I have been o'kay with our local CVS until this evening around 8:00 central time. Was not feeling good when I drove up in line to pick up my prescription. I had already been waiting for awhile as is customary, behind someone already at the window. (Keep in mind, "isn't the customer always right?" Yes they are!) When it was my turn to drive up, I was met with the female clerk saying the pharmacist had to look at my prescription, that I couldn't sit there to wait while they looked at it. She asked for my birthdate and told me to drive around the building. I didn't hesitate telling her someone in their car behind me would pull up, taking my place. I wanted to stay put. I was in my night clothes anyways, (didn't feel like leaving the house but I had to get my prescription picked up.) I drove on around the building as I was told to do and as I pulled in, guess what? That's right! That car behind was now the car in front of me and they jibber-jabbered while I waited in line (again!). Finally I gave a small toot of my horn as a kindly reminder of her promise that she would have that car move around the building as well. The car drove off so I drove up to the window again. The clerk asked again for my birthdate and reminded her I had already said it before being told to go around the building. Then she sternly told me not to beep the horn that it was not permitted. I bet after this complaint they will install a sign, "beeping not allowed!" I told her she "lied to me about getting my place back in line" thus creating an ensuing exchange of words. She out right spoke over not allowing me to air my disapproval. By this time I was asking myself, "who does she think she is?!" I began thinking she was making up her own rules as her words against me flared. To avoid anymore exchange of combativeness, I rolled up my car window to avoid getting upset anymore; (after all, I had been lied to and was put down for tooting my horn.) I didn't lay on my horn like some unhappy customer might have done. I did so 'politely.' I finally heard her tell me to roll my window down for my prescription. I did so and gave her my bank card to pay the cost. When I got the little sack in the drawer she indicated she had placed my card inside. I said I had hoped that's what she had done with it. Furthermore, after embarrassing me, I slowly started my car engine saying I would not be coming back. I left there saying I was sorry if she thought I was a bother. Ha-ha! :) That falls right back on her shoulders as the worker in an establishment who was not caring or polite. She should have been a little more businesslike to a faithful customer. I hope somehow this will go against her in her work reviews. She needs to be brought down a notch or two. She was snappy and hateful so make no mistake about it. In case anyone reading this who might be thinking about going to her window for service I would be wary. You won't get nothing but embarrassment and undue heartache from her. (Before posting my complaint against the employee of this establishment, I did some research on the internet for other complaints on other CVS Pharmacies. I wanted to feel I had a really legitimate complaint and I do feel okay about posting this. Hope this helps! read more
