The pharmacy is super busy, but they always have the time to talk to you and get what you need taken care of. A lot of the ladies have been there a long time, always friendly and cheerful. Worse CVS I've ever been too. Hours are always inaccurate on maps and inconvenient for weekend workers. Staff is not always the friendliest and you can hang up trying to use their automated telephone services. The automated services are so sensitive you barely hear what it says before it cuts out due to some unheard noise that apparently it hears. Best to just cut straight through and talk to someone in the pharmacy department and good luck with that. At least I get the meds filled on time just can't pick them up on time. Mike , the Pharmacist has an anti opiate agenda. He will make you feel like you are a drug addict for getting the pain medications that you need for your chronic pain. He will make it as difficult as possible to get your medications. I think he failed to get into medical school and now is taking it out on the patients. I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs if I were you. You will get treated better at any other pharmacy. Mike if you don't like your job then quit. It is CVS, you know what you are getting here... rubbers and prescription drugs. Maybe the occasional energy drink or something like that, but not much else. Completely horrifying customer service! The Pharmacist Mike threatened to cancel prescriptions when asked questions pertaining to refills. He then proceeded to speak to me as if I was inferior, uneducated, and in the ugliest tone I have ever been subjected to. I will never step foot in this CVS again and Pharmacist Mike should be in another position where customer service is not a skill requirement. read more

Most of the employees are not friendly. This starts with the store manager. I have never met such an unfriendly person in my life. I go here because it is convenient, and can say she has never smiled, or even acted friendly. Prices are high for a poor community, and store doesn't care about it's customers otherwise they would hire more help. I have never picked up a prescription without waiting at least 15-20 minutes.
