The plastic in the pictures is a bag that was cut in half and the flat was shoved in the bag. So basically, I paid $59.99 for a box of loose dirt and some seedlings. The pictures on their website and that they emailed to me representing how my "bare roots" would look are a clear misrepresentation of the product. This is clearly a bait and switch.

Sure enough, when I went to the rental counter a few weeks ago I asked Justin what the cost of the machine was to rent. He was talking to some crossville city employees and it appeared to be a BS session to pass the time on their respective clocks. He acted as if it was a bother to answer my simple question. I guess these are the kinds of businesses city and county employees hang out in the pass the time on the clock. Weeks later, I went to the counter and figured I'd rent the item from the other guy who I hadn't met. Roger Hollowhead was even worse. He proceeded to gaslight me. Asked me if I made a reservation. Then said, whew there is one left. When I got to the back, that was obviously not true. He was very effeminate, catty and gaslighting with every part of the transaction. Not going to waste any more time on this. These people simply hate transplants and the owners obviously do as well as they stick up for their employees rude behavior. Not only will I not deal with these people, I won't deal with anyone who rents from them. Here is a little tip to the haters, Tennessee supplied more troops to the UNION army than all the other states combined. So most of you really don't even know your own history.
