my order was switched from delivery from my home store in Seymour to the Columbus store on Whitfield drive because of the contract that Walmart has with spark delivery drivers. Seymour Walmart was very busy and my order got bumped to another store without informing me about it and without asking for permission. Now if you have a delivery and an item is unavailable for delivery but it' s available for shipping Walmart will ask you if you want to get your item shipped to you instead. So how in the heck did it make any sense in their billions of dollars of revenue a year intelligent minds to believe that it was acceptable for them to move a person's order to be filled in another city 20+ minutes away WITHOUT the CUSTOMER'S CONSENT? And when I called the walmart that had filled my order bu it wasn't delivered they told me it was up to the spark driver if they wanted to deliver an order or not. So the filling store would try to get my order to me but ultimately I was at the merc of the spark drivers and if nobody wanted to deliver so far away then my order would just set there up to 48 hours. I'm disabled. I live less than 2 miles from my home store. I canceled the order and was going to try to order through my local store again but they still have my money frozen so I'm stuck with no money and no groceries. Shame on Walmart for not asking and shame on them for letting the drivers pick and chooses the deliveries leaving customers who are paying both companies at theIr mercy when it should be the companies who are going out of their way to make things right for us customers. If I'm doing footwork for Walmart put me on the payroll. You should be finding out what YOUR company messed up with my order not the other way around. Go for the show! This is buy far the nastiest Walmart I've ever been to. It's like a bomb went off and you have to check your own groceries! What a joke. Who's the zoo keeper at this fantasy land. I suppose this is piling on an already poor 2 Star business. Did some late shopping tonight and entered through the pharmacy entrance. Found a parking space right opposite the entrance because there appeared a chance of rain. With an overflowing cart went to exit around 9PM and it was closed, and you guessed it, a downpour was wreaking havoc. This is not about getting drenched, it is about a formerly great company racing to the bottom to join Kroger, Target and others. As a retired Walmart manager whose career overlapped that of Sam Walton, I can tell you this would not happen during his era. I was corrected over far minor issues than this. This is the same store that during the pandemic closed at 8PM while the competition was open until 11PM. Too sad. Where have all the good managers gone? read more

If I am masked and the person behind me is masked and steps into MY SPACE...its my job to tell them to back up if it bothers me...NOT YOURS. Then to be flat RUDE to both customers is not cool at all...guess your management team is ok with that too since they sit and smirked when made aware of it; but I expect nothing less from the younger generation anyway and walmart just made it blatantly obvious they dont either!! I make it a point to avoid any and every Wal-Mart in the country. I do not support them in any way and find them to be a detriment to local business. That being said, I do find myself HAVING to go there for something at least once every few months. They've cornered the 24 hour market. A cringe situation nearly always occurs. Be it the filth of society that seem to flock to this place or the nasty and unhealthy employees they love to hire. Be it the long lines with just one checkout open or the random stranger shitting in the toy aisle. I've seen it all here. Customer service leaves much to be desired and the employees continue to be rude to customers and one another. Be warned, as I'm sure all of you have experienced or been down the same road as I in some form or fashion with this company at some point. Okay, I usually try to find the silver lining but I just think customers should be aware... This Wal-Mart location debited my checking account $250 twice within milliseconds. This is impossible because it takes forever to swipe your card and answer all those questions. I've spoken to a manager, two assistant managers, aaaaand someone in their finance/cash office. These interactions each took place on separate days. I've shown them my bank statement, the email I got from my bank's fraud department, the texts showing the exact time each amount was debited, aaaaand I've presented my receipt. I still don't have my money back. Mind you, they've had MY money since May. If I owed Wal-Mart $250, I know they wouldn't let me skate for THREE months without paying. I'd also definitely get charged fees and interest. If I could give no stars, I would. I've experienced the WORST customer service in my life. So, you've had ample opportunities to return the money you stole from me. I'm taking my happy self right back to my bank and disputing the charge. I now shop at Kroger, Marsh, and Target. Target immediately reversed the charge the same day I brought it to their attention when this happened last year. Honestly the worst walk mart I've ever been to. I have been given dirty looks. One of the managers her name was grace. She was extremely rude to me and my father. We was asking where the clearance dresses was and she was rude and gave us a snarky remark on how we should know better where they are and then yelled at another employee for them calling her over. Not to mention the store is very unorganized and filthy. And workers dont show you where the items are they point you in a direction and the stuff isn't even there half the time. There is a electronics person that is often staring at me and it makes me uncomfortable. WALMART SHOULD NOT OWN FISH! They do not take care of them. On 9/08/17 I purchased an IPhone 6 with the WalMart Care Plan. I damaged my phone on 10/28 and started a claim on 10/30. Shipped the phone to them on 11/7 and they received on 11/9. Today is 12/12 and I STILL have not gotten my new phone. I have called them every week, only to be given a different excuse. THREE times I have been told that my replacement phone has shipped out and I should receive in 2-3 business days. Phone has STILL not been shipped out. Supposedly they are having IT problems which is causing the extended delay. I am sick of getting different stories every time I call. Sick of apologies. Today I was told I'll be getting a gift card instead of a replacement phone, but it will take 1-2 weeks. I am so FRUSTRATED. I highly advise anyone not to purchase their plan. My mother received the WRONG blood pressure medicine inside the bottle that was marked with her CORRECT medicine on the outside. 10 days later she was feeling horrible and realized she was given the wrong medicine. I just moved from florida and i went around 3 times to this walmart. Every time i found descrepancies . Be careful while billing. Try to remember prices when you shop specially on groceries and discounted items. Because , 1.They don,t update prices in the database. 2.
