Absolutely unacceptable experience. The lead pharmacist was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely lacking compassion. Despite my doctor sending in a valid 3-day prescription and confirmation that the medication was in stock, she refused to fill it simply because she "didn't feel like it" and told me to go without my medication for days. She questioned me in a condescending way about how I knew it was in stock, then hid behind "her license, her decision" instead of actually caring for a patient in need. This is not what healthcare is supposed to look like. Patients rely on pharmacies during vulnerable moments, and this level of disregard is honestly disturbing. I had to go out of my way to another pharmacy, where I was treated with basic human decency and got my medication without any issue.(WALGREENS) CVS seriously needs to do better when it comes to hiring and training staff. Compassion and professionalism should be the bare minimum. Someone with this attitude should not be in a position responsible for patient care -- it's concerning and unacceptable. read more

What a horrible experience at this CVS PHARMACY location. I have a young child that requires a specific medication that is hard to find. I called this location and spoke to a woman that told me they had the medication and I verified the address with her. Once I arrived the customer service was horrible and then they told me they didn't have the medication. This is the store I frequent. I love the coupon machine. First thing I do is scan my card to see what money saving deals I get. I usually get some good deals. I am usually up and down US1 so this is where I get beauty products and travel sized items. It is a popular CVS for the area, lines for the pharmacy can get long around 5pm-7pm. Worst CVS Pharmacy ever!!!!! Went for my prescription, which was needed that same day. I work in that area so it was convenient for me, so I thought. First my medicine needed to be transferred from Walgreens to CVS, that could only be done by the pharmacist I was told ( not true, a pharmacy tech assisted me the last time with that at a different location)and I will be called when it was ready, this was around 11am. Got out of work at 6pm still no message from CVS. Called another location closer to home and they had the medicine available. Called the worst CVS, I stayed on the phone almost 45 minutes to an hour before someone picked up. After I told the Pharmacy tech to cancel my order and the reason why, I did not even get a sorry mam or my apologies, nothing. She canceled my request and ended the call real quick. I love my CVS and Wallgreens but people like that give the company a bad reputation. I needed my medicine right away but there was no urgency on their part and I was very disappointed with the service. While I was in line they gave someone the wrong prescription, the person behind me did say that it was the worst Pharmacy ever and I believe it!!!! You guys dont do "CVS" justice, work on your customer service skills and start from the top and the rest will follow. Dont think I will be visiting that CVS again. read more

There are multiple problems with this CVS that legitimize only one star.... 1. This star has been moving their shelves and merchandise around to different places for a couple months now, with no end in sight. 2. The coupon machine has errors every other day and no employee knows how to work the issue. They simply give the shrug and walk away. 3. The employees will use your percentage off coupons on whatever transaction they prefer without asking you. You don't notice it until it's too late. Avoid this store at all costs! read more

I hate this pharmacy. Customer service is seriously lacking and I always have a issue with prescriptions. Everytime I fill a prescription I am told that I am not in the system even though I have used their services numerous times. The only reason I use this pharmacy is because its closest to my house and its mandatory for my work insurance ( cvs caremark). For errands I usually just this place and go to Walgreens they have a better selection of over the counter anyway. read more

The photo department at this store is a joke. Either there's no one available to help you or your orders get lost after you ordered and received confirmation that they are ready. The pharmacy lines are huge and not enough people to assist you if you have an emergency. I don't even know where to start. I had a horrible reaction to percocet and couldn't take it so my doc wrote me a script for lortab instead. I went to fill the script and was told that it couldn't be filled because of some red tape, whatever. I get that. But a woman in the back told me that "If you had a reaction to percocet you'll have a reaction to lortab". She said my doc didn't know what he was talking about and was absolutely horrendous to me. Once I sat down I heard her talk to another employee about how stupid people were. Go back to school, become a doctor, and then we can have this conversation again. I have never in my life witnessed such disgusting attitudes from pharmacists in my life. Also side note, the bathrooms were abhorrent. Dried vomit on the seat of one toilet and piss on the floor of the other. Looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. This is the worse CVS. Employees are rude especially on the weekend. They have cut down the hours and staff is short. They are very irresponsible in filling prescription and are not detail oriented. They have filled out my sons prescription twice with a genetic instead of brand and the first time he had a bad reaction to the medicine. This is so irresponsible. This the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Rude incompetent staff. I called to transfer a prescription from Walgreens and they said it would take 8 hours to transfer, which in itself is pretty bad. Cut to 10 hours later, I gave them an extra 2 hours to ensure it was done by their estimate time. I called ahead to verify it was ready and was on hold for 30 minutes before I gave up and drove up there because it was going pharmacy was going to close. After waiting in line 45 minutes I was told, in a rude snarky manner, the transfer had not been completed and would be ready the next day. I was upset but am understanding so I calmly said ok and left. The next day, I called ahead to verify it was ready and was on hold for 20 minutes again so I went ahead and drove up there. It AGAIN had not been transferred or filled. I have now been waiting almost an hour for the prescription to filled. I will never come back here again. There are 4 people working in the pharmacy so I don't understand the problem other than poor management and incompetence. Do not waste your time coming here. read more
