Everytime I've called they are always helpful and willing to inform you of your medication. They are quick on the phone as well.

She listened to my syptoms very carefully, and provided me a much-needed prescription right away. I am truly grateful to her and CVS for providing this amazing telemedicine service. About a month ago, I was having an asthma flare and needed to be seen and get a prescription for steroids. I registered online an hour ahead of time. I got there at my allotted time slot. The NP said the other patients had been waiting over an hour and she would see them first, even though I registered online. I normally wouldn't have minded, but I felt pretty terrible and registering ahead was supposed to decrease wait time. 45 min later, I was seen. It took her 3 attempts to enter insurance info. And when I explained I needed steroids, she lectured me about how antibiotics and steroids would not help me bc I had a virus. I said I didn't want antbx. That my pulmonologist has sent me to be seen and get steroids. She lectured me about an asthma plan with my "pulmologist" without listening to me when I told her that this was the plan! She couldn't even pronounce pulmonologist!! Honestly, I'm a Mastered-prepared nurse as well. I'm an Anesthesia Nurse (CRNA). This NP was ridiculous!! This NP made us all (Advanced Practice Nurses) look bad. Truly, follow the cvs protocol as designed regarding which pt is seen next. Brush up on your education and treating requirements. And, last but not least, LISTEN to your patient instead of talking over them. At one point, she said, " tell me that again. I wasn't paying attention." Really? Maybe it's time for her to retire early!

It is the only place to buy greeting cards, gift wrap and personal care products. Service varies from very helpful to occasionally cantankerous. We stopped by to print some photos and pick up cards. A clerk helped us with the photos which take only a few seconds to print. They carry a reasonable supply of alcohol including a few higher end bourbons and liquors. They have great clearance sales end of season and holidays. I always manage to pick up some fun trinkets at the end of summer. It is also the only place I noticed that has toys if you want to spoil the grandchildren. The selection is far from upscale but they do have bubbles and that's all you need on a hot summer day to put a smile on their face. Getting here is easy in and out. There is a drive through pharmacy that I have not used. They are located about 3 miles off 65.

The pharmacist here is a total tool. To be fair, I realize the stressors of working in a pharmacy…read moreand his reason for disliking me, but he's too young, too rude and too unsophisticated for the position. He is targeting me because I recently dated his wife while they were "on a break" that she evidently didn't inform either of us of at the time, and since I've started using CVS, he's deleted my prescriptions, has lied to my doctors office and is rude everytime I call. I know not everyone will have this problem, and that he feels he has a "reason" to be prejudiced against me, but again, he's too immature to be in the position he's in. To use your position to postpone peoples medicine where their health is concerned is not only petty but dangerous. As an aside, I've never had any issue or problem with the other employees, they've always been wonderful, super professional, and polite and the store clean and efficient.

We are in the process of transferring all of our medications to Walgreens from another pharmacy. I…read morehad one medication that we ordered a refill last Monday 8/20 and another that we asked to be transferred. The Warfarin (Coumadin) - the medication we were transferring - had three refills on it. I went in today to pick the medications up. I was told I only had one. I asked about the Warfarin. Dale, the pharmacist, said when he called, the other pharmacy said I had no active prescription to transfer - again, the label that he had in his hand showed three refills before 3/4/19. I said, "Well, that's great. I'm pretty well 'f-ed' as I only have three tablets left and it's too late in the day to get another prescription called in before Monday." (A week has ALWAYS been enough time to get a refill transferred and filled). I then asked why nobody thought to call me and tell me there was a problem 4-days ago when the problem presented itself. Dale's response was, "Well, I didn't have a note to call you so I didn't." SERIOUSLY?!? REALLY?!!? You were unable to fill a prescription that was deemed necessary by a physician and because you didn't have a note, you didn't call to say there was a problem? I then said, can I please pick up the medication you do have? Dale's response was, "I won't talk to you until you apologize to me for using foul language." As it was quite apparent Dale was serious, I fell on my sword and apologized for my foul and abusive language (note the sarcasm). Dale then asked for ID and just as quickly rejected the ID because it was expired - it expired last week while I was in the hospital. Never mind I have picked up this medication on multiple occasions WITHOUT presenting ID. When I logged on to Yelp, I noticed a previous review in which they stated they had a similar problem with Dale - his power trip. Dale has single handedly tainted what has to date been a reasonably good relationship with Walgreens. Between my wife and I, we fill prescriptions to the tune of a couple thousand dollars a month. We will be taking that business to another pharmacy. I hope for Dale and Walgreen's sake, there aren't medical repercussions because I don't have Warfarin due to Dale's negligence in not calling me. If there are, the next note won't be on Yelp, it will be on an attorney's letterhead.

I'm very grateful for any alternative shopping options right now that help me keep my wife safe and avoid exposure. Before covid19 CVS has always been our favorite pharmacy. It may be just a pharmacy to most but I feel like they care when we walk in the door. Thankfully they are open 24-hours a day and can provide almost all the necessities I may have neglected to bring with me to rural Indiana. I've gotten deodorant, razors, Coca Cola, batteries, maybe toothbrushes and possibly other miscellaneous forgotten items here. Their prices seem fair; neither more expensive nor cheaper than any other pharmacy/convenience store. On our most recent trip to Greensburg, unfortunately, CVS let us down. The hubs needed distilled water, but all they had was filtered water. We were forced to head to... *shudder* ...Wal-Mart. Sad. I'm sure I'll be back here on another run for forgotten necessities the next time we're in Greensburg.

I tried to explain that I was shopping for my mother and he kept interrupting me and yelled he "didn't care she shouldn't be lazy and should come in herself." It was incredibly shocking to be yelled at by the store manager. His name is Randy and he is the nastiest person I've ever met. He should be fired for behaving like that to a customer. He could have just said "yeah I won't allow this transaction today". And I would have said ok and went to my normal store another day. He did NOT have to scream and berate me and be horribly rude. I will never visit here again.
