However, today I had…read morean unusual circumstance occur resulting in the worst customer experience I've had with any sort of service. The brow specialist burned half of my eyelid of and did not acknowledge or say anything until I blatantly pointed it out. Even though I didn't have to pay the $30 for my eyelids to be burnt off, which the brow specialist only did after I asked, it did not change the fact that I was burned. The manager was extremely condescending and mockingly laughing at my mom and I when we asked if there was anything else that could be done by their team since they were at fault. I could go into far more detail about this terrible experience, but I hope that this brief summary is enough before any of you spend $30 on a brow wax at a place that could not care less about their customer.

Some people may complain that the workers at Ulta are hands off, but that is actually why I prefer Ulta to other makeup stores like Sephora or even makeup counters in department stores. I like to have the freedom to explore the makeup myself without feeling awkward because I actually don't know exactly what I'm looking for or if the product I'm looking at is actually the correct highlighter/bronzer/concealer that I need. Plus, the staff here are very polite and knowledgeable if you do have questions! They have such a large selection of makeup, skincare, and hair care products that you are almost 100% sure to find what you are looking for. They also have the benefit brow bar (which my mom loves) as well as a hair salon in the back!

Let aware I have met my Out Of Pocket so I do not owe anything at the visit. Once your out of pocket is met you typically do not owe anything especially when it covers 100%. I let the front desk aware of this insurance policy as the front desk kept arguing that there is a copay even though the out of pocket is met. I let aware that's not how that works as I work in the same industry. Front desk stated the doctor stated that was normal practice which is insurance fraud. I do not care about the copay but the matter of the office does not know how insurance works is scary! If you are a patient or looking to be a patient please make sure you check your benefits and credits.

I drove over 20 minutes 3 different times to get my prescription but they kept saying it wasn't called in- the doctor's office even called to see why they were saying it was never called in when it was in fact called in. Why are you calling to say my prescription is ready if ypu claim it was never called in? When I expressed my frustration having to come there 3 different times Rachel snapped back saying there were several other pharmacies in the area I could use. Then she lied to the pharmacist saying I was being rude and swore at her and wanted to know if she could "refuse the sale" - doing all this within earshot of me. Going to another pharmacy is exactly what I did. Rick's pharmacy didn't lose my script and had it filled within 10 minutes. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this pharmacy at all costs. While the staff at Enid Live Well were friendly, I paid $150 per session for five treatments on a small 1-inch tattoo and saw no visible progress. The new med spa's licensed physician explained that my tattoo looked as though I had only undergone one session, not five. She also told me the treatments at Enid Live Well were scheduled far too frequently. Dr Vicki had advised me to return every two weeks or once a month, but proper tattoo removal requires at least eight weeks between sessions for the skin to heal. Because of this rushed schedule, I was warned that I may now face potential skin damage.
