If I could give zero stars I would. They always complained that the CVS located on 74th St and 107th never answered the phone. Now they answer the phone fairly quickly and this location NEVER answers the phone. I was literally on hold for over an hour and a half and then someone picked up and hung up immediately. This is every single day. When you go, they make you wait in long lines for picking up prescriptions even if you only have to ask a quick question. Without hesitation I would say that the customer service and quality of this CVS has gone down exponentially. Ms. Donna is the only saving grace in that pharmacy. When she's there things move quickly and she's so helpful. When she's not there, that place is a disaster. I stopped sending my meds there and go to literally any other CVS now, just so I don't have to deal with their rudeness and cavalier attitude. They completely disregard patients. If you can't go in person to fix a problem or correct their mistakes, you're out of luck. Cause getting them on the phone is now impossible. What a significant drop in the customer service quality. Very sad. Avoid this place if you can. Come here at your peril. read more

The. Absolute. Worst. Pharmacy. The staff are not only rude, they have no desire to help their customers. It's a shame as the ONLY exception is the Pharmacist. She is the ONLY one with a sense of urgency/desire to provide customer service. The others are absolutely terrible. They never have prescription ready; the App status of a prescription NEVER matches their system so you are forced to wait. Worst experience every time. Average wait on prescriptions in app listed as filled and ready is ONE HOUR. IFFFF they find it after waiting in long lines. read more

By , Far this is the worst CVS Pharmacy I have ever been . I had just got out of The Baptist Urgent Care at 5:46 and arrived to CVS at 5:56. It's 7:30 and I'm still waiting for my prescription. Plus, the pharmacist are rude never even apologize for the wait . If you have to buy something quickly my advice is go somewhere else the lines are ridiculously long and the cashiers are nasty as well. I definitely will change my prescription to Walgreen although it's a bit of a longer drive I would get faster service and a better customer experience read more

Store associate Dora refused to process a return for me. When it escalated to a manager they claimed that I was a waste of time multiple times throughout the entire interaction and even involved a random employee letting them know they couldn't believe they were wasting their time on me. They embarrassed me in the store. I was shocked. I am obviously unwelcomed to returning to the store ever again after that. read more

I went yesterday and bought a few but one get one free items. When the items rang up at full price, I brought it up to the cashier who adjusted the price. Today, I looked at my bank at statement and saw that I had been charged over $30 more than I should have been. When I called to explain it to cvs, the lady said if I didn't have a receipt, she couldn't do anything (of course, I had thrown away the receipt). I asked to speak to a manager and she continued to insist there was nothing she could do. She finally transferred me to someone, and thinking he was the manager, I explained the situation. He said he needed to transfer me to the manager, then he Hung up on me. Never have I experienced such terrible customer service at a store! I will never return and will be filing a claim with my bank. read more

Terrible! Horrible! My experience here continues to be awful...every pharmacist is dumber than a box of rocks. They blame issues on each other and nothing is ever ready when promised. This review is for the Minute Clinic...saved me time from going to my daughters pediatrician. My little money had pink eye and rather than waiting and waiting to see her Doc i decided to give the Clinic a chance. Thank God i did..in and out in about 30 mins. with the meds in hand. The person that attended us was great as well. With BCBS i didnt have to pay..just have to wait and see what the co-pay will be. read more

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They have told me on the phone "I could fill your prescription but I chose not too" they have a complex where they think they can't mess with people's medication. Other than that most times they don't even have the meds. When you call and try to figure out what's going on they cut you off mid sentence won't let you explain anything or try to figure anything out. They barely speak any English at all as it is you would think they would shut their mouth long enough to try to listen to what you are saying. I had to give one star or I wouldn't give any. They are the rudest most disrespectful people I have ever met. That seems to be a trend down here in Miami. I'm moving my prescriptions to public where they are kind and don't act like animals. If cvs and 41st was blown off the map I wouldn't shed a single tear. read more

I HATE this pharmacy. i have been coming to this cvs for well over a year and they never fail to tell me my prescription isn't in the system and won't be ready for another 2-3 hours. It's birth control, so putting a box in a bag should take a few minutes and im kind of on a time crunch as well. Whenever i bring up this issue, they ALWAYS give me attitude and are extremely rude. i never have a good experience here. they never fail to ruin my day. read more

Horrible Pharmacy staff including the pharmacist, To start with I went there around 7:00PM, I made sure they checked to have my prescription in stock which they said they did. She said it will be few hrs which I didn't care because I needed the meds and didn't want to take a chance for a pharmacy in downtown. She took down my number and promised to call me once it's ready, Never got a call. I went the following morning to find out it wasn't filled, They gave me a vague reason that the date of birth didn't match the insurance which was absurd. Then she is is like I'll give you on prescription card but it will be 20 mins because I have to redo the scrip. At this point I just wanted to get over with it so I waited. After 30 mins when I went back in, she told me she just has one prescription and I have to come back on Monday. This is absurd. I told them to cancel the prescription and Took it to another location to get it filled in 15 mins. CVS need to up their game on what kind of pharmacist and staff they hire... read more
