This is every month with this Pharmacy so I will be changing after I pick up the rest of his medication. I don't know how this place even stays open. It's always something with them. They won't blame it on his insurance, but the insurance isn't a problem they are because any medication that his insurance doesn't cover eye cover I pay for which I don't have a problem doing that because I know dealing with Medicaid there's only six slots. I already know that but what that lady did today was awful telling me that the girl was on the phone talking to me telling me that the other medication wasn't in she is pretty much just called me a liar she was lying. I never called that Pharmacy. I always message them. I have the messages on my phone. I never called that Pharmacy and someone in charge needs to take charge because that Pharmacy is a zero. I am so sick and tired and I will not be going back to them after I pick up my son's last four prescriptions which they told me yesterday. All five of them would be there today then try to tell me the lady was on the phone telling me that it iwouldn't be there the lady did not talk to me on the phone. She may have been speaking to someone else but she wasn't speaking to me so, yes, did I got angry? Yes, I did. I am tired of that place. The people they had there before were much better than the people they got there now and something needs to be done.
