I'm from out of state but I have used CVS in Los Angeles. This attitude is the worst . The pharmacist is very unhelpful in resolving an in network matter . No one picks up the phone and calls back after you've left a voice mail but doesn't resolve the situation and insist I come in to the pharmacy after a hospital stay . Use someone else . read more

Absolutely terrible experience every single time. No communication, the line is constantly backed up, and the techs will walk away from the window and literally leave you sitting in your car for 30+ minutes without saying a word to you. CVS Pharmacy - Drugstores Near Me - ENID, Oklahoma

Started by sitting for 30 minutes behind 1 truck in the pharmacy pick up lane. Ended up going inside. Turns out two of the three associates we're trying to diagnose a woman in the passenger seat of the truck to find over-the-counter medication to make her eyeball quit hurting. When I was inside, I made sure to ask why they were helping the fat fuck in the truck when they're not doctors or nurses, but just paid employees to hand bags of meds through a window. They all admitted they are not nurses nor doctors but they are giving medical advice and Help and holding up the line and ended up with four car sets of people inside the store where we continue to have a wonderful argument and a great cussing match because the pharmacist decided to give shots instead of pushing a button on the computer so I could pay for meds, but I've been waiting for over an hour at this point, so I could pay and leave the shit CVS. Already transferring my meds and my family meds to Walgreens across the street. My all the workers in CVS burn in Hell read more

Even though they are located across the street from Walgreen's, I wouldn't call it competition. Each pharmacy and store has it's own unique set up I like CVS' set up. When you come in, the registers are to the left, against the wall. You are sort of drawn to the right, so you can look at items in aisles and on shelves that are high enough to house a variety of products, yet low enough that a tall person such as myself can look clear across the store. The place is clean and well stocked. Sales clerks are friendly and available to help you find wha t.c you are looking for. In front, there are sale bins you are welcome to paw through and select from. If you sign up, you can get a CVS discount card. There is also a selection of cold drinks and food along the far back and side wall. Pharmacy is at the far corner. You can easily make a complete circle through the entire store this way. read more

Let's start at the pharmacy there a joke that's me being nice The employees for the most part are nice The store is OK with cleanliness Not a lot of selection there's a Walgreens across the street that's bigger and nicer with much more selection And CVS prices are more expensive than the ghetto Kwik shop I have no idea how they're in business I scheduled a vaccine booster there and I guess they schedule everybody at the same time because I had to wait on 10 people which I thought was ridiculous what's the point of a reservation a restaurant wouldn't do that Hopefully someday cvs will become as professional as a Applebee's lol read more

We go to this pharmacy due to insurance reasons. If I didn't have to shop here...i wouldn't. I had 2 teeth cut out and needed to pick up my pain meds before my shots wore off. My mouth was still packed with gauze and I was still bleeding. I gave the employee my RX, my insurance card and my ID. Took her 20 min to get my info typed in the system...and that was with assistance from her coworker. Next it took them 35 min to fill it. Needless to say...pain set in before I got my RX. I couldn't even go to the bathroom and change my gauze. They lock the bathrooms like ghetto gas station and you have to go all the way to the front to get the key on a large ring. Pathetic. As I said...if I didn't have to shop here I certainly would not. read more

1 star is too much ! I went to this place 2 hours after going to urgent care to pick up a prescription. They only had 2 staff working and told me it would be 30 more min. I also tried to call prior to driving across town and was on hold for more than 15min !! No response . When I go back to get prescription they had the drive through closed. Went in and patiently waited for them to wait on the other 2 customers who were ahead of me - I should have been next but some other person comes up and the airhead behind the counter starts helping her ! I am still standing there - never in my life will I ever go back into that store or get anything filled there - wouldn't by a Tylenol from cvs- customer service is non existent!!!! read more

Due to insurance reasons, I was forced to use CVS. After going to pick up my prescription on 4 different occasions I finally gave up. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen before! When you walk up to the counter they just ignore you to see how long you'll put up with it.. They stand behind the counter and talk and answer the phones and pretend like you're not standing there. No matter what you do they will not help you. CVS do yourself a favor and fire everyone at this branch and start over with competent employees! No customer service = No customers! read more
