My husband and I were visiting family in Gulfport. We unexpectedly had to extend our trip and I had to get vacation overrides for my prescriptions. I believe my pharmacist name was Mara, she jumped through hoops to get my prescriptions filled for me and kept me updated throughout the day with her progress. I was shocked to see the bad reviews on this place because I have found that the pharmacy has been nothing but pleasant and very helpful. Highly recommend. read more

I spend hundreds in this store and online. Asked the manager/cashier if I could return items and re-ring sale so I could use my coupon and was met with "yeah that's now how this works". Are you kidding me? There's no rule that says I can't, though I know it would have been inconvenient, the attitude is completely uncalled for. Miserable human being. read more

Here on vacation and ran out of some items. Found this easy to find CVS and popped in. It is a clean and well maintained store with full shelves. The staff sincerely welcomed me as I walked in. They had smiles and it truly felt like they were glad to see me. It has a logical layout, similar to many CVS locations thus it was quick to find the items I needed. Checking out was fast and once again, the staff made me feel like I was family member (one they liked). If they had gas and lottery tix, I might have spent even more money here. read more

This pharmacy is the absolute SLOWEST CVS pharmacy I have ever been to. I was second in line at the drive in window this afternoon about 4:30pm and literally waited over 25 minutes to pick up my two prescriptions. It always seems that this location is so lax in getting customers through the drive thru. A drive in window is suppose to be a Convenience but at this location is certainly is NOT! They need to hire more people to cover walk in customers while not leaving drive in customers hanging. It's frustrating sitting there watch them promptly service in store customers while ignoring drive in customers until it's convenient for them to help you. There were another 3 cars behind me in line so, I can only imagine how long these people sat before getting their RX's. I am seriously considering switching my prescription business to Walgreens as this problem at CVS on Hwy 49 never gets better, it's just an on-going issue which appears unimportant to store or pharmacy management. Do better CVS or feel the repercussions of lost customers. read more

Unpublished pharmacy closure for lunch 1:30-2:00. . Not good when you are on a schedule plus cost of gas for a double back.

No customer service wow bathrooms for employees only wouldn't even let a 4 year old little girl use the bathroom. Trauma set in when the little one couldn't hold it to the next stop. When I said what are all the bathrooms in the area broken she seemed use that as her excuse not to even ask a manager if the little one could use it . Way to go at this CVS. read more

Just visited this pharmacy today while on vacation. My son got the flu, urgent care sent a script to them and it was ready in minutes. They were so sweet & helpful. I also made a purchase up front of a few drinks & the cashier bagged the scripts with my purchase without me asking. And bonus *the ATM was no fees in connection with my credit union from IL! read more

This Pharmacy has the stock of medicine that my family requires. Other Pharmacy's are out of the specialized meds required and this CVS has what we need. Good customer service is always provided and they know their way around the insurance companies. I've had no complaints. Short wait time. read more
