Ok this CVS is dirty. It needs a sales associate to vacuum and clean , it's quit alarming. The aisles our not fully stocked . They have nobody at the self checkout area incase you need something. You have to track down an associate if you want help dining something up or to ring something up for you in general. I finally found someone to help me ring some things up that were discounted. She was annoyed I had asked her for help . Geez Louise and her name was Ana. Anyhow the manager or supervisor came over to help ring up stuff , eventually. They have a big parking lot so parking is not an issue . read more

Just a tourist through Boston. It's cold and windy in autumn here. Needed Carmex for the lips. Stopped by and was helped by manager right away. Boston hospitality is great. The only sad thing about all cvs now is things being locked up. Sad commentary on our current societal norm. Hope for better changes in the future. Overall, thank you for the experience. read more

The pharmacist was rude and unhelpful - I called and asked for a prescription transfer that CVS had messed up on the app. The pharmacist that answered was rude to me, did not listen to me, got my birthday wrong serval times because he interrupted me after asked me to state my birthday. Then after interrupting me serval more times he asked me to speak clearly..... you're kidding me. read more

I called before I went to pick up my prescriptions they told me after 1pm I walk all the way there in the cold then they tell me they are closing come back after 2pm why couldn't they just say that before I walked there I tell them I walked in the cold they didn't care the pharmacist had a bad attitude read more

The pharmacy is terrible. I had wisdom tooth surgery and my surgeons system was down so he had to give me a paper prescription (no biggie) and this pharmacy LOST my pain medication prescription. When my fiancée called and asked about it (since I can barely speak) the pharmacist (male) said "I can't hear you" and hung up on her, then didn't even try to call back. She drove down to ask in person and that's when they told her that they lost the physical prescription. How does that happen. I've never had an easy experience with this pharmacy and will be switching to another one. read more

The customer service at this CVS pharmacy is the worst ever. The pharmacists have a terrible attitude, and are rude and always in a very bad mood. This happens in person and on the phone. They way they treat customers is detrimental and disrespectful. I was there today and witnessed how one of the pharmacists yelled at a customer (an older woman who looked very sick) for simply asking a dosis question on her medication. read more

If you need your prescriptions within reasonable time, do not go to CVS on border street in east Boston. The lady at the drop off window is rude, unprofessional and inadequate. Very disorganized. Can't believe I've been tolerating the lack of customer service all these years. Bringing my business to Walgreens. Don't promise someone that medicine will be ready the next day if it won't be and is just on "hold". Total waste of my time and energy. read more

Amazing place. Associates is very welcoming, always asking how I'm doing and if I need help finding anything.

I have food posioning and my doctor called in sofran (anti nausea) at 4pm. It's now 12pm the next day and they don't have it ready. Extremely slow service when you're dealing with something so terrible. read more

This is the worst CVS I've ever been to. They are incredible rude and impatient and have been very mean to me on several occasions. It's horrible, you don't know what people are going through at any point in time and these are supposed to be healthcare workers!!! They have never once answered a single call I've made, I've waited for 45 minutes before just to hang up anD drove down and see that they were all huddled up talking..and it took them like 2-3 minutes to even come service me! So horrible, I'm changing to a different cvs which is a shame because this one is closest to me. read more

Just an okay location. I've been to quite a lot of CVS pharmacies throughout the US and usually they are kept up to date or have a good selection of items to choose from but this one is quite the opposite. I only really come here if there is something I need ASAP because of the location is close to my home and where I live. The workers here I would say seem like they are either over worked or they don't want to take the tome to help customers. I needed help finding an item and they said they would help me in a few minutes however they never came over and I had to look up and down the aisles for at least 5 minutes until I finally gave up and went over to Walgreens across the street. I feel like the size of the store is a little bit of an issue when it comes to having a variety of items. If you really really need something maybe come here but other than that you can probably find the item elsewhere very nearby. read more

This isn't my favorite CVS but when I need to come, I've had decent experiences. I'm loyal to CVS and it's typically the only drugstore that I go to as opposed to Walgreens and Rite Aid. Having frequented quite a few CVS, this one is on the small side. I've gotten prescriptions filled here and have had good experiences, haven't had to wait awhile, and the pharmacists have been nice. I also go to CVS for personal care and cosmetics. This CVS has a pretty small section but they have almost all the good name brands, they even have NYX and ELF which is great because not all CVS has them. The used to have self-checkouts which were great, but they have since removed them. Now you have to go to checkout with an Associate, and when I've been there's only one cashier. This kind of makes it a slow checkout if there are a lot of people in line. Overall decent CVS if you're in the area. read more

Worst pharmacists will not provide information to you if you are from out of town. No customer service, not pleasant. Apparently they see to many drug fiends to advise you on mixing an OTC med with a prescription. No help. Google is more effective read more

It's a moderately sized pharmacy that's just down the street from me, thus I frequent often. This location is awesome in that it's opened 24hrs so feel free to come anytime of the day or night. Usually pretty well stocked. And unless you come during peak hours, like evenings when everyone is getting out of work, there's no lines. You have the option of self checkouts or going to a real person cashier. There's also a photo center here that offers passport photos. I can't remember the price exactly but it wasn't bad. My favorite thing about this place is that employees tend to leave you alone. It's great when you're picking up embarrassing items one would usually pick up from a pharmacy. Oh one annoying thing? They lock the printer inks on the shelfs. Every time I want to buy ink, I would have to find an employee and drag him/her away from whatever work he/she was doing. It's a minor inconvenience but annoying enough that I tend to avoid purchasing ink here at all. read more

Employees are always incredibly friendly and helpful every time I come here. They always ask if there's anything they can help me find the moment I walk through the door. This actually minimizes an embarrassing amount of time I would spend wandering the aisles searching for what I need. I appreciate that the employees always have a smile on their face and are genuinely eager to help. Customer service at its best. read more

Pretty good store manager and staff for the main floor. The one star rating is for the pharmacy. While friendly when you're just picking up meds, I had a very bad experience with them. Recently, they screwed up my prescription refill, giving me half a month's supply. When I called to ask for the remaining, they were defensive, insinuated that I lost my pills and then mocked me. Horrible, horrible customer service. read more

Most of the employees here are kind and helpful. But they're so slow here, the registers are mostly empty and it just doesn't move fast.

Love the Staff at this Pharmacy. They are always helpful and friendly. If they are busy you have to expect to wait a little while, but they try the best they can to get you in and out. read more

Standard CVS like anywhere else friendly service and my go-to place when I need to buy meds or any kind of toiletries. People are always willing to help and the parking lot is a great size with free parking. read more
