here for the first time yesterday. I went their because I am boycotting both local Walgreen's (due to the fact they never have the sale items i want). And I went away very happy. The store is still new, with carpeting throughout, and all the aisles are very clearly marked, and a wide variety of products, ranging from store brand to major market brands. The prices here on most items were a bit cheaper than Osco. And did I mention they have carpet on the floors? The staff was a little slow though, because it took me ten minutes to check out even though they had three casheirs working, and the line wasn't even that long. But definetly a refreshing change from the dingy Walgreens down the street. read more

Very terrible customer service. CONNIE Is the manager and was very rude and disrespectful. I will not be returning back here at all!!!!!!! Not to mention there prices are high for everything. Employees are not very helpful and seem like they don't like there job! read more

Made my first visit to this CVS Pharmacy around at 2:07pm on Sat 5/20/17. The guy behind the counter was rude and very unprofessional. Additionally, I emailed CVS customer service yesterday and have yet to hear back from them. I ended up tossing what I was going to purchase across the counter and walking out of the store. What I found out later from family who live in the area, (and wish I had added in my email to CVS customer service) is that the African American guy I described to them is ALWAYS RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL whenever they've shopped there. I choose not to spend my money in establishments where there's poor customer service. And depending on how CVS handles my complaint will determine if I'll ever walk into any of their stores ever again. read more

This the best pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The staff is very friendly in both the store and pharmacy. I buy my drugs and a few food items here consistently. read more

Yes I've experienced better. A lot of times you have to hunt for employees to ring you up or just start screaming at the counter until somebody comes. Really weird where they located this building too- behind the jenky Shell- just weird. Other then that not bad, no crowds because not that many people go there. read more

I hate hate this specific pharmacy , the pharmacist is so ignorant and makes me uncomfortable when picking up my meds . Forget asking him questions, he makes me feel like I am really bothering him. He never had a smile on his face, never looks at you when he talks and even made a comment about a prescription I take every month . Too bad this is my insurance carriers pharmacy of choice, after this last prescription I am getting here I am having them change everything over to another CVS. read more

Do they even have people working here. After searching for someone to ring me up a kid appeared with an attitude problem. I ran into a problem with this CVS when this very employee at the register cussed me out. I emailed corporate and the manager of the location reached out to me. She didn't sound very genuine and gave me the typical "we will handle it." When I informed the cashier that he rang me up wrong he replied by rolling his eye and staying "Jesus (explicit) Christ" under his breathe. Who does that? If you hate your job then just quit. I can't even consider stopping here anymore. read more

I go out of my way to patronize this pharmacy. My next door neighbors go here on my recommendation and they are very happy with the pharmacy service. Donna and Isa are great pharmacists and really great people. Give them a chance to help you and you will be rewarded with great customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more
