This cvs is horrible they put these computers in then tell you to check in but you tell this cashier you have a question then she tells you the same thing over three times then goes to the side isle and curses because it's busy like hello I did here that so did other customers retraining is needed there or go work some where else read more

I showed up for a sick visit with a confirmed appointment and was told my appointment had been canceled because I was a few minutes late due to traffic. They hadn't given me any notice for this cancellation. The provider who I spoke to about this was rude, dismissive, condescending, and told me that if I hadn't been late then maybe they would have seen me. She also said to just go somewhere else if I needed to be seen so urgently. I would not recommend this MinuteClinic to anyone. Totally unprofessional experience. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. My wife got stuck behind a freight train on her way causing her to be 3 minutes late. The minute clinic staff immediately tells her your late hurry up and check in. Then, the system didn't recognize her as she was 3 mins late and the clinic said see this is why you can't be late, we can't take you we're too busy and slammed the door in her face. Looking for a simple strep throat test and this woman turned my wife away for being 3 minutes late. 0/5 stars. read more

The CVS a pharmacy in Fairless Hills was awful. Following a cardiac procedure, the hospital called in a blood thinner to this pharmacy, for 90 pills. A blood thinner is never taken just one pill, it is a medication that must be taken over time. When my husband picked up the medication, after 2 phone calls to the pharmacy to get it filled, they finally filled it. The next morning when I opened the pills, there was only one pill in the bottle. When I called them, the answer from the pharmacist was, I knew it wasn't right, but filled it anyway. following the type of procedure I had, this medication is critical!!!!! So very frustrating. DO NOT a trust that they will monitor or even care about your prescriptions!!! read more

There's an older woman that works as a cashier. She's so nasty. I don't even want to shop in the store anymore.I'm going to another location she's ignorant she doesn't say hello. She yells at you , I don't even know why she works there and I'm in retail myself, and I would never treat a customer the way this woman is she's miserable. I don't know if anybody else has experienced her but I'm just so sick of her attitude and I no longer want to shop in this location because she's that rude!!!!!! read more

This CVS is amazing. I'm a regular here that picks up my moms transplant medication all the time and never was I ever talked down to. Maybe ya'll are coming here at peak times, but I never had to wait in a line through the drive through. The older woman at the cash register was extremely rude. She all but yelled at my children for not having their masks on properly. My kids are 2, she could have ask them nicely. I'm all for keeping their mask on but at least be nice about it. read more

This CVS is getting a bad rap. I needed the pharmacy after 9pm and they were the only ones open. The cashier at the pharmacy was very nice and the pharmacist took his time answering my questions. The cashier in the front was very pleasant and helpful. It's a beautiful new store with nice help so don't avoid it. read more

Idk why it smells like cigarette smoke in the foyer every time I walk into this location. I usually make a quick stop on my way home from the gym around 630/7:00am if I need something and it always smells like the employees just got finished smoking right in front of the door/in the foyer. I don't need that nasty surprise as soon as I walk in. read more

So, yes the regional manager rocks, and fixes things when they're broken, but then the staff just go back to their old lazy ways. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. They moved across the street to a bigger location and forgot how to treat customers, fill scripts, and budget time. My average wait time at the old location was 5 mins for pickup and about 15 minutes if I decided to wait to have my script filled. Since I've been coming to the new store, my wait has been over an hour each time. 1 1/2 hours the other day when I decided to drop off and wait. Today I dropped off a script at 4pm. I came back an hour and a half later and I'm still waiting. (Got here at 5:30 and it's now 6:45). I still don't know what time I'll be walking out of this store tonight but it will surely be the last time ever. This place used to be reliable and friendly with helpful staff. Although the staff seems to be unchanged, they are overwhelmed and overworked. I feel bad for them but I don't feel bad for anyone who expects to not have their time wasted by coming here after reading these awful reviews. read more

I work for a doctor and calling this pharmacy is beyond ridiculous, you are on hold on average 30-45 minutes to call in one patients prescription. the staff on the phone is rude and short with you, like they cant be bothered. Lots of times you are just put on hold without even a hello. Stick with the small mom and pop pharmacys. Oxford Valley, Pennsybury Pharmacy. etc. read more

The attitudes of these people are terrible don't be in the business that gives medicine to sick people some of the people have more than your common cold the girl over the phone got confrontational and out of spite took my kids medicine out of their computer! When my poor mother in law was home on her death bed with pancreatic cancer these complete morons had morphin that she needed to ease her pain before her impending death, the store refused to fill the prescription unless she would come into the store. Our family doctor even went to the store to prove it was for her but the pharmacist refused. Thankfully he wrote a new prescription and Anne Norris at Rite Aid filled it at once, without question cause she was aware of our situation. We were so upset we contacted every possible agency that would oversee a pharmacists actions and believe it or not CVS corporate stood up for the pharmacist. What does that say about a corporation that re-enforces their customers to suffer needlessly? This goes against the oath any medical professional takes. CVS is the worst possible pharmacy in Lower Bucks and if you care for your family and friends well being STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. They are simply interested in $ nothing more. read more
