My first and last time coming into this location as soon as you walk in the store is cluttered. They was supposed to be having a sale there candy was buy one $6.99 package get the second package for $1.00 that's not a sale. As you walk towards the back they other items on sale like makeup and shampoo the prices are decent. They only have self check out. DO NOT ORDER PHOTOS! I got notified photos are ready. Waited 30 min, they got a manager, cannot find the photos. They actually tried to give me another family's photos insisting they are my photos because the children are Asian like me. They were not my children. They kept looking at those photos and at me, repeating those must be my children. I repeatedly assured them those are not my children! Is this some weird comedy skit? I asked manager to reprint the photos. She asked for a few hours to find FOUR 4x6 photos and wanted to call me to come back. She refused to reprint FOUR 4x6 photos. I have been using this CVS pharmacy for years. I relied on it so many times and trusted it. For several months now, every time I go to pick up a prescription, something is missing or it's not ready yet, "can you come back in 15 mins". Every time! Today it was a side trip to the pharmacy for some allergy medication advice. I got to meet Tasmina, Taz for short and she was so super helpful. I thought knew all of the over the counter allergy stuff but was I mistaken. Taz asked me me a few questions and then made a few suggestions until we narrowed down the medicines. Taz was very helpful and I left feeling like I had received the best possible information to tackle this winter allergy hell that I have been experiencing off and on for a month. This rating of 5 stars today is specifically for the service I received from Taz in the pharmacy department. She was so helpful and it left me feeling like she really cared about helping me with my sneezing issues. If you need help from the pharmacy at this location, ask for Taz. She is a gem! read more

And after 40 minutes, if you are lucky to speak to a human, they will say they are only handling Covid appointments and then put the blame on the customer and say you pressed 9 and must call the pharmacy instead! CVS is a great neighborhood chain store that satisfies so many different needs. Household, Cosmetics and toiletries as well as food and a fantastic pharmacy. I have always found their store, big, bright, clean and a fantastic team of people always willing to help you get what you came in for. I have been using the pharmacy for years and they have never disappointed me. Easy ordering, knowledgeable people and very competent pharmacists. The drive through makes it very easy for a pickup and the process goes very smoothly for identification and paying. All the stores I have visited are free standing, with their own parking lots, easy in and out. They will continue to be my pharmacy of choice. read more

Very bad customer service. Had my prescription sent over there and fail to inform me that the drugs were on back order. When I got there, I had the doctor see if they could prescribe an alternative that would cover by the insurance which they were no help at all. Claiming the drug prescribe was back order for month when in fact the same was pick up by someone else the previous week. I am a 68 year old woman with many health issues. Today I gathered my purchases at CVS. I asked an employee, a young gentleman if he wouldn't mind helping me to my car with my belongings. His reply to me was exactly "I'll carry it for you but I like tips , I like money ". How absolutely disgusting has this generation gotten ?? Of course I would hv. Tipped, but not with an attitude like that ! What is the issue with these greedy creatures?! It was a Thurs. around 6: pm-6:30. A young black man in his 2o's?? Just ordered two customized desk calendars online and picked it up in the store for Christmas gifts. The calendars were incredibly sloppy. You can tell the pics were cut and glued on and half the binding was undone. Luckily, I'm an artist so I can try and fix it up. However, i shouldn't have to fix up a calendar I bought. Won't be using their photo department again. Such a disappointment. read more

I go to this pharmacy because I like the convenience of knowing that I can find a CVS anywhere I travel. But I always have problems with my prescriptions. They refill things that I haven't requested (even when I indicate in my texts that I don't need them), and when I need them refilled, or a change in dose is ordered by my doctor, it is never filled immediately. I've also had issues with them adding my correct insurance cards in. It's becoming exhausting and I'm ready to change pharmacies altogether. read more

I love this CVS. They are always so welcoming and greet you when you enter the store with a smile. Kind of makes you feel nice as soon as you step in . They are stocked up pretty well. Pharmacy is very nice too. Decent wait time unlike few other CVS where there's always big lines at the pharmacy section. Overall I have had a great experience whenever I have been there. read more

I come here all the time for my family's prescriptions and the pharmacy staff are for the most part great. However, this morning I found myself sitting in the parking lot waiting for it to open well past the posted time. As I sat waiting, a number of people came and left, unwilling to wait. And to make matters worse, after finally getting it, I found out that the pharmacy area was closed for another hour! I find it annoying that now I have to make a separate trip to pick up my prescriptions. read more

We don't normally use this location but did so because it was the closest to our home and we were dealing with emergency situations after my wife suffered a fall and broke her wrist last week. We used them twice and I found the staff uninformed with one person providing information conflicting with another. Although I never post reviews, this time I am doing so due to the extreme poor service to hopefully spare others from using this location and being subjected to the same. We left St Francis Hospital after my wife's wrist surgery and three prescriptions were transmitted by the hospital to this CVS location. With my wife waiting in the car I went in for what I'd hoped would be a quick pickup. I was told by the desk person that there was a problem with one of the prescriptions and that one wasn't ready. I explained our situation that my wife had just had surgery and we were picking up the meds ordered and directed by the surgeon. After they prepared the third prescription the pharmacist came out a bit frantic and informed me that they didn't have authorization for the third prescription but provided a discount from a discount card and asked me if I still wanted it at that higher cost. She stated that they system provided an automated rejection and it would take 24 hours to receive a response back from the insurance company and there was nothing more that they could do. I explained my wife had to take the meds so I would take it and asked if we could get an adjustment once it was approved and I was told we had seven days to request it. I called back two days later and spoke with Brandon who informed me that what I was told by the other pharmacist was wrong and there was nothing they could do to adjust the price. He also said the drug still wasn't approved in the system and it was up to the doctor to speak with the insurance company. But it didn't matter because we'd already picked it up and the date couldn't be changed and it didn't matter even if the approval was backdated. As I said, this pharmacist and staff are useless. I could also go into some additional issues but I've already typed too much for most people to read and that was the big one. Save yourself. And CVS management - you need to work on staffing quality control. I'm going to find a local independent pharmacist that knows what he is doing and actually cares about his clients! read more

The last two times I went here were on Sunday mornings and both times the store was closed even though it was well past opening hour. On 9/11/16 a worker said they were opening up at 9 am instead of 8 am because an employee was out (no explanation why she couldn't and didn't open the store). Today 9/25/16 at 8:15 am the gates were up but the doors were locked again and a bunch of customers were waiting in their cars. Ridiculous that a chain like CVS doesn't open on time nor even post a sign of when they will open. One time maybe it's excusable but twice (or more) in two weeks is unacceptable. Whoever manages this store on Sundays should be fired. read more
