The pharmacist out all employees was rude and hung up on the customer inquiring about a prescription. She was overwhelmed and stated she had other people to help. She should get some coworkers to help out or learn better multitasking skills in her profession along with customer service. This pharmacy needs some staff quick! read more

I visited the Pharmacy department and was told my prescription was not ready, and they would be going to lunch in 15 minutes. 15 minutes was more than enough time for someone to fill my prescription. There was an employee named Leslie that bellowed out my prescription, which only myself and her needed to know. 1 o'clock came and another employee helped me, and lo and behold it had been ready when I first asked. Horrible experience. I did an online pickup order on 3/26/24 and this location was the closest location to pick up for convenience. I came into the store about 8 p.m. in the evening and there were two young ladies at the register. One was bent down with elbows on the counter with a drink in her hand sipping with a straw and as I was standing at the counter she let out a big belch with no care of me as a customer standing right across from her. Just disgusting. The other young lady I let her know that I was there to pick up an order and asked me for the order number. I have picked up many items from different CVS locations but have never been asked for the order number. She was not willing to give me my item until I provided the order number which was crazy. I gave her my name, I was happy to give her my identification but she was not willing to accept any of those things. It took me a while to find the order number - it was the worst going through my phone to try and find it. It was in the evening, I had worked, ran several errands, and just wanted to pick up my package of bath tissue. The customer service that I received was the worst. I will continue placing CVS pickup orders but I will have to use a CVS that is much further away because I never want to experience what I experienced at this location. This store needs to do better and how they handle and treat customers. Workers have to care to have customers want to continue to patronize the business. read more

If I could rate a zero I would. The staff is not friendly. Always having side conversations while ringing customers and being shady as well. They have bad attitudes and nasty demeanors. Reporting them to corporate and the CVS ethics hotline. read more

I sat in the pharmacy drive though for an HOUR to pull up and they said they were closed. She said she didn't need to come over and say anything to about to being closed because she didn't know anyone was there but they clearly had a audible alert what went off dental times while I was standing there. I had to come inside and my prescription still was not ready! the red head working the pharmacy was extremely rude and combative. She said the that the sign was in the window and it clearly wasn't. There was a drive through line of 7 cars waiting!!!! Still waiting for the medicine! Insane customer service and rude people! We deserve better! read more

I've visited this drug store (never used the pharmacy) several times. I've always found the store clean, the staff friendly and helpful. I've usually gone in the evenings so I've never encountered long lines. Based on my usually pleasant, NON-eventful visits, I'd recommend this CVS to anyone. read more

Never get your packages shipped here tried it once and my package came up missing service is just terrible

I HATE going into this CVS, however this time it could not be avoided. I uploaded some pictures to the CVS website for pick up the following day- I was given the time of 11am. These pictures were to be viewed at my great aunt's memorial, these pictures were sentimental. well, i go there (close to 1pm), grab some powder (hey, it's hot!) and let the gentleman know I also have some pictures to pick up. He goes to look for the pictures and states "She will help you, I can't find them". Who "she" was, i didn't know. I find a seat, and I sit. I then get up, and ask "does 'she' know I am waiting?" he said she did. Well "she" finally comes to assist. Asks me when I sent my pictures to be printed, I said last night. she then goes to computer and nonchalantly says "i am printing them for you right now". WTF?! What is the point of doing this online, if you don't print them until I arrive?? The pictures come out of the printer... here are my issues: 1. They were dark 2. I uploaded 8 pictures, she only printed 6 3. The pictures were also blurry. "Courtney"- (that was her name). let me know that if they were from a phone they could come out blurry. They were from a camera, and did not look like that when they were uploaded. 4. She did not apologize or acknowledge that I had to sit and wait for some pictures that I sent to their website LAST NIGHT for pickup that were not ready. 5. I also mentioned to her that there were 8 pictures, and I only received 6. She said nothing. This CVS is THE WORST, there is always a line. The people behind the counter are so ghetto and awful. And there is almost always someone outside begging. Please avoid at all costs. read more

The online store hours states that the cvs opens at 7am on Saturdays. The store didn't open until 845 am on Aug 21st. This is very unprofessional. There was a line of customers waiting for 30 plus mins outside. read more

This isn't the biggest CVS in town but I have found the staff to be amazing! I haven't stepped inside of this place once and not been greeted with a smile when I check out! If I'm not sure where something is I have been taken right to the aisle! That doesn't mean I haven't encountered a pointer, you know the one that says yes right in aisle 4 and you still don't see the item. This is one of my favorite CVS stores and I will be back! I'm rating CVS for exactly what they are....a pharmacy. For years now I have had to make serious use of a pharmacy. It wasn't until I started getting my prescriptions here that I felt comfortable. I finally found my one place that I can go to for my prescriptions. The pharmacy staff is great. They always answer any of my crazy questions I have about a medication or anything. They are always friendly! That's very important. I've dealt with them over the phone, in the store and in the drive-thru. Same great service all across the board. They also just helped me have hundreds on a recent medication. For that alone they have my loyalty! read more

There is also a issue at this location. Poor customer service. Toxic environment. I will transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
