I really didn't feel like spending more money on a full meal, but I needed a microwave to heat up what I already had. I first stopped at another convenience store nearby, only to find out they didn't have a microwave available. When I came to GetGo, I felt lucky almost immediately. Not only did they have a microwave, but it was clean, well-maintained, and located in a really nice seating area near the coffee section. There were tables to sit at, plenty of napkins, and even a sink nearby, which made it the perfect setup to comfortably enjoy my leftovers. While I was there, I picked up a couple of snacks to go along with my meal (a danish and some Chex Mix), and the worker at the register was friendly and welcoming. The restroom was also clean, which I always appreciate when stopping somewhere while traveling or out for long periods. It was a cold day outside, so walking into a warm, comfortable store was another bonus. This GetGo was convenient, clean, and thoughtfully set up for customers who may need more than just gas or a quick grab-and-go item. I really appreciated the accommodations they provided.

He made things right. The next time I went to buy gas, the attendant got angry and called me a thief. I told him I will be contacting the corporate office. They are defending him and being very difficulty and lax in their response to this problem. I have sent all the information and a picture of the guys license page to the the State Police from the other state. 3) I will not go back and am encouraging you to do the same. In fact do not go to any Shell gas station. Let the manager of any Shell station why you are not patronizing their business. Send complaints to the corporate office as well.

The worker on this shift will have you waiting outside for twenty minutes before you can get anything. She will see customers walking up to the store and still proceed to lock the door sweep the parking lot while she smokes. She will also go to the back for twenty minutes at a time and then proceed to argue with the customers and say they're lying when they express their agitation for having to wait that long. The store manager does nothing about her behavior because "she's the only one who will work the night shift." The day workers and weekend night shift are pleasant.
