Now not is OnPoint Roslyn having difficulty getting a different med in stock, they keep saying they will deliver on a specific day and do not follow through, and then I am the one who has to make a phone call to follow up. I just called to cancel my order, explained patiently all the problems I have had, and not a mutter of an apology. DONE with OnPoint. (Also: note that all but one of the good reviews on Yelp are prior to when OnPoint took over in September of 2022.) Don't mess with people's health.

They have used our credit cards without our permission. They have defrauded Express Scripts and Medicare. They have ignored the true co-pays and charged us exorbitant amounts. They have double billed us for medications. They have charged us for things we haven't purchased. They have charged our credit card when we were out of town or out of the country! Run, don't walk, away from this pharmacy. They are currently being investigated by the Attorney General, the District Attorney, NYS licensing bureau, and the IRS. They may seem friendly. Trust me, they are your worst enemy. If you've had similar problems, contact the Attorney General hotline at 1-800-428-9071. Believe me, they want to hear from you.

How is that my wife and I had the exact opposite experience as all these people have had? Well, when the owners of said business decide to sell it two weeks after you enroll your prescriptions. So basically, you can pretty much disregard all of the reviews up until November 2025, as they were posted under Town Pharmacy's previous family-owned front. I don't know who these new guys are, but this place is as hot of a mess as it gets. Nobody currently working here seems to have any idea what they're doing. They consistently get confused. I've called three times asking to have the same two prescriptions refilled and delivered to my home. Each time, nothing was done. In one instance, someone answered and asked me to "Call my doctor to get the ball rolling" while he worked on getting my order. Uhh...isn't that what I just called YOU to do? The venerable icing on the cake was one morning when my wife called to order her insulin. She was told it would be delivered same-day. Gets a callback a little time later: "Sorry, it's too dark out. Someone will come tomorrow." It was 4pm. My wife and I were left speechless. Until, and IF, this place gets its act together, I'd avoid this pharmacy. The office was…read morecramped and not very clean, but I thought the high dose Vitamin C drips were necessary for my healing journey so I tolerated it. The thing that got me the most upset though were the prices. I was new to this IV therapy so I had no clue of just how much I was being ripped off. I was paying up to $600 for each IV - as they increased the amount of Vitamin C, they raised the price $100. I found another doctor on Long Island, an integrative oncologist, who did the same therapy for $150 and when I told him what I had been paying , he was mortified. Shame on them for taking advantage of people trying to heal naturally. They also ordered all sorts of tests that I found out later were not covered by insurance. It was a very expensive 6 months.

Not being able to walk or anything, I knew I had to rent her a wheelchair for doctor appts and going to the toy store. To my surprise, this pharmacy near me offers wheelchair rentals as well as other medical & mobility supplies and equipment. I called ahead of time to inquire about the companion chair vs. the lightweight wheelchair. When I arrived, both wheelchair were brought out to me and all the staff there were so friendly & nice. Michael especially, the one who explained and showed me how to use a wheelchair bc I'm completely clueless was extremely helpful. I opted for the companion one and couldn't be happier. It's very lightweight and fits perfectly in my trunk. It's going to be my daughter's best friend for the next 3 months or so until she heals & can walk again. Highly recommend this pharmacy for all your healthcare needs!
