They have exceptional customer service staff that treat you like you matter to them! They go above and beyond for me! I have mobility issues , so while I wait for my ride they let me sit inside the store in a wheelchair. I can charge my phone as well! They have rock bottom prices on everything! I buy my Mc Cafe coffee that usually costs 26$ at Walmart but Olllie's has it for 11$! Another perk is the have a rewards card that adds up points and they send 10 , , 15 percent off certificates to your phone and also send a hard copy in the mail, you can also earn 15 dollars off a purchase of 75dollars or more purchase! We recently visited their location on our way to Nashville, and you truly could not meet more loving and compassionate people. We spent nearly an hour talking about our trip to Sequoia National Park, our struggles trying to grow redbuds from seed, and our shared love for horticulture. We even brought along a small Giant Sequoia sapling to show them, which they genuinely appreciated. You can tell immediately that they truly love what they do. It's rare to find a business that combines incredible products, great value, and real care for their customers and plants. You really gotta go the day the advertise the price because I have gone many times and they tell me that either didn't get the item or they only had six and they left in the morning so that's the downfall of Ollies. The good thing about Ollies is that you can usually get snacks half price then you can at the store that goes for nuts and specialty items too which is really great if you need that sort of stuff I couldn't cut your grocery bill in half. I found once in a blue moon a pair of shoes that fit they have a very small area of clothing I have found a really nice piece or two over the years by far not everything as fantastic. The Store itself has a funky odor, most all of them do. They have toys that are not normally this season's but you can find some interesting toys. The hygiene product are the best prices: soaps, hairbrush, the hair care items they seem to be really reasonable, priced, as the deodorant, toothpaste, Band-Aids, that sort of thing. Some of the big items we have bought in the past were some flooring, some rugs (the rugs seem very cheap and didn't last that long at all,-so that was cheap but didn't last long). Don't think it's really worth getting the rugs there unless you can get them on sale the prices are not bad but when you get them on sale, it's even better. (Since they didn't hold up to cleaning .) I have gotten a few small appliances there that have been really good. I've had some really good employees and I'd have some employees that help you one of them was the manager at the Ollies in Sevierville store near the holidays. The male manager at Morristown was not very nice. The manager and Sevierville one day even took me in the back room to help me find a sleeping bag that they had on sale and we found all the sleeping bags in the back that had not been put out, but we could not find a large man sleeping bag they had advertised so that was sad as I drove all the way there to buy that particular item so Ollies is a hit or miss store. I can always find something . Coffee is a good buy sometimes , trash bag ,sometimes sometimes they'll have saran wrap and baggies and freezer bags sometimes not so Ollie is a hit and miss store. What they advertise is not necessary of what they have in stock different stores in different areas and different states have different items. My ad was showing a recliner and I was so excited to go see this recliner and I found out that my phone it changed my setting to a store in Massachusetts not Tennessee so they didn't have any recliners. They do have a bathroom most all of them. I visited in Tennessee or some family member have they are not that clean bathrooms, but they did function .which is all we can ask for is functioning. Bathroom doesn't have to be solid gold. Just ask to function and be clean so I'm gonna give Ollie's bargain outlet a four star store rating They have a ways to go to get to a five star but then again you are shopping at an outlet they could do better, but it would take some extra effort and they're not going to ever put that extra effort in cause it's an outlet store and it is ok stuff cheap, Good stuff cheap they'd have to have good stuff. If the store gets good stuff it's only ever a few items.

I not only lost the money for the product, but had to pay someone to come and powerwash the wax away so that I could walk on the deck. No more Lowes!
