I've been trying to get my Covid and flu shot for her a week. Someone at the store kept canceling my appointment. So, I decided to come in and find out, what was on. The pharmacy manager took care of me, as soon as she heard my issue. She was friendly and helpful. I was in, and out, also. I'm glad I did stop by and handle my business. My insurance paid for my shots and now I'm ready for my trip, and the weather. I'll definitely be back soon. :-) read more

Worse service ever at the pharmacy Josalyn is NOT someone that should deal with customers. She doesn't want to wait on customers at all. She told me my husband's pharmacy bill was 636.00, I looked thru the prescriptions before she rang them up and told her there wasn't 600.00 worth there. She said there was 10 prescriptions there and it was 636.00. I told her to look again and the one that was 520.00 was still in the bin. After she rang it up I asked her did they not fill all of them and she just huffed at me. I picked the bag up and walked out. TODAY I am on the path to change pharmacies if she stays there. I went to this pharmacy to pick up my prescription and sat in the drive through for 45 mins. No one even acknowledged and asked can they help me. This is THE WORST CVS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I used to enjoy dropping my prescriptions off at this location, well not anymore. Two weeks ago I had 3 prescriptions 2 there were able to fill the other I was told "we don't have this one" so I went to another for this prescription only to find out they don't carry the dosage, why wasn't I told that. I had to have my doctor call another dosage in. The service at the pharmacy is very slow. April 25th had a dental procedure and needed 3 prescriptions filled, was told they would be ready at 5, cool I came back at 5, they were not ready and told it would be a few mins, it's now 5:45 I checked to see if it was ready it wasn't. Was in excruciating pain and couldn't wait, also a fury little friend ran across my feet twice, yes there's a mouse loose in the store. I did let the cashier know, he was aware.... My property taxes are too high to have to deal with this ghetto pharmacy. read more

Brutally slow pharmacy. Poor customer service. I had a local clinic phone in my prescription. I got there, waited in line at prescription drop-off area for 5-10 minutes. They finally got to me and the lady told me the pharmacist working the drive-through needed to check the voicemails to see if the prescription is there. Twenty minutes later they still had not checked the voicemail! I went back to inquire and she said "I'm trying". I would switch to the Walgreens down the street - which is ten-times better, faster, cleaner and more courteous...but my employer's insurance is only accepted at CVS. Fail. read more

My wife was diagnosed with diabetes, and gave her Montelukast instead of Janumet (fortunately, I Googled before she took the asthma drug for diabetes). We understood, everyone makes mistakes and weren't upset until she asked for money back on wrong drug and they refused. Said she accepted it and it's her responsibility. Amazing. Pharmacists are responsible to administer correct drug - if lay people knew every drug off the tops of our heads, why would we need them? Needed to get a prescription refilled and went to the window. Lady said that they had a rotating pharmacist and they had none in stock at the moment. She said that it would take 2 days so we assumed to come back on Wednesday. But before we left we realized she never took the prescription and went back and ended up talking to another lady. This lady said that we had to come back in the afternoon to see the pharmacist. And then again after the prescription is ready which is crazy. Y couldn't we drop it off instead of going 2 times ? It took me 2drives around & 15 mins park total time 45mins to get my prescription.. upon having to deal with a rude employee that works in the pharmacy area a young lady with light brown eyes & tongue piercing..the attitude she displayed was unattractive just like the tongue ring she had in "VERY NASTY & UNAPPEALING " when I said something to the pharmacist same to has rude has will.when dealing with the public you must ALWAYS BE Courteous no matter what....it's your job do it with a smile or simply lets someone who love the job have your position!! read more

Probably the worst CVS I've ever been too.. Every time I've called the pharmacy, I've been on hold for at least 15 minutes and the drive-thru takes about that long also (even if there's no line!). I'm not sure if they need more employees, or whether the current employees don't care, but either way I would only use this pharmacy as a last resort. read more

I usually love to shop at CVS for over the counter medications and the occasional small grocery item because they have great coupons and sales that I can use when purchasing items for work. HOWEVER, I will never use them again for my personal pharmacy needs. The staff at the front check out counter is always very nice and helpful. They will answer questions if needed. They help with couponing and getting the best deal. The pharmacy staff and pharmacists are always in a bad mood. They speak down to you. They wait for medicine to be filled is usually outrageous and most importantly they hardly ever have my medicine in or in the right dose. I even went to the pharmacist manager and said .. Ok I have this medicine that I will need every thirty days. Can you please order it so that it is in stock when I need it. She said yes. I came back 30 days later and they did not have it. Ordered my sons medicine and they said it would be a week and a half to get it in. We had some extra to tide us over so I said OK. Week and a half goes by and no word so I call. First person to answer was rude and put me on hold for the actual pharmacist since she couldn't give me any answers. Waited 25 min (!!!!) and finally the pharmacist gets on and tells me there was a problem ordering the meds and they were essentially going to have to reorder (another 10 day wait). Her words: "we dropped the ball on this." Totally unacceptable given the business they're in. This pharmacy is just awful. I continue to come here simply because of the location and I don't want them to be shut down. However they truly tested my patience today. I placed an order in the a.m of 01/20/2018, received confirmation back at 10:00 am that order would not be ready until 01/24/2018! I immediately called and was on hold for 25 minutes, while on hold I called from my landline call was answered in three minutes. Anthony tells me three of the prescriptions can be ready today. This is exactly why I hate dealing with any CVS Pharmacy!! I dropped my prescription off this morning at 10:30 am and they asked me when I needed it and I stated 5 to 6 pm plenty of time for them to fill both my prescriptions! But now I'm still waiting and it's after 6:30!! The worst of the CVS Pharmacy stores I have been too! The only good thing about this location is their Minute Clinic. Publix was out of stock with my medicine. So I had them transfer the prescription to this CVS on glynn street. I called to see if it was ready for pick up and after sitting on hold for a long time..I was told it was. However when I got there I still had to wait 40 minutes. They were a bit chaotic and unorganized. People that came after me were called up and got their meds first. After I was finally called up..I was hit with a super big bill. I am self pay..so publix automatically goes on good rx.com to get me the lowest price. Once I mentioned this to the cashier..I had to sit and wait another 10 to 15 minutes for her to pull up the good rx coupon. It was a terrible experience. Thankfully publix now has my medicine back in stock..I will never return to CVS for prescriptions again!!! read more

I had recently got out of the hospital for having a blood sugar of almost 800. I stop by to pick up some prescriptions & I was treated very rudely by Greg George the head pharmacist there. I was told that they could not fill it the sameday,&thatit would be tomorrow yeah I needed it that day.he did not try to help me. I could have went into a diabetic coma or died. he did not even recommend a closer or another Pharmacy to go to. he was really rude. I reported him to corporate. I was recently advised by my Insurance Career to transfer my prescription from my current Pharmacy to CVS so as to anticipate lower priced prescriptions. I walked into CVS on Glynn St, S. Fayetteville today 04/03/2019 at about 3:00 PM. I approached a staff of the Pharmacy requesting for assistance in transferring my prescription. She is a black lady with little grey hair. I told her I needed to speak to the Pharmacist, and she barked: "for what?" She was rude and appeared to be very angry. After my explanation, she walked away without saying another word; and five minutes later she shouted from behind the counter: "Someone will be with you in a few minutes." Twenty minutes later I saw the same lady with her handbag leaving the store. It appeared to be an end of shift for her and she left for the day. I stood there for another twenty-five minutes without any one talking to me or even looking at my direction. I am writing to concur with most of the bad reviews, including the one that wrote "The pharmacy staff and pharmacists are always in a bad mood. They speak down to you. The wait for medicine to be filled is usually outrageous." I am wondering why CVS in fayetteville has employed such rude, angry and unprofessional staff. Worst pharmacy ever. I've been dealing with them every month for about a year and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have a problem with them.
