Appeared clean & well stocked; however the line to checkout was halfway down the main lane in the store ‍ while I was shopping for some pain patches today, I witnessed a pharmacy tech being so very rude to a customer. She was loud and very disrespectful to him. Than I had to wait in the long line to checkout. The cashiers up front were very nice. I honestly would not visit this store again. read more

Manager was rude condescending just unbelievable she screwed up my order and the women's toilet Was overflowed had feces and bloody tampons in it she totally messed up my extra bucks and my coupons ended up paying $27 for make up after I had already given her $18 in extra bucks rewards for $27 worth of make up just unbelievable if she really is the manager CVS needs to reconsider they're hiring and firing practices! Pharmacy is awful!!!!! The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone-another south Fargo location is needed. Too many Rx for the 13th Ave store to handle, always long lines and not enough pharmacy staff. read more

I've had many issues before with this pharmacy, but today really topped it off for me. I use the cvs app to refill my prescriptions and today one of my prescriptions said that it was eligible for refill.. so naturally I refilled it. I had called a couple hours later to see the status of my prescription because I wanted to go pick it up before my next class (it takes me about 25 min to get there).. upon calling this man rudely answered and said that they cancelled my prescription refill because it was "too early." I asked him to explain how it was early when I've always used the app to tell me when my prescription is ready to be refilled.. he said that I had been getting my prescriptions early and he caught onto it and had to stop it.. I was kind blown.. I was going by what the app told me how I have been doing for almost 2 years. He made me feel like I was some drug seeker or addict because I was "allegedly" filling early which I'm not sure how that is even possible given it's a controlled substance. Needless to say I drove myself over to a pharmacy a block away from my house and told them to switch all my prescriptions over to them. I explained the entire situation and they said that that is beyond odd and they have never heard of that being done before. So needless to say.. fill your prescriptions at Seip Drug. They are wonderful and extremely caring and nice. I won't ever go to cvs again, I'll go to Walgreens if I need anything. read more

I have used this CVS for over 20 years every week because my husband has diabetes and heart disease. He has so many prescriptions, and insurance dictates refill dates. I have never had a bad or rude experience. The pharmacy is insanely busy, but they still go above and beyond. Often have to contact Doctors twice for renewals. As busy as they are, they are extremely quick when refilling. If we haven't refilled when records show it's time, they will personally call us to remind. When my son didn't have insurance, they worked with him to get Good RX discounts. We travel many times a year and never have trouble getting a local CVS in any city, being able to pull prescriptions to their store to fill same day, no delay. read more

Multiple issues with this place (and CVS in particular). 1) Just got health insurance, and went to fill a prescription. Find out that my insurance didn't cover prescriptions quite yet but i could call back in to get a refund issue once my insurance kicked in. Called in today, was told I needed my receipt to get the refund. Nice that I was informed of this originally, instead of randomly now... 2) When you register with them, they put your phone number on an automated call lis that is annoying as all. Now not only do you not "opt in" to this, but in order to "opt out" you have to call a separate number and they will not do anything for you in store to remove you from the list. All in all, they have no real want to do true customer service in my opinion and seem to wise up that they're going to start losing business if they treat customers like this. read more

I used to be a loyal CVS customer, particularly of this CVS on S 13th in Fargo, but that has officially changed today. I am on a medication that has withdrawals. The last 6 months they have been out of it every time I go to fill, so I have to wait for them to order it, often past when I'm out. Many times I have called ahead to make sure they have it and have been told they did only to find out they don't after they take all day to fill. This week I tried to fill the 4 left in my Rx because they had only filled 24 of my 28 last month. I called to request a refill 2 days early to make sure they had it. I heard nothing back. Today I find out they just ordered it and it won't be in until Monday. And then to top it off when I call to ask a question about transferring to another pharmacy I am on hold for 20 minutes and when I finally get someone on the phone, she was very rude. I will be switching after years of being a CVS customer. I'm tired of waiting for my Rx. read more

Okay, I have a love-hate relationship with this pharmacy. Positives: I have always had friendly staff (store and pharmacy) and good consultations when I needed them. When I have called and reached someone, they have always been good to answer my questions. Negatives: One time when I called I waited over an hour and I finally hung up. I had a pharmacist question and by the time an hour had passed I knew I could not take my second dose of medication and so it was useless to hold on. They usually take forever to answer the phone and with their new automated system it takes some sort of magic to get through to a person. The latest frustration was when I ordered my refill and got very few pills. When I went to the pharmacy they were super good to explain why I didn't get my full refill, but I paid for a full refill, and no one advised me I was getting less than of the pills when I picked them up. I don't know why that wasn't important to share. I'm a full time college student and I work and so it isn't like I have money to give away. I really miss my old pharmacy where the staff knew me when I walked in and took the time to give you the best service. I don't like using a chain, but that is what insurance pays for. read more
