After 5 minutes or so, we walked out to take our business elsewhere. They didn't comment on our leaving either nor did anyone say "thanks for coming in". One thing I can say that's a positive-they are consistent....in providing the absolute worst customer experience! We walked in ready to drop whatever it cost, to get my husband good boots-and left with nothing except a sour taste in our mouths. A good selection of work boots, zero selection and a traditional cowboy boots. Only a few brands offered and very limited sizing.
