As far as Walmarts go, this is a typical small town supercenter. It seems well stocked, they seem to have an adequate number of employees. The bathrooms are clean. The overall store seems clean. The employees have been very nice and helpful. I don't recall ever having any issues at checkout or with returns. Walmarts go this one's in line with all the rest. I will say one thing recently stood out is - order pick up. They were exceptionally thorough about checking my order of making sure where I wanted things placed and one gentleman even noticed that there was some ice cream that could've possibly leaked out and wanted to know if I wanted him to get a replacement. I am older than most of the customers and have shopped from small cities to NYC and I can tell you that the Walmart on Garriott in Enid, OK is excellent. I have NO complaints. By the way, some seem to think that there should be an employee for each person in the store. If I am in a hurry and can't find what I want I often peek around the corner in another aisle and usually see a clerk busy stocking something on a shelf. I get her/his attention and ask if they can help me and thank them. They always stop what they are doing to come help. At the end of the day, I imagine they are all exhausted. read more

I purchased a bunk bed set today, got it home and screws are missing. The box was already open before I bought it but I need it and it was the only one until dec. so now I will have to return it and wait or go to local hardware to purchase part that should have been included in the first place. I have also purchased two 43" TVs in the last week. Got first one home screen was cracked! Returned it bought a new one- got it home screen is cracked! Ridiculous. This store is mostly like all the others. It was clean and fully stocked, except for the shoe Dept. There was no greeter when we came in and none when we left either to check our receipt, like at the other stores have. The restrooms were quite busy. I found everything I needed except for the shower shoes. I didn't even bother checking to see if only 2 registers were open with the long lines, instead I headed straight for the self checkout. I like it better because it's quicker and there's still an employee there if you need help. We spent around $500.00 for my son, getting him ready for a long trip to Missouri this Monday. I think we got pretty much everything he needs. The Walmart fuel station showed $1.92/gal. so we stopped there to get some gas, then headed home. Oh and this store has a game play room, McDonald's, a bank and a vet inside..this is the first one I've seen a vet in a Walmart. read more

***UPDATE*** 8-8-18 Today I was adventuring through the produce area working out the produce freight when I see a family pack of Yoplay yogurt laying on the boxes of apple slices. What horrid monster would leave such wholesome dairy products by such devastatingly silly fruit slices?? I find it incomprehensible! I have a new respect for the employees I so unfairly brought down for the donut stick issue. This Walmart is the absolute worst to deal with regarding grocery delivery. Multiple times my order has been three hours late. When I call, I get associates who give the same generic answer or who do not know what has happened to my order. For some reason after I hang up with them, my order magically is switched on "on the way". Do not recommend grocery delivery from this store. read more

I guess being the only place to shop means you don't even really have to TRY to be decent. Constantly over crowded, never enough lanes open, and the stock is often not even put on the shelves! Just plopped down in the middle of aisle! Want to eat healthy? Better go to Jumbo or United, cause it is not happening here. Options are slim to none, and chances are some one has gotten to the three salads Walmart has ordered, before you. Fresh fruit? Probably about to expire. I left my wallet at this walmart and my friend called to ask if was there. The lady on the phone was sooo so round to her. Then when we got there to get it I said"Hi I'm the girl who came to get my wallet." And I described what it looked like and she replied sharply "Name." This place is a joke! Always out of stuff you went there for. The management refuses to keep the shelves stocked with all items. Once we get the stuff we could find and want to leave it feel like we're trapped because the checkout lines go on for miles and the cashiers move like they're in slow motion. They don't have enough cashiers to handle the customer load of course. Wouldn't recommend going there late night either because it's like being in a third world country. Very uncomfortable & weird! The bathrooms always stink. Big time. I definitely wouldn't let my wife go there after the sun goes down. I absolutely loathe this store but one good thing is they started selling more organic food other than just the normal corn syrup & preservative laden, banned in other countries, gmo crud they've been poisoning the general public with. If there was a rating less than one star I would have rated Walmart that... This WalMart seldom has the brands we need. The shoe dept is a complete joke. Clothes area, esp the kids section, never has anything descent. The lines are too long and the checkers too slooooowww. No matter what time of the year, its always too hot in the store. For the love of God...turn on the damn a/c. Now.....lastly....they never check ID's. This store is like Nirvana for people who steal checkbooks,credit cards and debit cards. I never get help when I go in this store. I asked for assistance the last 2 times I went to shop in here and both times I waited and waited and searched and asked for assistance and got zero help at all. I went in today to get one thing, a pregnancy test, which they have locked behind a glass. I asked a pharmacist around the corner, he said he'd call someone to unlock it for me, I waited at least 10 mins, and then I asked another worker nearby that was just standing in an aisle, he said he'd call for someone to help, he just walked off, then I asked the next worker I came across, she said she'd call for help,. I waited another 10 mins, maybe another 20. I finally used my phone from inside the store to call the store myself for assistance, I pressed 0 for assistance...it rang and rang...no answer. Finally I just walked out. The only help I got was directed to go back and out the right way by the door keeper. This store sucks. read more

Okay so I'm not the biggest fan of walmart but this walmart is better than some of the surrounding ones for example kingfisher and alva which are horrible! My biggest grip is automotive. I would recommend spending a little bit more and going somewhere else. Just for an oil change it takes over two hours they are either really slow or don't know what they are doing. One of my friends insists on going there, it took them 4 1/2 hours a couple weeks ago just for an oil change. So be prepared for a long wait! read more

I hate to continually dis on WalMart but sometimes the place defies logic. I needed to purchase some ammo (I do live in OK), return a faulty item and get some groceries. I spent 22 minutes in the return line, waited 10 minutes for a sporting goods rep to show and got behind the family that took forever to get their crap together to check out and took a cell call while holding up traffic. Maybe it's not the store, but the thoughtless, customers. More likely, it is a combination. Regardless, if you can, avoid this place like the plague. Jumbo has better food choices and K Mart can handle the rest. I know, K Mart is a joke too, but at least military get a 10% discount. read more

I like this super walmart, it has more than the one in my home town of ponca city, but dang, its so far over on the far side of town it takes 30 minutes in heavy traffic to get there and back. I give Enid Walmart a 2 star! But I have to say it must be hard to run a store when you can not hire good help! This store is always filthy the floors are always sticky. don't even get me started on the Bathrooms I swear they need to hire people who stand in the bathrooms all day and clean!
